Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Then when my luggage arrived the next morning, no one was staffing the Gold kiosk, so it took another hour and a half to get my luggage. (We had received an email saying that the luggage would be available at 7:30; no one was there to provide it to us)"

Nadelen: "They ran out of the protein meal selections.e.g. Chicken I think. Pasta with sauce and one small cube of cheese with a little salad does not qualify as a balanced mealThe attendant tried to make up for it by giving me more cheese blocks."

It is an unnecessary requirement that causes some passengers to miss their connecting flight. I will give them a pass on clearing immigration But going thru security....no."

Nadelen: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Voordelen: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Nadelen: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Voordelen: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Nadelen: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Voordelen: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."
Nadelen: "6 hours delay due to bad weather."

Nadelen: "Flight was over booked"

Voordelen: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Nadelen: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Voordelen: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Voordelen: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Nadelen: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Nadelen: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Nadelen: "le site Kiwi qui vend le billet pour la compagnie Wizz a été la cause du rachat d'une carte d'embarquement au prix du billet ! un scandale. Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Voordelen: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Nadelen: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Nadelen: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."

Nadelen: "No air conditioned 2 hours late Poor ground service"

Voordelen: "Plane new & in good condition"
Nadelen: "flight was delayed by 90min, boarding started (even plane wasn't here yet; people herded to air field, waiting, then sent back to terminal, for nothing, all in the rain flight supposedly delayed by 30min (really 90min) due to plane late from Belgrade (WizzAir doesn't have a scheduled flight form Belgrade) - clueless or making up stories to get rid of guests?"

Voordelen: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"

Nadelen: "1h+ delayed No information from the staff or crew (only one apology from the pilot) Left waiting in multiple places including outside the aircraft No updates whatsoever on estimated departure and arrival"

Nadelen: "The gate number was displayed and all passengers made their way to the gate were we made to wait for about 30min before passport control took place,no information was provided as to what caused the delay;after the passport control we had to wait again for about 15min.The late take off resulted in me narrowly missing my train home"

Nadelen: "Was delayed on tarmac due to security error, not their error, but they seemed unwilling to at least give people complimentary water or coffee. Cheap airline they are!"

Nadelen: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."

Nadelen: "Charging for light refreshments."

Nadelen: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Voordelen: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Nadelen: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Nadelen: "Ryan Air is a rip off run by the mafia. don't fly with them under any circumstance. They pretend that they are budget airline, but in reality they devised many ways to rip you off, and you end paying more than other airlines and you get treated as cattle."

Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. We know that they won't change."

Nadelen: "Ryanair is an budget airline which entertainment is not an option"

Nadelen: "Don't turn up with a cabin case, it will cost you £20 to have it put in the hold"

Nadelen: "Les notifications. On a eu plus de 3 heures du retard et le retard était pas notifié. En plus après on a attendu à l'intérieur encore une demie heure pour décoller"

Nadelen: "Comme à chaque vendredi, le vol Nantes-Marseille prévu pour 18h05, part en retard. Cette fois, l'avion a décollé vers 19h50."

Voordelen: "Like? Nothing! Extortion at its best. Will not recommend. Will never fly with them again. Shame on you Jaysk for supporting them."
Nadelen: "If their system worked and I could have checked in online instead of being charged an extra $170 something dollars at the gate. Oh and them not charging me another $100 for my luggage the second flight that I swear I paid for...terrible."

Nadelen: "Vol en retard d’1h (Pas prévenu à l’avance evidemment !!), en retard à l’arrivée et donc pour prendre un autre avion après. RYANAIR ne prend rien en charge !!!! Vraiment des ********* ! Nadelen: "Pas de repas ni boissons proposés. Sièges peu confortables."

Voordelen: "Tout était bien... Cependant"
Nadelen: "La police douanière a pris trop de temps pour arriver. Ceux qui avaient des correspondances s'inquietaient"

Voordelen: "Like? They ripped us off, so there's nothing to like."
Nadelen: "€70 per person fee for not printing a boarding pass 2 hours prior to departure. No JTR kiosks to even try doing this. The check-in was not avail' via the app. The Skyserv staffer lied to us about sending an email notice & SMS about this. There was ZERO flexibility by the Skyserv staff to enforce this horse$#;t policy, just a hardlined pay the fee or don't fly. Thus we had to double, triple the cost of our flight just to get to Athens. JTR is worse than flight terminals in Iraq & Afghanistan. The flight - who cares, they ripped us off, made our morning miserable, and we'll never fly RyanAir again."

Nadelen: "L'enregistrement fait par un stagiaire inefficace au plus au point,et l'aéroport de Marrakech est une catastrophe au niveau gestion... 3h d'attente à l'arrivée pour passer le contrôle des passeports.Et 1h30 au retour...."

Nadelen: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Voordelen: "Vol à l'heure, même un peu en avance."
Nadelen: "Sac à dos mis en soute au retour et pas à l'aller (même compagnie Ryanair pourtant)... Placement aléatoire gratuit mais volontairement séparés par Ryanair pour forcer à payer un supplément pour changer de siège (de plus les prix sont trompeurs car pas à partir de 4 euros)"

Nadelen: "le retard d une demi heure et la mise en soute du bagage à main..."

Voordelen: "Le vol s'est bien passé"
Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."

