Worst flight ever, very uncomfortable seat
Compared to other used airlines over more than 30 years, it was an excellent experience.
My TV screen was freezing, it was hard to navigate. Everything else was just excellent.

Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

New Istanbul airport is not fully ready for passengers. In some toilets weren’t water and papers. Very long walking distance till passport control area, we walked about 20 minutes."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!
Boarded process could have been better. Overall excellent flight.
Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.
nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages
Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris
Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.
La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros
Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures
Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer
Transit à Frankfort : horrible !
Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

When we arrived whoever was running the jet bridge took 15 minutes to get it out to our jet, essentially causing us to miss our flight right then. And then the staff had the audacity to tell us we had to hike back ten minutes to wait in an hour long line to rebook. When they could have done it at their gate just as easily. Simply awful service For paying first/business class"
Voordelen: "The Germans are known for their efficiency and Lufthansa followed through with that. From the check-in process to cabin service, all was top notch. As I was sitting near the front of economy, any "extra" economy plus meals were handed out as to avoid waste. I was the recipient of a delicious Caprese salad. A nice treat."

Nadelen: "The flight got delayed from Alexandria and the staff at Manama airport directed us to a counter to get our onward boarding passes but another senior member of staff asked us "what are you doing here" and asked us to go straight to the gate, then when we arrived at Abu Dhabi the baggage did not arrive with us and we had to go back to the airport later to pick them up."

Nadelen: "We did not like the via flights, its really too much hectic."
Voordelen: "I really liked the crew treatment, they were polite and we well served by them ."
Nadelen: "The long queue infront Gulf air check in desk in the airport! People who came early that had to wait for a long time to have their boarding pass! I think increasing the number of employers in that area will be a great idea ."
Voordelen: "Service in the plane"
Nadelen: "The crew at the check in were mean... bizarre regulation that don't apply to any other airline. Refuse to give a wheelchair for an elderly claiming she has to book it in advance.. what if the person broke their legs that day??? None sense. And the baggage regulation are just not clear and confusing."
Voordelen: "We landed safely and everyone got off the plane."
Nadelen: "Gulf air has decided to do "silent boarding" - so we were late boarding our flight because even though we watched the gate- it never filled up, there were never lines, no announcements, no lights signaling anything. Our captain took VERY sharp and hard dips and turns during our flight. He even dropped altitude so quickly that some women on board yelled out in terror. No announcements were made as well by the crew or captain regarding these very uncommon experiences of turbulence or announcements to remain with ones seat belt fastened. Finally, the man driving the bus from the plane to the door at Manama airport was too busy talking to the men who decided to sit in the front seat of the passenger bus and not look on the road in a busy air traffic area. I'm literally blown away at how everyone was safe and made it from point a to point b. I'm also horrified at the lack of communication or safety precautions."
It was more then four hours delay!
Comfortable plane, attentive crew, excellent food. But I did have a free upgrade to Business Class.
Voordelen: "Quick Check in"
Nadelen: "The crew were not nice. They dont even pick up garbage during the 9 hour flight. They give you a gallon of water in a huge bottle without a glass and you are on your own."
Nadelen: "My mother had a food poisoning and needed a lot of water. The crew member at the end refused and told her no more. Since when there is a limit to how much someone can drink water? She had to stay dehydrated because she was dined the option to drink. Just upsetting."
Voordelen: "New plane, comfortable seats, very nice flight attendants."
Nadelen: "There is no way to pre-order meals on LOT flights other than calling a Warsaw phone number. Other airlines allow this both during online check-in and at any other time as part of managing your booking."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system operated intermittently. Headphone jack didn't make good contact with plug, no noise reducing headphones, mediocre food."
Voordelen: "Efficient and comfortable"
Nadelen: "The quality and choice of food to for more healthy options"
Nadelen: "40min in the air 25 min to get to exit"
Voordelen: "Good crew."
Nadelen: "Install AirShow for flight tracking."
Voordelen: "every thing was great. Could not have been better."

