This was a hassle in and of itself, but the flight was also on New Year's Eve and ended up getting us to Buffalo about 20 minutes before midnight, which was a bit disappointing when I had made previous plans for the night. Also, I found the cabin to be very cold during the flight, but it was pretty short so I didn't complain."

Voordelen: "Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai."

Nadelen: "When we touched down in a blizzard we were told there was no jetway available and we had to climb down an icy ladder to walk probably 1000 feet on black ice barely seeing where we were going and at least one person fell and overall it was just very unprofessional and not the quality of service I expect from Delta."

Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Voordelen: "Some "perk" for Diamond status on Delta to get to a shorter security line, but customs and immigration was... customs and immigration."
Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "I'm only 5'7" and normal build, and the seats were uncomfortably narrow with no room to partially straighten even my short legs. The life vest box under each seat also doesn't leave much room for the personal item you're supposed to stow under there."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nadelen: "Boarding is always awkward on any airline. If you boarded back to front and deplaned front to back, time and aggravation would be reduced."

Nadelen: "LATE ! ! ! LATE ! ! ! And “AA” has a really good reputation ... so pretty bummed out ... the apologized ... and did what hey could to make the flight more pleasant ... but i’m here for my daughter who’s having surgery in the morning and .. it’s now 0107 and we should have been here at 2356 ... and we are all tired"

Voordelen: "It made for a interesting Christmas but not a very jolly one."
Nadelen: "The flight staff skipped my aile a few times on accident. The touchscreen didnt worl very well, they offed free headphones but my headphone jack was broke and all of the usb charger ports didnt work in my row there werent many new choices for entertainment. And the food was interesting I'll give it that."

Voordelen: "I was truly surprised by how smooth the entire experience was on this flight. The crew was excellent and the flight was on time!"

Nadelen: "un vol de sept heures sans un écran individuel, une première pour moi après de nombreux voyages. un vol transatlantique n'est pas un vol intérieur, pouvoir se distraire avec un film de son choix est un minimum surtout au prix du billet."

Nadelen: "Décollage en retard et arrivée avec plus de 40mn de retard Pas de classe premium eco et pas de possibilité d’avoir un espace avec un de place pour les jambes au comptoir Pour information générale , les places en économie sont très exiguës et généralement j’essaye de ne pas prendre de vol AA si je ne peux pas prendre à l’avance un siège sur les sortie de secours ce qui n’a pas été possible cette fois"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Compared to other airlines same sector like Emirates, Air India , Lufthansa, Air France, gulf airlines is like the most cheepest available airline with high cost of ticket and worse food than ever."

Nadelen: "The service had much to be desired. The stewardess who was serving our section was curt and rude. Whenever I would ask for a napkin (that she had forgotten to give with my drink, I might add) or any other questions, she would come off as annoyed and as if I was testing her patience, which I did not appreciate as I had been having a horrible experience with American Airlines as it was. Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."

Voordelen: "Une hotesse sympa qui m'a upgrade en economie+ apres m'avoir changee 3 fois de siege pour arranger d'autres passagers."
Nadelen: "Pas de TV individuelle. Diner franchement bof."

Nadelen: "Boissons au choix: eau ou jus d'orange congele. Ca fait rever..."

Nadelen: "Devoir payé en supplément 50 dollars de bagages alors que ceux ci sont normalement inclus dans le prix."

Nadelen: "le Personnel juste courtois, le retard au décollage sans aucunes explications, les sièges trop serrés, plus que d'habitude."

Nadelen: "Food was mediocre, portions were extremely small, breakfast seriously they should stop serving that muffin with yogurt."

Voordelen: "The food"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "I didn’t like a thing! I cancel that flight a month ago, you said your were going to pay me back but I haven’t receive my fund. I have been back in America for month. Everyday I call nobody pick the phone or I’ll be on hold for hours until I hangup"
Nadelen: "What you can do better answer the phone and give me my money back."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The food! And 21 yo to drink let 18yo drinks"

Nadelen: "Terrible business class seating. You have to climb over your neighbor to go use the rest room."

