The process just did not seem to be managed very well. There were issues with the tv monitors; however, the crew handled it very well. I wish we had been given an option with the calzones - I don't like red peppers or tomatoes, and was not offered another option."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

She was rude to people sitting in the exit seats, rudely demanding attention while she rushed through the safety guidelines. She then very rudely told me I had to pay for what I was trying to order, even though I was reading it off the menu? She acted as if I was stupid because I don’t speak swedish, but she did not speak the language of our destination, and it was a connecting flight."

Nadelen: "Got asked to leave my seat in row 3 for one further back because I couldnt pull up my ticket mid flight to show it was my seat. Their system had me in another row so I missed out on the extra service offered to that row."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Nadelen: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."

Nadelen: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

Voordelen: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Nadelen: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a little rough as the announcements in groups to board was not clear and lots of people got in line that should not have. - causing delays and frustrations. Handled poorly by gate team"

Voordelen: "I'm surprised this is called a budget airline (or am I mistaken?!). Anyway, everything was great. The entertainment options were limited compared to Turkish, Emirates, Lufthansa or Qatar, but enough for a 7 hour flight and then some. Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."
Nadelen: "Nothing stands out really. I'm likely going to fly them again."

Voordelen: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"

Voordelen: "The pilots were excellent : smooth takeoff and landing. The plane seemed a bit shaky at times in the air; perhaps it was windy, although the skies were clear. Good food; good stewardesses. Entertainment had very good movie choices and games."
Nadelen: "The side lights never were turned off, so it was hard to go to sleep. On a long overseas flight, there should be some down time. It was dark outside part of the time, but never dark inside the plane. The leg room is also a bit cramped for tall people."

Voordelen: "SAS agent in Oslo was very nice and quickly rebooked our flight to Bergen when we missed our scheduled one due to luggage delays and confusion at Oslo as to Customs procedure."

My vacation is ruined and I have to wait 3 weeks before I can request minimal compensation. I'm frustrated and angry, and get little help. Everyone is sorry... but no answers. Never will fly SAS again"

Voordelen: "Connecting flight from Hamburg was late so gate personnel graciously gave me an upgrade."

Nadelen: "You expect me to vacation time trying to contact you about the items missing from my suitcase. I have read where I have seven days to report this. This happened on June 20 almost a month ago I am at home trying to straighten out this I had yet to even speak to anyone about The luggage items missing. Why would I miss out on my vacation trying to write you???"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and the crew was friendly"
Nadelen: "My luggage did not follow me to Geneva as it was supposed to do. I hope it will come today in Annecy where I am staying."

Voordelen: "Your entertainment and SAS TV as well as landscape camera were great. Your pilots did a great job with getting us home extra fast inspire of boarding delay. I liked the crew a little more on tbd way to Sweden than on the way to Chicaho"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a little strange. Not sure why the gate stayed closed up until boarding time so passengers had to stand in line until actual boarding instead of being able to sit and relax. Also not sure why we weren't permitted to check in online like previous."

Voordelen: "New and nice plane. Good amenities for coach. Good service for the most part. Food was tasty."
Nadelen: "Breakfast was kind of rushed. Would have liked to have been offered water, tea, and coffee more."

Voordelen: "Loved the new, roomy interiors!"
Nadelen: "I know this is petty, but many major airlines allow you to watch your movie all the way to landing. It's an annoyance to be cut off before your program ends, but not crucial. Second, the planes was freezing from start to finish with staff removing blankets and pillows upon take off and landing. I understand the safety concerns, but I jr to leave on my hoodie."

Voordelen: "It went very smooth"
Nadelen: "Plane looked a little worn out, the seats and floor carpet. But it was all good! I'm just a picky person, overall great experience."

Voordelen: "Entertainment system and choice of movies was great."
Nadelen: "Seats have become to small and crowded together. A new plane but it looks like the last inches were taken to compress the coach seats closer together."

Nadelen: "Youth tickets were not an option while purchasing. We later found out that they exist and we qualify."

Voordelen: "I've heard about employee dissatisfaction within United but didn't experience it during my flight. Pilot and cabin crew were a delight"

Nadelen: "The boarding process was a nightmare. The gate agents did not make an announcement. Thus, people crowded the area. The gate agents then decided who could board and who could not -- based on their seat assignment. Terrible."