Nadelen: "LOT Polish flights always seem to be late--resulting in my checked baggage not being able to get transferred to connecting flights and, thus, final destination on-time."
Voordelen: "It was on time and flights itself was pleasant."
Nadelen: "My luggage is lost and I hope it will come on the next flight to Yerevan."

Nadelen: "Drinks serving could be more frequent. Food serving to have some options. Seats were somewhat not comfortable for tall people as they were lacking head support."

Voordelen: "Ground crew (checkin counter) was very nice."
Nadelen: "Better seats (business is just a middle seat unoccupied), better food. No entertainment at all, not even music."
Voordelen: "Je n ai pas réservé ce vol et je ne l ai pas pris!!!! Calmez vous!"
Nadelen: "Quand vous avez un bug corrigez le au lieu de tourner autour du pot!"

Nadelen: "need to move away from stereo type attire and serve the customer"
Voordelen: "It had some interesting movies and food could been great if given two meals. Was able to get more candies and drinks."
Nadelen: "Only one meal to get and could been more variety of movies like in Spanish and Russian and Polish. More music to listen to."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system doesn't work at about 20% of the seats. Food is barely edible."
Voordelen: "Les vols à l’heure, l’ensemble du voyage qui globalement bien déroulé"
Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."
Nadelen: "Ear bud connector was broken"
Voordelen: "On vote pour le thème magnifique merci beaucoup"
Nadelen: "My family and I traveled to Poland several times using LOT Airline. They lost our luggage not once or twice, but three times. Each time, we were without our luggage for nearly a day and half. We are no longer using this airline. Also, their TV monitors/remotes lack accessibility as they do not offer closed captioning features for the deaf/hard-of-hearing. Another strike."
Voordelen: "All in all, the seats had more legroom than I expected for economy. Much more than American airlines (AA, United, Delta). Love the direct flight as it saves so much time."
Nadelen: "This was the 4th flight I have taken between LAX and Warsaw...but was the first time that there were no beer nor wine available in between meal services. On a 12-13 hour flight, this was a definite disappointment compared to my other experiences on LOT. The other concern was there were only two meals, and no snack service on a very long flight. This again stood out in contrast to the previous flights I have taken on LOT."
Voordelen: "On-board crew is polite and helpful. Boeing 787 Dreamliner is great. Overall, the flight was fine."
Nadelen: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."
Voordelen: "Normal in-flight service but nothing special."
Nadelen: "Small plane."
Voordelen: "Good food and service."
Nadelen: "Tv is very difficult to see at that distance. Poor choices of films."
Voordelen: "LOT short flights are well run, organized, cabin crew are approachable and friendly. Announcements from the flight crew are informative and reassuring. Check in and boarding in Budapest was smooth and easy."
Nadelen: "It was all good."
Voordelen: "The flight was on time and the crew was great"
Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"
Voordelen: "Crew was very polite, smiling and accommodating , food was great quality, good selection of entertainment on board. Comparing what LOT was few years ago, they have made a huge progress and overall improved everything across the board. We got to destination before scheduled time."
Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Voordelen: "They were efficient though. So in this case I need to recognize and congratulate the crew they were there they delivered the service."
Nadelen: "Again same thing crew unfriendly not even the smallest smile."
Nadelen: "very inconviniebt seats"
Nadelen: "My seat did not recline and due to the number of passangers, no attempt to change my seating was made."
Nadelen: "no food was served, only water. no entertainment was offered."
Voordelen: "The crew was exceptional. Really@"
Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Voordelen: "There was not much to be liked"
Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled, rebooked next day, economy instead of business, booked on different airline, poor communication,"
Nadelen: "440am flight left late, ran to customs and begged to cut the line, while people complained at me and my wife, then landed and told my luggage is lost. The best part was when I was asked if I had lugggae insurance because they didn't want to look for my luggage"
Nadelen: "Flight was late again!"
Voordelen: "Comfortable and no fuss"
Nadelen: "We boarded about 10 minutes late"
Voordelen: "Smooth and easy boarding and deplaning"
Nadelen: "Charge for a glass of wine but not soft drinks which just about cost the same"
