Voordelen: "Flight was fine! Snack and beverages were good. However, when you buy the ticket for the international flight, what they don’t tell you is the extra €40- FORTY EURO you will spend to check a not big bag. For this reason I would fly with another airline next time."

Nadelen: "SWISS always turns on the air conditioning too high on intercontinental flights. It is HOT inside the cabins. The entertainment system is very outdated, small screen and old and used hand set. Claiming to be a premium airline is unfortunately very overstated if you are unlucky to catch the old business class planes. Only few have changed to the new versions (777s) - Make sure to catch those."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

Nadelen: "Le seul à l'embarquement qui était rude et qui n'avait ni grâce ni temps pour expliquer ce que ses collègues ont fait avec courtoisie. Les sièges trop rapprochés malgré mon siege dégagé et le style bas coût, qui signifie surtout bas coût pour la compagnie."

Nadelen: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

Nadelen: "The screaming children. All. The. Yelling. Kids. Also it was an inferno in there. if it's a packed house and customers are standing in the aisles, do us a favor and crank the AC."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding, food equate for economy, entertainment fine. No wine or beer inc,used in economy but not a big deal. Excellent seating if you know what to chose."

My emails weren't answered, and when I finally realized that I did have to pay - it was 85$ for one suitcase!!!!! SAS - are you out of your mind?! The suitcase cost more than the flying ticket! Sorry, but no SAS for me anymore. BAD BAD service and exploiting of customer's naivety. I'm furious."

Nadelen: "I lost my luggage!!!"

Voordelen: "One of the best we've experienced--very comfortable very spacious seats , The crew is very attentive and accommodating. We were fed three times and was offered beverages frequently."
Nadelen: "NONE"

Voordelen: "we didn't crash"
Nadelen: "it was extremely hot in boarding area. when we landed we sat on the tarmac for an hour with no air conditioning and we weren't allowed to use the"

Nadelen: "Everything...I was not on the flight. The fight was cancelled due to the on-going Swedish pilot strike. The first option SAS provided was getting out in a week. I said that would not work. They then scheduled me on Lufthansa, but due to delays in Frankfurt due to weather we missed out connection to ORD. 4+ hours after standing in endless lines Lufthansa resheduled us the next day. But, it took nearly two days to get home."

Voordelen: "food and movies were great. appreciated the coffee and tea"

Voordelen: "excelkent ground crew."

Voordelen: "A nice flight attendant got me a vegetarian meal even though I didn't request it ahead of time. I enjoyed the movies. Every flight was on time."
Nadelen: "The food on the outgoing flight was too greasy. Even though I usually don't eat meat. I ate some of the chicken dinner and didn't like it. My husband did."

Nadelen: "I did not receive any notice of cancelation."

Voordelen: "Friendly flight attendants"
Nadelen: "Didn't realize it was a budget airline where you had to purchase items on board."

Voordelen: "Even though I had ordered a "seafood meal" on the return trip by telephone 2 days before my flight, they said they had no special meal in my name. However, the stewardess was very nice and apologetic and for breakfast, brought me an extra fruit cup! ( for the breakfast, they had meat on the main plate). Her name was Alexandra on flight"
Nadelen: "Even though I had ordered a "seafood meal" on the return trip by telephone 2 days before my flight, they said they had no special meal in my name."

Nadelen: "I understand flights can get cancelled due to technical problems but I do expect good information and expedient rerouting. SAS fell short on both accounts here. The transfer center staff was the worst: at some point one of them was literally screaming and yelling at a whole group of stranded passengers. Extremely unprofessional and far from helpful. We had to call SAS in the US ourselves to get rerouted - and that was 6 hours after the flight was cancelled."

Voordelen: "SAS planes are in good shape and everything (toilets and cabin fittings) worked"
Nadelen: "The flight back to O'Hare from Arlanda was delayed because of the time it took to clean up the plane after its arrival from a prior point of origin."

