Tous les vols fonctionnent maintenant comme les arnaques low cost et c'est dommage. Une valise en soute coute une fortune, un centimetre de siege en plus est un vendu a un tarif de dingue. en prenant un billet sur virgin, géré par Delta, donc une vraie compagnie, nous ne pensions pas que meme demander a etre assis ensemble serait quelque part payant. en effet notre tarif ne nous permettait pas de s'enregistrer avant. donc une fois au guichet plus de sieges ensemble. dans l'avion ? fauteuil ridicule pour tasser plus de passager , comme dans les vols bas de gamme, pas de boisson avant le repas, mais des bouteilles de cristalline que meme les chauffeurs uber ont arreté de donner. Et c'est une canette de coca pour 3 passagers, ben oui on va pas vous filer la cannette quand meme. Pour un vole a 1200 balles c'est vraiment abusé

The quality of the food was terrible and below a normal standard, the entertainment screen kept breaking down, had to keep reminding the staff several times to fix it. The toilets were dirty, the seats were very uncomfortable, I think this is one of the worst flights I have been on and really shocked how Delta is associated with Virgin Airlines, who are of such high standard and a much better flying experience.
Mass produced airline food is tough to get right but maybe food that doesn’t require as much cutting so you don’t elbow your neighbors ie spring rolls. Ear buds were hard to hear through. But overall Flight staff was professional, lavatories were clean, boarding was orderly, flight on time.

Un retard énorme dû aux contrôles à Manchester… Mais l’avion a attendu… c est sympa ! Vol très bien, nourriture infecte… annoncés uniquement en américain, on ne comprend rien. Les stewards devraient apprendre à parler distinctement, d autant si il y avait beaucoup d étrangers à bord…
Delta were magnificent. All really helpful and a joy to travel with. Food was very nice and they kept me topped up wthe water, cold drinks etc. Heathrow was very busy that time of day and despite arriving early I needed all the extra time to queue to check in luggage and then the waiting to get through security was very long and only just got to the gate as it was closing. You need to aim to be in Heathrow 3 hours before take off, not two.

I attempted to cancel my flight due to positive covid case 10 days before I flew with chatdeal and kayak and after repeated calls from me and promises I would be called back and the chance of a credit note I heard nothing. No help, no support, no understanding. I lost £1500. Would never use again or recommend.
Places réservées sur kayak avec option grande place . Non respecté. Confort abominable sur le vol retour. Vol de départ annulé cause Covid seulement quelques heures avant le départ. Incertitude pour un vol de replacement, finalement obtenu 12 heures après . Merci kayak: plus jamais chez vous.
Personnel très professionnelle et à l’écoute des besoins des passagers. Repas assez bien, surtout salade fraîche. Proposition de plats aux légumes pourrait améliorer l’expérience pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de pâtes. Globalement tout s’est très bien passé.

Both outbound to JFK and inbound from Atlanta the food options were very poor for a ticket selling at £2,500 when we left. A330 seats were more comfortable than the new A350 and wider, crew were far better on the 330 also. The cabin being smaller felt safer given the current issues.

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!
Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6
nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.
Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable
Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Nadelen: "My biggest issue was that my seat didn't recline. 30C. It was quite unpleasant for a 5 hour flight with a large man pushing his seat farther back than it goes, in front of me. The other issue was that one gentleman flight attendant had terrible body odor. He mostly smelled like he'd been sweating, but his uniform was in desparate need of laundering ... particularly the pants. I started to mention to it with the friend that I was traveling with, and she knew what I was going to describe before I said it, despite us not talking during the flight (seats were split apart). I'd also mention - although there may not be anything that can be done - but boarding was a nightmare. A large Chicago flight had a boarding line crossing in front of our gate as we were called to get in line (no zones or row numbers). It was quite slow to be standing for 50 minutes and the entire plane settling into all rows at once."