Voordelen: "Rapide et efficace"
Nadelen: "Règles pas claires à l’ae"

Voordelen: "It was very simple and expedited"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Accueil, personne souriant, dommage ne parle pas français !!aa"
Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Voordelen: "I got assigned to the seat I requested"
Nadelen: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed and they were not communicating with the passengers. They had us standing for an hour without letting us know they flight was delayed and you can’t find information online. Also it seems their goal was to charge everyone for luggage and the overhead compartments were pretty empty."

Nadelen: "Encore en retard"

Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"

Voordelen: "Vol pas cher"
Nadelen: "Le retard et les sièges pas très confortables même pour un trajet de moins de 2h"

Voordelen: "Très bien Parking p4 un peu étrange on doit laisser les clefs de son véhicule sans aucun reçu Bizarre"

Voordelen: "Ryanair is fair for customers , prices are cheap enough , I've seen some people saying that we have to pay for everything but what did you expect for that price?"
Nadelen: "The food is terrible but we know that..."

Voordelen: "après un dégivrage au niveau des ailes, que je n'avais jamais vu, nous avons récupéré le petit retard occasionné très bien. On nous a proposé, gratuitement, au moment de l'embarquement de prendre en charge mon bagage. Merci Isabelle"
Nadelen: "Bonjour, je n'ai pas reçu mon appréciation sur l'aller 1h30 de retard annoncé puis 10mn après on nous appelle pour finalement nous faire attendre dans le couloir d'embarquement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cordialement Isabelle"

Voordelen: "the crew is kind with the traveler."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été si court que je n'ai pas eu le temps d'être insatisfaite sur quoi que ce soit! Merci!"

Nadelen: "RyanAir is THE absolute WORST airline in the entire world!!! Ripped me off of almost $200.00! I will never ever use them again."

Voordelen: "je ne repasserai plus jms par kayak! On me promet que Latam sera la compagnie de basse entre Berlin et Natal et je m aperçois au moment ou le billet arrive sur mon ordinateur, qu il y a plusieurs compagnie dont Ryanair qui facture les bagages et la carte d embarquement. De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"

Nadelen: "Problems: 1. very difficult to understand what was and was not included in the price of the ticket when purchased. Basically, later I found, it was a $50 ticket for the price of $90 because I had to pay for a checked bag, about $40 per person. Rediculous! 2. The next surprise came when I tried to check-in early while on vacation, for my flight to Athens. Apparently another $50 if we didn't check-in early (before the airport). My computer wasn't working on the website for some reason, so I was stressed. Fortunately able to check-in using my husband's computer. But then I was stressed because we couldn't print-out the tickets and I thought that they would charge us another arm-and-leg. They didn't, but the poor couple next to us in line had to pay the $50 extra per person for not checking in early - Rediculous! 3. There were about 5 long lines to go thru for check-in, basically showing/reshowing passports...it took forever! And so crowded. Rediculous! I will NEVER fly RyanAir"

Nadelen: "Rayanair dispose les passagers de manière à ce que les voyageur ayant pris leur billet ensemble ne puisse pas être a coté. Ceci est fait volontairement pour facturer une option supplémentaire.. Honteux !!"

Voordelen: "Actual plan ride was smooth."
Nadelen: "They nickel and dime you. If that's their business model, fine, but clearly state what fees are charged and outline how they can be avoided. My story is.... none of the "check in online" emails/reminders nor the actual check in process clearly outlines how to retrieve your boarding pass. We arrived at the airport and they made us pay €37 per boarding pass!!!!! Turns out you have to download an app to retrieve an electronic pass. Well, we didn't know that, and since we were in a foreign country whose airport had no WIFI, we couldn't download the app. We were traveling with friends who had carry on luggages. The carry on luggages were deemed carry on to our destination. When traveling back home, they were no longer deemed carry on and my friends were charged €60 per carry on bag. Ridiculous. In summary between check bag fees and boarding passes we paid triple the amount of th airfare."

Nadelen: "Our flight ended up almost 3 hours late which caused us to miss our flight home. When we asked for assistance and explained our situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. She even jokingly shared advice on a place to eat since we were probably not going to make it home that day. This delay cost us another night in a hotel and a couple thousand for tickets on another flight the following day. When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. I highly recommend you choose another airline."

Voordelen: "Vol retour à l'heure"
Nadelen: "Vol allez en retard embarquement long et mal organisé Personnel absolument pas aimable Nombreux surcoûts cachés ( valise choix du siège si vous voyagez pas seul bus...) Quasi aucun personnel au sol pour orienter ou obtenir des infos... Rapport qualité prix au final très mauvais 150€ de coût caché pour voyager dans des conditions très low Cost Je ne renouvellerai pas mon expérience avec cette compagnie douteuse"

Nadelen: "I tried to do the check in on my phone and it showed that i did it. But when I got to airport I found out I did not do correctly and needed to pay 50 euro extra per ticket. It was confusing and I had not been prepare to use internet too much on my vacation abroad. This made it very confusing and difficult to try and do emailing on my old phone. And Not something any of the other flight bookings I made required. Or had such a high charge for not doing. Why isn't just buying ticket enough? Why did I need to do an added checkin, with such a high cost. And the people at airport were not understanding or helpful at all. What a hassle and pain to spend same amount as ticket itself practically."
