When I finally was able to sleep, she didnt wake me up for breakfast even when I especifically asked to be awakened. And than replied that she wasnt able to wake me. Awful service for executive."

Nadelen: "Always not clear if the carry on are included. Always getting a surprise to pay $35 for carry on. Offered an upgrade for $15 took it to find out no more leg room only placed at front of plane.. No entertainment on 3 plus hours flight. Overall lots to be willing to upgrade."

Nadelen: "I appreciated that there were two meals but would have appreciated more water. And a gluten free option for breakfast would have been great."
Nadelen: "Latam screwed my son in law, pregnant daughter, and 2 year old grandson. Due to a delayed Latam flight, they missed all international connections. They were stuck in Santiago for 4 days with no help from Latam. Their bags were lost by the airline. NOBODY behind the counters took responsibility to help get them home!! Their passports, credit cards and money were all stolen during this 4 day period."
Voordelen: "There entire experience was 1st rate. I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Nadelen: "Inadequate signage - especially for passengers arriving on a domestic flight and departing on an international flight. Why are you writing to me in Dutch? How do I change to English?"
Nadelen: "Poor service. Not too friendly crew. I normally fly American but being myself Chilean, I thought I'd give Latam a chance but was disappointed. I was travelling with my daughter and 2 yr old grandaughter and felt that they didn't give us any special attention in regards to baby.I used to be a flight attendant and In my day the standards of service were SO MUCH HIGHER!! I Will not fly Latam next time."

Nadelen: "The boarding process took almost two hours. We were shuttled to a remote location, then we sat on the airplane for about an hour. We finally took off around 2:45."

Nadelen: "Cabin lights on for first 2 hours of an overnight (red eye) flight. No meal served as indicated on ticket, just M&Ms. Very cold cabin."

Voordelen: "Flight schedule, inflight service and food in couch was amazingly the best I had in a long time. The entertainment was delightful. The telephone service for questions, while in Peru, was terrible. My flight reservation number was changed and I needed to talk to someone. I had to call the States help line instead of the local number which had a non working automated answering menu."
Nadelen: "Missed my first leg and then they canceled my return leg without telling me. I then had to pay for a new flight"

Voordelen: "Service was prompt, smooth boarding and the aircraft was modern. there was an entertainment option if you had downloaded their app before the flight - I hadn't downloaded it, so can't comment on the entertainment. Other than that - all in all great service."
Nadelen: "Snacks were crackers and 2 sweet biscuits. Would have been nice to have had something a little more savoury, but this is realistically already more than I would expect from European carriers, so can't complain."

Nadelen: "The attendant was rude to my daughter. She was discriminated against. During the meal pass he gave everyone else a meal and gave my daughter water and said ' You will be fine with that.' At the Lima airport the restaurant refused to serve us. If you are traveling to the Olympics and you are an American I suggest you avoid Lima. The Peruvian airport personnel don't like us and they let you know it."
