Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

I ordered a vegan meal months in advance. The meal never came and they tried to give me chicken. I told the attendant and she said nothing she could do, someone must’ve messed up so I had nothing to eat. She was very rude about it and did not apologize or anything, just said “handed them all out already” and walked away. Another attendant eventually came over and I asked her for some help and she was able to provide me with some snacks and she was very kind.

Very cramped and claustrophobic Staff spoke no English and tv choice was not In English Pilot and staff spoke no English and as a lone traveller I felt quite vulnerable as no emergency procedures or facilities were explained is bathroom emergency exit

Nadelen: "I didn't realize that even though I am an international traveler, I had to pay for baggage for this short flight. And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Nadelen: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Voordelen: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

Nadelen: "No food service whatsoever. Not even a bag of pretzels or peanuts. You have to pay for soft drinks. Really? A can of soda costs less than 50 cents. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Soap dispenser was empty for the entire duration of the flight. No entertainment."
Voordelen: "Not much to say on a positive note, I want to avoid this airline if I can."
Nadelen: "Three and a half hour flight and all they offer free is coffee and soft drinks! The economy seats are small and the flight attendants are indifferent, until it's time to promote their duty free products. Find an airline with better customer service."
Nadelen: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Nadelen: "No entertainment. They didn't notify us that there was no wifi until 5 minutes before we boarded. Being older than the electronic age, I did not have movies or games on my phone. Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."
Voordelen: "At least on long-haul flights SAS Plus is quite nice, much closer to business class service than your usual premium economy offering. Real silverware, good drinks, pretty good food, plenty of space and a nice blanket and pillow. The lounge in Copenhagen is quite nice too."
Nadelen: "In-flight entertainment did not work, veggie meal I ordered was not there, and when I asked if I could have one of the extra business class meals, I was told no. I further asked if I could just have some chips from the snack basket and that was met with a death glare from the female flight attendant. All in all, the flight attendants were rude and unwilling to accept any ownership in the poor conditions of this 9 hour flight."

Nadelen: "Food terrible. Our seats in Plus were in bad condition, they move us that also were in bad condition, hey you are paying Plus to have good seats!"

The rest of the gate just started forming several lines. Very unorganized. The we sat on the plane for about a half hour. At least there was an announcement that two people were missing so they had to remove their luggage. 40 minutes late into Longyearbyen."
Nadelen: "instead of cophenhagen to boston, i was re-routed copenhagen to gothenburg to munich to frankfurt to boston.... the cancelled flight was on july 6 2016; i arrived home more than 24 hours behind plan i spent at least 5-6 hours in lines, went thru security 4 times....."

Non respect de l’heure d’embarquement! Décollage et arrivé en retard

All OK.

Les genoux dans les dents tout le voyage c’est rarement agréable. Avion de Eurowings, un vrai cauchemar. Et je fait 1m75, pas 2m.

Connexion avec Genève mal faite, j’ai du attendre 3h pour un autre vol.

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Voordelen: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

Nadelen: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Voordelen: "The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked."
Nadelen: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."
Voordelen: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

Nadelen: "There was a long-ish and poorly organised layover in Luanda, which involved the flight crew individually identifying the carry-on luggage on the plane so as to ensure no one who had disembarked had left anything behind. This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."
Nadelen: "Lost/Delayed Baggage My baggage is missing and this has cost me extra expenses and a lot of inconvenience."

Nadelen: "L'embarquement s'est fait à l'heure mais nous avons attendu plus d'une heure dans l'avion que les bagages soient chargés et sommes partis avec 1h30 de retard en ayant très peu d'informations"
Nadelen: "Dommage de ne pas avoir eu de collation/snack alors que l'avion partait à 7h du matin (donc à l'aéroport depuis minimum 5h)"

Faites attention , il va falloir que vous faites l’enregistrement en ligne , l’application edreams n’est pas la solution ni Kayak , ca ecrit erreur a chaque fois que vous essayez , l’enregistrement a l’aéroport est payant 60€/personne sans avis lors de la réservation. Lors de l’embarquement c’est très désorganisé il n y a pas de la place pour faire la file , apres que tu passes tu attends a l’extérieur pendant 20 a 30 minutes pour que le bus arrive pour t’amener a l’avion. Dans l’avion si tu essayes de dormir ca ne serait pas facile parce que les hôtesses de l’air parlent et rient trop fort , avant d’atterrir elles/ils sont supposés de vérifier si tout le monde sont attachés et que les sièges sont droits mais ca n’a pas été fait , elles étaient trop occupées a parler en groupe , Bref c’était ma pire expérience surtout pour l’histoire d’enregistrement.

Le chef de bord non professionnel, pas de respect !!

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35 (compagnie Air Europa) Correspondance à 18h15 à Palma de Majorque en direction de Marseille (compagnie Ryanair) Arrive à Palma à 18h20, nous avons logiquement pas pu embarqué à bord du vol Ryanair

Nadelen: "Le bagage cabine n’a pas été enregistré alors qu’à l’aller oui. On n’a pas pu éditer les cartes d’embarquements car un bug sur Ryanair bref c’était vraiment médiocre"
Voordelen: "Le prix du vol, l'amabilité du personnel."
Nadelen: "C'est Ryanair, donc, beaucoup des choses devraient être améliorés."
Voordelen: "The flight was on time"
Nadelen: "Lots of things should be better on Ryanair flights"
Nadelen: "Courtoisie, respecté les horaires"
Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. So, no further comments required..."
Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Voordelen: "Très bien"
Nadelen: "C’était en retard pas très sérieux."

Voordelen: "L'équipage est toujours au top et cette fois-ci nous sommes mêmes arrivés avant l'heure prévue."
Voordelen: "Le vol s'est très bien passé. Le commandant de bord a donné des informations durant la vol concernant le survol de la région et l'heure d'arrivée plus tôt dans la soirée."
Nadelen: "Le confort reste sommaire mais correct"

Nadelen: "Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again."

Nadelen: "Staff were quite rude and didn't spend time explaining the delay we were having in English"
Voordelen: "Honestly nothing, apart from welcome smile from crew..."
Nadelen: "dirty, overcrowded, seats even closer in my opinion (Boening 737-800), broken window cover, bad smell"
Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Voordelen: "Once the aircraft arrived the boarding and take off were fairly quick. The flight itself self was extremely quick and there was no hassle. Quite impressed with that."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed initially with 2 hours. There was no notification by the airport. After 2 hours there was another hpur delay. Again there was no notification. We and the other passengers had to constantly last to the gatw screen to see any updates. We were left in the dark until the very moment we started boarding."
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"
Voordelen: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Nadelen: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"

Nadelen: "Ridiculous boarding situation, expensive onboard food and beverage. Upright seats. Advanced check in always seats your group apart to encourage you to purchase seats. Budget airline that trust to milk their clients for every penny. Only use them if no other option."

Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "I planned to eat on the plane so bought nothing onboard with me. By the time the cart got to me there was no food left. I had no option but to buy some crackers for my meal. The moral of the story: buy food to take with you!"

Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Like all airlines, Ryanair are unable to perform to expectations, and promises made (Low priority to get off plane into terminal comp to planes that arrived after us.No busses to Birmingham had been arranged for onward travel of passengers.)