Nadelen: "Huge delay from my flight to Turkey and again a delay returning to Germany."

Voordelen: "Nothing , It was veri terrible"
Nadelen: "The boarding pass , they opened my baggage like 3 times and start making chaos in it and ruin many things inside it , plus it always delayed in time"

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "Almost one hour delay to board and take off!!!"

Nadelen: "Food not included in price of ticket. Food offered for a fee was very limited. But then again the flight was less than 3 hours."

Voordelen: "They changed my online check in into front window seats for free Was in time"
Nadelen: "It's low cost, it arrived in time. It's ok :)"

Nadelen: "The boarding staff not helpful at all for bags and for the seats. The crew was very bad talking she was very bad. The meals were not as expected.. Very poor trip. It is different at all of the going trip!"

Voordelen: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Nadelen: "At check in staff did not know that I had 20 kg baggage allowance"

Nadelen: "Flights are overcrowded, chairs won't recline, even a glass of water will cost you, transit via buses"

Voordelen: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time and luggage arrived. No problems!"

Nadelen: "I want to make change flight but they where not helpful"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."

Voordelen: "it's fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Nadelen: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give water."

Nadelen: "The way of talking to the passengers."

Nadelen: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Nadelen: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."

Voordelen: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Nadelen: "There was no entertainment and no food"

Voordelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "We were delayed going and coming back! Staff were not helpful on our way back. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with using kayak as when I wanted to cancel I was very shocked that vayama charges $344 for changing both flights timings were as if I had booked through Pegasus themselves it would have been $75 , never again and I have deleted the app"

Nadelen: "2 hours delay"

Voordelen: "we arrived the airport late but luckily the counter close 30 minutes before flight departure the ground staff help us check through baggage to our final destination-Milan"
Nadelen: "nil"

Nadelen: "The long hours of waiting caged in the plane with an announcement every 5 mins that we will takeoff soon it was a round trip had 2 hours delay while going and 2 hours while coming back. The plane wasn't clean. Im not using that airline anymore"

Nadelen: "Overall a 3 class company."

Voordelen: "L'embarquement a sabiha gokcen. L'équipage et le pilote qui parlent français ou quelque chose qui y ressemble."
Nadelen: "Interdiction d'utiliser ses écouteur au décollage et à l'atterrissage alors qu'il est prouvé que ça perturbe en rien l'avion. Pas de repas, snack ni bouteille d'eau, c'est du low cost... Heureusement les toilettes sont pas encore payantes. L'assise est trop courte, passagers de plus d'1m80 passez votre chemin. Les repas, vendu à des tarifs trop élevés sont immondes. Il faut vraiment avoir faimpiur avaler cette pitance. Les vls sont toujours en retard, tout le temps (g plus de 10 vol Pegasus à mon actif) si ce n'était le tarif, j'irais voir ailleurs. D'ailleurs un bon turkish air lines avec ses 30kg de bagages et repas offert c'est mieux malgré la différence de prix (de 35 à 80€)"

Voordelen: "I made it where I was going. Seats were no more uncomfortable than any other 737."
Nadelen: "The boarding process is horrendously slow. It took about 1 hour to board."

Nadelen: "A woman was allowed past 5 checkpoints with her temporary passport which was later deemed invalid. We sat there for almost 2 hours while security tried to get her to leave the plane. The airport and Pegasus employees should have been more vigalent beforehand to not let her get that far. There was no attempt to make the situation better for passengers, many of which nearly missed their connections. Not even a bottle of water or apology."

Voordelen: "Cheap"
Nadelen: "Very uncomfortable seats No drinks included despite long haul flight Messy boarding procedures"

Nadelen: "Wild children touching and banging against the seat back, surrounded by a sick family sneezing andcoughing facing me while not properly covering mourh/nose. Isles so nrrow that attendants and carts bumped into me every time theypassed."

Voordelen: "Until now, absolutely nothing. I expect a free ticket after waiting for more than 10hrs of waiting"
Nadelen: "Very poor communication. We are not informed of the details so that we know what steps to take. We are just seating ducks."

Nadelen: "Seat handles were missing, no video screens."

Voordelen: "Good cheap flight"
Nadelen: "No entertainment system"
