Nadelen: "Airline is always late with no layover time making journeys stressful. The food and drink is only available for pay. There is no entertainment. There is a small snack which has been expired cookies on all flights I’ve experienced, and the staff seems reluctant to provide it. Boarding involved making everyone wait standing up for more than twenty five minutes corralled into as corner."

Nadelen: "The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again."

Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Arrivé à Belgrade vers 7:00 on nous fait attendre jusqu'à 8:00 pour nous dire que le prochain avion décollera a 10h alors que l'heure d'arrivé à Paris cdg était prévu pour 9h. Arrivé à Paris à 12h45 : Valise introuvable"

Nadelen: "Not a orginized airline at all!! I flew my whole trip with the same 50+ people. We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Nadelen: "The incoming flight was delayed until next day, with no effort on behalf of Air Serbia to communicate this. No space left for reproach, no effort of any kind of compensation. Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

L'annonce sonorisée n'a été faite qu'une seule vois, et on s'est trouvé comme les autres non prioritaires. En plus désagréments causés par l'équipage à bord avec le va et vient inutile avec un accent incomprhensible. En général, on était mal servi..."

Voordelen: "At first. One too we know the flight was delayed about 30 minutes. Then we got the information that the flight doesn’t go the Brussels but Liège. So from Liège we have to finish the travel with a bus 1 hours 30 minutes to arrive at the airport in Brussels. It’s 11:30 so we have to take a taxi 50 euro to the city."
Nadelen: "The worst was with all these problems, Ryanair didn’t offer any drink or food to passengers."

Nadelen: "Kayak and RyanAir incompetence to cancel a ticked for 20 freaking days leading up too the flight. Man hours wasted 48 hours of emails and social media without resolving the issue = CANCEL THE TICKET"

Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Voordelen: "Des heures passé à essayer de trouver une façon d'aanuler les billets. Tout est fait pour renvoyer vers les sites internet qui ne permette pas d'annuler un billet pour trois personnes. Terminer les réservation par internet, c'est une belle anarque commerciale. Je partage cette expérience sur les réseaux sociaux avec 23000 followers, je ne suis pas le seul. Nous ferons remonter cela bientôt."

Voordelen: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Nadelen: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Nadelen: "We were delayed by an hour. There was no where to sit and there was no information about what was happening. Onboarding was chaotic. The luggage masters where not by the plane when passengers where ready to board so people just went up without handing in their luggage."

Voordelen: "Rien !!"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4H30 environ, manque d'informations, retardé petit à petit de sorte qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre que de traîner dans l'aéroport... Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."

Nadelen: "We had to wait a little on the tarmac with no A/C. Understand they want to save gas but its getting real hot in there..."

Nadelen: "My husband and I flew with RyanAir 3 times in two weeks. This was the third time, and it was the worst! When we were about to board, a staff person approached us and said that out carryon bags (which RyanAir tags and checks, anyway) were too large. We'd carried the same bags with the same items in them for all of our flights with RyanAir with no issues. But this time, the staff insisted that we had to pay to check the bags. We removed items from our luggage and put them in our backpacks, which only made the staff upset because they were unable to charge us. One of the staff members began yelling at me and told me she was doing us a favor by not making us pay (though our bags were the right size and met the airline's standards). She told me to be quiet and not argue with the staff, otherwise she'd charge me. If this were in America, I would have spoken to her manage and filed a complaint. I don't know the process in Germany, so I let it be. I felt disrespected and angered. During the flight, I asked a crew member for a fork or spoon. He said he'd bring it to me in a minute. After 15 minutes, he had not returned with it, so I asked another crew member, who told me that there were no spoons or forks. I replied that the airline serves hot meals that require utensils and asked if I could have one of those. He insisted that the airline accounts for every utensil and refused to provide me with one. The woman sitting behind me leaned forward and handed me a spoon. She explained that another crew member had given her the spoon, though she had not asked for it. She was confused and now realized that the spoon was intended for me-- he'd handed it to the wrong passenger. This made it obvious that the other crew member had lied to me. Overall, this was one of the worst flight experiences I'd ever had. I would not recommend RyanAir to anyone, and would actively dissuade people from flying with this airline if asked for my opinion."

Nadelen: "There was no order in getting you in the plane. During flight everything is for sale including cosmetics. There is advertising on the back of the seats. It felt cheap."

On me promet que Latam sera la compagnie de basse entre Berlin et Natal et je m aperçois au moment ou le billet arrive sur mon ordinateur, qu il y a plusieurs compagnie dont Ryanair qui facture les bagages et la carte d embarquement. De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"