Nadelen: "I had to wait almost one hour at check in. The person in charge said there were "issues" with my visa. She allowed me to board to Reykjavik and said the issues would be solved as I flew. I had to check in again at Reykjavik. There was no "issue" with my visa and I was received normally at my destination. Comfort level on business class was sub-par and options on entertainment center very limited."
Voordelen: "I had sprained my ankle the day before my flights, and the crew were all very nice and accommodating for me."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that when I booked my flight, I was misled to believe that my checked baggage was included. The message said that "cabin baggage was included", but since when is cabin baggage NOT included?? I was surprised to find out when I was checking in that I had to pay an extra 50 Euros to check my luggage in, which I was really not happy about since the flight itself was already so expensive."

Nadelen: "Boarding was 45+minutes and involved standing in a cramped hall before boarding a bus to then climb the gateway in the rain :("

Nadelen: "The boarding was delayed by an hour, and people were just standing squeezed to the gate in the busy Reykjavik airport. The flight was rough at times, but I suppose that's a Mother Nature's fault. Food and drink (for purchase) was fine."

À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."

Voordelen: "Believe aircraft was about 2 hours out of Iceland when my 87 yo mother had and emergency being unconscious. The crew jump into action unbelievable and assisted with remarkable training. Thank GOD there was a MD on board from Germany also a paramedic. Crew,MD,Paramedic took over the situation and mother was recovered THANK GOD for the training your attendants are given or surely it would have been a death on board 3 hours until landing in Boston. I was surely a MIRACLE for me and my family. No words can express our the skills of those on board. I only suggestion is that more IV solution should be on board - the bottle was small - but certainly aided in her recovery. THANK YOU THANK YOU ICELAND AIR"

Nadelen: "The boarding process at KEF for flight back to BOS was a mess. Only one attendant checking people in. The gate was so crowded it was ridiculous. The one attendant did not have any PA system so you couldn't hear any of her announcements. It was a long, hot, crowded wait to get onto the bus that brought us over to the plane. Not the best way to end our trip to Iceland."
Voordelen: "Second time I have flown to Brussels with Iceland Air. I love their customer service and especially the flight route. My flight going over was cancelled due to weather. I called their reservation office , had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes , but it was worth it. The reservation agent found me a new flight on LH, she explained I would get a conformation about 3 hours after our conversation with the flight information and new txt information. I was able to check in with LH on line that evening. Iceland Air had every pre assigned seats for me."
Nadelen: "The boarding process in Kevlavik is pretty awful. No seating around gate areas. You have to stand in line for about 30 minutes to then have to get on shuttle to be driven to plane where you have to walk on stairs to get to plane, or in some cases you actually get to board from the terminal, which happened yesterday. I have MS,and sometimes standing for long periods of time and then having to climb up stairs is difficult for me. I also see a lot of elderly people and parents with babies having difficulty with this boarding process. Their airport really needs major expansion for the amount of people that travel thru their. Seating araes around their gates should be a priority."
Nadelen: "Same boarding delays. Airport gates have no seating and hard to hear announcements in other areas. Posting of gate info was late as well"
Voordelen: "Icelandair caters to children which is exceptional."
Nadelen: "There were just a few chairs for people to sit in while waiting to board. The boarding zones were crammed together so it was absolute chaos lining up to board. I was really surprised but the Icelandair personnel at the airport were extremely unfriendly. They seemed irritated when asked a question and did not smile."
Voordelen: "The flight attendents were nice and did a good job."
Nadelen: "The plan was small for a5 in a half hour flight. On top of that there was not even as much as a snack given and everything on the menu was way over priced. Just think it is in human to have people in the air taped that long and force them to pay extra on top of ticket price to have a snack. Very disappointed if i can help it i will not fly with them again. This is the 3 straight year i have so seems like we are being forced to go with them."
Nadelen: "Rejkjavik aiport is woefully undersized and understaffed to handle the volume of passengers connecting through to other destinations. Jam-packed waiting areas and walking aisles and long queues in restrooms and refreshment areas. A lovely building, but not a pleasant experience at all."