Nadelen: "Like all airlines seats are uncomfortable like human livestock transported across the ocean"

Nadelen: "Es united, no se puede esperar mucho de ellos. El snack para 5 horas son unos pretzels y el entretenimiento lo cobran. Lo único bueno es que aun con un aviso en la pantalla pude ver el final del partido de Champions, por el resto,.... compañía a evitar."

Nadelen: "no electricity outlets"

Nadelen: "The plane was very old. No outlet to plug electronics. Small screens for video"

Voordelen: "Good food, entertainment options, communication from pilot"
Nadelen: "none of the flight attendants seemed to be friendly- literally all of them were neutral or slightly rude at best. Not impressed."

Voordelen: "Crew. Entertainment. Food. Leg room was a bit longer than usual."
Nadelen: "I was unable to pre-order a kosher meal through the web site. Customer service could barely write in legible English and in essence told me to take a hike. Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, decent food, good entertainment options to make the flight feel shorter."

Voordelen: "First time didn’t sit on runway. Landed early"

Voordelen: "Smooth and seamless travel, great seats and punctual departure and arrival."

Nadelen: "Kayak dropped the ball with the last leg connection.. or somebody did..."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice, but could tell they were tired."
Nadelen: "Waited for late connecting flights almost 40 minutes (15-20 people). First class seats were like bricks - lower cushions need upgrade or replacement. Very hard landing including a good pavement “bounce”. Not what I would consider first class accomodations all around. 3 different baggage claim turnstiles until they finally got it right."

Nadelen: "Late"

Voordelen: "We were upgraded to business class. Everything was excellent! Seats were extremely comfortable. Flight attendants took great care of us!"

Nadelen: "Even though I have an account with United, and confirmed that I was a vegetarian both online, and on the flight heading to Europe, my meal wasn't entered. It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled. Waited on phone twice for 45 plus minutes to find alternate flight."

Voordelen: "The flight was delay by 2.5 hrs"
Nadelen: "Delay by 2.5 hts"

Nadelen: "Disorganized boarding. Changed gate without notifying anyone. Running around trying to catch connection with very little time."

Voordelen: "lots of good movie choices"
Nadelen: "touch screens didn't always work easily"

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "This was a mess as the attendants didn't not have my transfer ticket It took them for ever till the last minute when was called by the Microphone"

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't that long. Experience was okay. Flight was full. Attendants did their job. Some were more polite and helpful than others."
Nadelen: "No request was made for the outbound flight which I want to comment about. At Dulles Airport, I checked in at the Brussels Airline counter, only to be told that since I was on a flight operated by United, then I had to go to the United Airlines counter to check in. At UA, I was handed a boarding pass which advised that my seat will be assigned at the gate. I saw on the monitor where the available seats were-1 window, the remainder middle row. I got the feeling that since I bought a ticket which cost less than what the other United Airlines customers paid for, then I was being relegated to seats that the other travelers didn't desire."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Ran out of food choices and plane was dirty , entertainment center locked up and could not use it"

Nadelen: "Crowded."

Voordelen: "A little snack going with the beverage service. The wifi was cheaper than Air Canada's."
Nadelen: "Minimum legroom, entertainment system is not on demand and u have to pay for that...Wifi is way slower than the one on Air Canada. Also, boarding was very chaotic and the gate agent seems really not wanna work there."

Voordelen: "Helpful crew when I told them that my right leg was causing me severe pain. I asked them to order a wheel chair for me when the plane landed They did so right away."
Nadelen: "The DVD player at my seat did not work. I was the last one to leave the plane, with the help of some crew members; but no wheelchair was waiting for me. A staff called but was told that no such an order was received and no one was then available to bring me a wheel chair. Later someone in the Cleaning crew made a couple of calls and finally ,10 to 15 minutes later, a wheelchair arrived."

Nadelen: "People were not told where to get their transfer boarding passes until last minute. Security check of "random" passengers was overboard. I wasn't one of the passengers who had to undergo the extra security at the gate, but felt bad for those who did. Completely unnecessary.."

Nadelen: "A 1 hour delay in Brussels, combined with the complexity that is Dulles resulted our missing our connecting flight. The United employee who rebooked us for the late-night flight five hours later put my wife and me on separate rows, requiring a second wait in the lengthening lines to sort out. Avoid Dulles. Avoid United."
