Nadelen: "The boarding process was terrible. We were checked out and processed 7 times! The questions we were asked were so ridiculous that at some point I started laughing. The official wanted to see my itinerary since I left the US, and all if the places I had visited! (That was a month after the start of my trip since I was on my way back from my vacation). The seats are made for people who are 5 feet tall and skinny. The airport was so busy that we had to Wait inside the plain for over an hour because there was (taxiing traffic) and could not get on the take off Lane."
Nadelen: "Movies are not very new, i was asked to clear security again at istanbul gate after going to bathroom but i guess that makes me feel safe even though was inconvenient"

The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat. the flight is always delayed and boarding chaotic."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Voordelen: "I went for my honeymoon but ET never transported my luggage. I had to spend my honeymoon buying very expensive clothes and basic needs in Mauritius instead of relaxing. My luggage never came. I got it on my way back to Bamako. Nobody was even able to even trace my luggage or respond professionally on the phone. Out of hundreds of calls I made to them, they only picked up twice. ET screwed my honeymoon that I had planned for over a year. I'm so dissapointed that I don'y even want to claim reimbursement."

Then while lining up to change my ticket, I overheard people saying that the boarding is starting in 30 minutes and we have to rush to the gate. Then the gate number changed 3 times and the boarding time got delayed few times as well. It was a 5 stars chaos that trip!"

I’m skeptical that they accidentally boarded the wrong passengers bc right after, a different group boarded on the same plane, destined for a different continent. The crewmember in the airport in charge of communicating with us would walk away for 20+ min when passengers asked questions. I do not recommend this airline."