Voordelen: "Love the leg room... nothing exceptional, but more than the other discount airlines. Free layover in Iceland. Kind and helpful staff. Includes one checked bag and in flight movies (not latest releases, but enough to get you there.)"
Nadelen: "Limited free drink choices, but you do get tea, coffee, and some soft drinks. Check the in-flight magazine to make sure you don't plan on a Coke and end up with 7Up. Boarding at KEF is a free for all, Iceland style. If the Scandinavians start lining up, get in line. Not that it matters much since seats are assigned and there is adequate carryon space due to free checked bag."
Nadelen: "Our seats were reassigned at the last minute (upon boarding) to seats that couldn't recline at all. The people in front of us could recline their seats fully, giving us no room whatsoever to move. We had no room to even rest our heads on the table or cross our legs. It was very uncomfortable. Had I known the seating was so uncomfortable, I would not have flown this airline. These were not the seats we selected earlier, so we were taken by surprise at being given such terrible seats and offered no options. I will not fly this airline again."
Nadelen: "Too bad that there is no food included in the flights. We bought sandwiches, and they were worth it though :)"

I almost gave up on watching a movie until I pulled out my iPhone headphones and realized that I could finally hear the dialogue over the roar of the plane."

The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
Voordelen: "We had lots of seat space because the flight wasn't full and we could spread out a bit. If the plane hadn't been full, the seats and leg room space were insufficient. The food was good. The on board entertainment was enjoyable, making the time go by quicker."
Nadelen: "We weren't able to select our seats, they were selected for us. We also couldn't print out our Boarding Passes until we arrived at the airport giving us an uneasy feeling about the seats we would be assigned. Ultimately, our seat assignments were fine, but no need for the drama."

Nadelen: "Touch screen technology horrible - practically have to punch seat back numerous times to get response (poor person in front of me!). Wasn't just mine either - everyone had this issue. Movie selection tepid. Can't use your own headset & get stereo sound because of their 2-prong system. Whole setup really bad. On overnight flight from Boston to Dublin, could barely sleep because flight crew kept interrupting with announcements about collecting trash."

My brother and his daughter had their seats changed, too, and they were in middle seats 14 rows apart, so she flew by herself on an international flight all by hersel! My headphones wouldn't work correctly in the double jack, only getting one side. Why change the plugs? The flight attendant said that they wouldn't work and that she would get me a headset. Two hours into the flight I finally got a headset. The male flight attendant was great, but unfortunately we were dealing with others that totally ignored my two small requests for the entire 6 hour flight. Our flight to Dublin was awesome, but this flight back was very very disappointing!! Changed my while feeling about Aer Lingus"

Nadelen: "I never realized that Aer Lingus was actually a budget airline until I flew them. Price was right, but lack of leg room and things like charging for things other airlines do not, should be factored in when choosing them. There was a 2.5 hour delay and I think that passengers should have received some compensation for that. A voucher or at least a free drink, nada."
Nadelen: "unable to contact Aer Lingus with question dealing with clearing customs once we land in the U. S. we were on hold for over an hour"
Nadelen: "The crew looked completely unhappy. There was only one crew member smiling. The flight was delayed by about an hour due to food. I feel if we are paying for a flight that is 7+ hours the crew should at the very least fake a smile."

Nadelen: "Could not find any electric power for my computer in terminal 5 Seats totally incomfortable, no good support for my back, less space for my long legs in this intercontinental flight than in the previous Geneva-Heathrow flight. Food far too greasy, no fruit, no vegetables. No electrical power for the computer, only for the phone. And the landing in Boston: the captain just "threw" the plane on the runway. I thought he had a lot of cross wind. Talked to him later. Told me this was the normal procedure ?? The crew: some are doing very well, with enthusiasm, some of them could do another job."
Nadelen: "40 minutes before landing I wanted to use the toilet but was refused because the seat belt lights were on. So I had to wait till landing. Wasn't really much turbulence at all."

Nadelen: "Not enough legroom. Seats with more room are priced 100€ more, as if we should be paying for being a bit taller. Again, too cold. One or two degrees up would have been comfortable. The entertainment system is a bit clumsy and has odd choices. SAS planes are better in that department for example."
