Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."
Nadelen: "Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

Voordelen: "I loved the aircraft, the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of the cre, the communications from the pilot. The food was very good and tasty which is a great challenge in overseas flights, the choices of drinks. We will definitely travel again on SWISS, this time for a visit to the Alps hiking trails"

Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Voordelen: "Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting."
Nadelen: "Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Nadelen: "Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice."
Nadelen: "KLM staff in the Prague airport were some of the rudest humans I have ever met. So incredibly uncaring and outright mean."
Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Nadelen: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Nadelen: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

On Time departure and arrival Entertainment system not very userfriendly

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Flight was overbooked. Crew did a great job but passengers weren’t nice and really not patient. Flying in these times is not the best idea tbh.

Nadelen: "50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

The stewardess even directed me to a free isle seat so I wouldn't have to sit in the middle where it was a bit more cramped. I wish my first experience with Lufthansa; they could have had a loyal customer since I will ve flying to Bulgaria 2 times a year in the next 6 years."

Voordelen: "It’s always a pleasure, easy and organized to fly with you. I have been using Lufthansa for the last 3 years, every time I must fly because of the quality of service and of its crew."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a free for all. My seat was near the front of the plane but the crew directed me to enter at the back of the plane. There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. There was not enough space for my carry-on luggage so they had to take it in the front."

Nadelen: "We had reserved our seats ahead of time but as we were boarding we were told that instead of sitting on row 4, we should seat at a row at the back of the plane. We were not notified ahead of time or or given an option. Flight attendants were refusing to help passengers and were actually rude to people who needed help to find a place for their luggage. Honestly, I didn’t expect this from Lufthansa and am very disappointed."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Seats are quite small, but due to the plane being empty we were aloud to switch seats to have more room

Nadelen: "Staff seemed confused and would not let us seat at our assigned seats which we picked in order to accommodate our baby. Instead they put us in an even worse spot and decided to ignore the people that took out seats and left them be."

Voordelen: "We were just 10-15 people on the plane and everyone has its own row of seats. A nice sandwich + soft drink/wine + coffee/tea was provided quickly after take off. Then the lights were dimmed so the people could rеst for few hours till landing. Nice prompt service."

Nadelen: "No one told me why or how long the flight would be delayed. I got at the airport at 9am for a 12:45pm flight, the plane didn't take off till 9:30pm. Air Bulgaria didn't update Barcelona Airport so everyone had to assume the flight could take off any minute and spend a long day at the gate. Avoid Bulgaria Air."

Nadelen: "The airline didn't offer online check in from out flight from Athens to Sofia, but that seemed to be because of travel outside of the schengen zone."

Nadelen: "Overall cleanliness of the cabin was very poor."
Voordelen: "We wish companies who share would advertise who they are partners with & that the other companies have your information when using their airline. We finally found the representative to Air Belin to check us in at the Frankfurt Airport to find out we will be flying with Balkan Airline at another terminal. The same thing happened on the way back. Luckily we arrived at the airport early both times to make sure we were flying. But getting information from one airline to another is hard when your booking # & flight number is different for each airline, & when you call the airline they tell you to go to the airport as they cannot help you over the phone. The flight was find but to board is another."

Nadelen: "The boarding was a mess, because they decided to consolidate the passengers of two planes, so most of the seats were double booked and they were struggling to find seats. The flight was delayed with one hour because they were looking for lost passengers. Complete mess!"
Voordelen: "Crew was excellent. Aircraft comfortable. Good value fare"
Nadelen: "Plane was boarding but in the pre-security area the monitors said check in while inside the buses were loading to take passengers to the plane. It was a case of hurry up and wait. The bus was hot and the wait long. In the plane waiting for take off was unhealthily hot with no fresh air for at least 25 minutes. Also the check in process was bad. All the counters had monitors disposing RyanAir but it turns out you could check in for Bulgaria Air at most counters."

Voordelen: "The crew remained polite and we were given a bottle of water each during at 2.5 hour delay."
Nadelen: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed in both ways. Very crowded, not comfortable to sit. Just 11 movie selection with a terrible sound."
Nadelen: "The crew barely spoke English, only polish and didn’t care about you if you didn’t speak polish. The food was horrible and tasteless. And my suitcase was broken into and my packet of cigarettes was ripped apart and half was stolen"
Nadelen: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."
Voordelen: "It was a short, quick, pleasant trip."
Voordelen: "Unexpectedly our luggage was still dispatched on time to our final destination dispite the delay and short time in Warsaw airport."
Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."
Voordelen: "Quiet flight, no issues"
Nadelen: "Not a Lot plane. A Neos charter plane leased by Lot. Italian crew."
Voordelen: "I had a short flight so I can't expect much, but the staff and service was great and we departed on time."
Nadelen: "They were leather seats. I hate leather seats. And they didn't have the cushion on the back of your head that can fold forward on the sides to hold your head so you can sleep."
Nadelen: "The fly was late 50 nim, we have to wait for some people witch come late."
Voordelen: "Got me there."
Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."
Voordelen: "Could check my suitcase earlier (arrived at airport too early). I had a bit off over 23 kg but that did not pose any problem. Boarding was quiet fast and almost with timetable. The food was good and service provided pleasant. I was happy that we landed safely providing bad weather in Toronto that evening."
Nadelen: "Terrible and stressful experience transferring at WAW airport with crowded security lines and no guiding personnel. Slight delay this time (compared to the first leg of my trip couple of weeks ago with 3h delay and missed connections)"

Nadelen: "Plane delayed 2:30 hours! ! Checking again for the size and weight carry on baggage before boarding ! Only Polish Airline do that ! What a shame! Not a good reputation for them !"

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