Voordelen: "Small plane"
Nadelen: "Only takes 20 minutes"

Nadelen: "Food was awful. Seats are very uncomfortable. Only one free drink is ridiculous. Interior of the plane was in very poor condition and the toilets were extremely dirty and in various states of disrepair."

Nadelen: "No free food/snacks."

Nadelen: "Boarding area was small for more different flights and there was not possibility to buy water or coffee or any snacks. The only one toilet seat was very dirty, smelly. During a heavy rain the baggage was not covered on the carts and baggage was wet completely."

Voordelen: "Crew was very polite and helpful, seat pitch was acceptable for my height (1.92 cm)"
Nadelen: "I know this was a short flight but one tiny bag of pretzels is just not acceptable!"

Voordelen: "Fast service, kindness."
Nadelen: "They should finally get rid of these old ATR-72 and replace them with some newer aircraft."

Voordelen: "Ok?"

Nadelen: "the flight was lite more than 30 minutes. Economy class - you have to pay for the meal? Are they Low Cost Company or ? If so, just tell us like that. Prices are among the highest in the region and all you get is a glass of water and a small bag of snacks."

Voordelen: "Pleasant staff, wonderful food, very pleasant flight"
Nadelen: "Nothing, everything was very good"

Nadelen: "No entertainment equipment, video or audio."

Voordelen: "My isle seat"
Nadelen: "Studardess were very unpleasant,2 times they passed my row,had to take out garbage by myself. Same movies were played on both flights (I had round trip)"

Voordelen: "Efficient boarding, friendly crew. Seats comfortable enough for an hour, but no longer."
Nadelen: "I have never been on a flight where there were so many screaming infants, and so loudly. Air Serbia, like the other airlines, apparently can find nobody smart and creative enough to solve that problem."

Nadelen: "Old outdated planes. Very little in flight entertainment- tiny selection of movies and tv shows. No ability to charge mobile devices."

Voordelen: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nadelen: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Voordelen: "Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved"

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Voordelen: "Quick and no fuss"
Nadelen: "No food and entertainment didn't work"

Voordelen: "Crew was extremely nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "the Air Serbia magazine was the only entertainment available."

Voordelen: "No complaints"
Nadelen: "Everything was OK"

Voordelen: "It was great experience clean, new plane, smilung staff, flight on time. Quick boarding although the flight was full. Much nicer than Swiss"

Nadelen: "No entertainment No food for vegetarians"

Voordelen: "I got to board first because I am wearing a cast on my leg."
Nadelen: "The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Nadelen: "They saying it's internet connection during the flight,when you pay for the internet the only option what you can choose is to watch how's your MB goes away and you are not able to open anything.Very good job Air Serbia,never again with you!!!"

Voordelen: "Le micro sandwich"
Nadelen: "Vol au départ de Beyrouth pour destination finale Paris avec escale à Belgrade. Premier avion au départ de beyrouth prévu pour 4:05 qui décolle avec 1 heure de retard. Arrivé à Belgrade vers 7:00 on nous fait attendre jusqu'à 8:00 pour nous dire que le prochain avion décollera a 10h alors que l'heure d'arrivé à Paris cdg était prévu pour 9h. Arrivé à Paris à 12h45 : Valise introuvable"

Nadelen: "It was very cold in airplane. Bad food. No covers. No tv"

Nadelen: "I tried to cancel my flight about a week before it took place. Wasn't given a chance to do so, since you didn't bother to advertise a clear email or available contact info to which I could speak. Now you're asking me for online check in and a review? Well, your customer service is terrible, that's for sure..."

Voordelen: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Nadelen: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Voordelen: "crew was great , very friendly"
Nadelen: "tv sound didn't work"

Nadelen: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Voordelen: "The food was good as always, the crew is nice."
Nadelen: "It's not really comfortable, but I guess that's because of the plane model and the economy class, so not much to do there. Boarding was delayed, and they put too many people on the bus taking you from the gate to the plane. The entertainment system should have more content."

Voordelen: "On time, professional"
Nadelen: "food could be better"

Voordelen: "The seat, flexibility were great..and food are tasty and delicious"
Nadelen: "The crew was not friendly for the flight to Belgrade"

Nadelen: "It took 1:40min to go through the boarding process (drop luggage, get boarding pass). The actual flight is 1:20min. Total incompetence and lack of speed. This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Voordelen: "On my two two hour flights, they fed us a lot, we're very attentive and very nice."

Voordelen: "Attentive crew, decent business class amenities, food was hit and miss. The selection of domestic wines and spirits was okay."
Nadelen: "The incoming flight was delayed until next day, with no effort on behalf of Air Serbia to communicate this. No space left for reproach, no effort of any kind of compensation. Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Voordelen: "Flight crew are nice, reasonable service during flight"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed twice and while boarding was delayed an hour. This plug transfer our luggage for the flight from Belgrade to Tel Aviv."

Nadelen: "The cabin temperature was too warm and we had to keep asking for water to stay hydrated. Not enough drinks were offered. It was a long, uncomfortable flight."

Nadelen: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Voordelen: "Love the cabin crew and their professionalism. Excellent presentation and delivery. Captain and first officer were excellent. Professional, friendly and great skills. Great take-off and landing in the ATR 72."

Voordelen: "It was a good flight over all, the service was non-stop"
Nadelen: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

Voordelen: "Food is very good"
Nadelen: "Flat bed is not comfortabl, no mattras.."

Voordelen: "Short flight. 50 minutes one way.there was no entertainment so I cannot comment on the entertainment."
Nadelen: "It was a propeller plane. It was very noisy. Our seat was number five. Next to the propeller. A lot of empty seats and we asked to be moved to a different seat but was not accommodated. I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

Voordelen: "Baggage allowance"
Nadelen: "Too few movie choices."

Nadelen: "I reached the airport with 45 minutes until the flight was to depart and I was greeted by a manager who quickly told me I was unable to board my flight. I even told the manager that I would not check in my bag and would just bring on my small backpack carry on and she immediately told me no. She was INCREDIBLY rude and I was forced to by another flight to New York that cost 1,000$ !!! The manager detoured me to the flight info desk wothout even slightly attempting to get me on my flight. I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Voordelen: "New interiors and uniforms for stuff , even the stuff is super smiley"
Nadelen: "Nothing , everything was just wright"

Voordelen: "Food and comfort was good for the price."
Nadelen: "Had a horrible experience when my checked baggage was delayed on both my outward and return flights! And I got them after 2 day for the outward flight and after 3 days for the return flight. So that ruined my vacation. Very disappointed! :("

Nadelen: "The landing was even harder that the fist flight b"

Nadelen: "They are so unfriendly, had to buy new ticket and paid extra $1,270.00,they said " you are late ""

Voordelen: "cheap fare, great food, great crew."
Nadelen: "layover in belgrade, airport with few amenities, difficult personnel. bathrooms not that great."

Nadelen: "No tv , movies...and it's a long flight"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time, extremely polite cabin crew, choice of two hot meals (meatballs and chicken in a mushroom sauce), a nice selection of drinks."
Nadelen: "No in flight entertainment apart from a onboard wifi service that is charged, but if you want to send out emails, chat or post an Instagram photo, than it is okay."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Very tight seats in old turbo prop plane"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "They told me my flight left at one time.. I showed up and it had already left... I had to buy a new ticket even though I was at the airport already they also told me the wrong gate to go to so I waited there forever and then that's when I found out that the flight that I was supposed to go on already left..... if I can avoid using tap for any of my future flights I will avoid them and I'll make sure that everyone else I know that is traveling to Portugal will avoid this company as well poor planning poor customer service and zero help when an emergency happen they also said there was a problem with my bag and didn't tell me until it was already too late"
