Voordelen: "The incoming pilot to Nice parked at the wrong gate and apparently, once parked, it could not be moved. So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late."

For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Nadelen: "Not losing our bags and delaying our boarding massively despite us having completed information in advance on SAS website. United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United."

Nadelen: "Its simple. Turns out i had to pay 360 dollars for my baggages which was hever specified in the time i was purchasing tickets cause they said im flying without and i can come back with. Who is flying without baggage intercontinental for 1 month? And 3 baggages didnt arrived. Thanks"

Nadelen: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Nadelen: "Landing was hard but that is always the case."

Voordelen: "Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair."

Nadelen: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."

Nadelen: "Although there were many movies, I'd like to have more English entertainment ootions. It was a long 8 hour flight, I watched 4 movies, so options are very important."

Voordelen: "We mentioned it was our anniversary and thought about moving up to SAS Plus, but the cost was not an option to us. She moved us up before we got on the plane! Extremely nice!!"

Nadelen: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

Nadelen: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Voordelen: "Friendly service. No problem with moving to open seats to stretch out."
Nadelen: "Even though it was an older plane, it was still comfortable."

Nadelen: "Surprised that Asian airlines typically havr larger and more comfortable seats. The SAS flight was fully booked and you could feel the cramped-ness of it. Also we weren't given the choice of what to have for our meals and were merely handed our food. Lastly, the flight was very, very uncomfortably warm."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Nadelen: "Check in was unorganized--many of us had tickets with unassigned seats that weren't taken care of till right before the flight. A situation which every system listed us as on standby--even if that wasn't true."

Voordelen: "Two complimentary meals in addition to complimentary blankets was very nice. Dimming the lights for sleeping was also nice."
Nadelen: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed twice and ended up arriving hours after schedule. I get sometimes this happens. I was frustrated bc we were boarded and seated, ready to taxi with no pilot! It took another 30 minutes to get one! I realize when flights are late there are ripple effects but this was excessive."

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "Even with an upgraded seat purchase they were uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. This is an ongoing problem on most airlines. One would think that with technology, a better system could be designed..."

Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

Nadelen: "Boarding took longer than expected. Flight was delayed then was delayed a second time once everyone was boarded. Smaller plane than the usual TAP planes, but okay flight."

Nadelen: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Nadelen: "We travelled with 2 carry ones and one checked bag throughout our 2.5 week honeymoon. Check in agent suggested that we check all 3 of our bags since the flight was full. We did. The flight from BCN to LIS was delayed 2 hours at the gate, but we were told we could somehow still catch our flight from LIS to PDL. We trusted that was true. We arrived at LIS without a single garment of clothing (we checked all 3 bags through to PDL), and then realized we missed the flight to PDL. We stood in line for 3 HOURS at the TAP help desk, only to wait behind a group of very angry people who monopolized the staff. Once we told the agent our situation, he told us there were no more seats on any flight to PDL the next morning. Not only that, but he could not provide a hotel for us to spend the night. This is 2:30am, 3:30am BCN time. He told us to find our own hotel, but we do not have international phone plans, so we could not make the reservation ourselves. He had nowhere for us to sleep. Then he had us wait for his SATA associate to help us, and he put us on a flight to PDL the next day, but it was not direct! We had plans for the following day, a hotel reservation in Ponta Delgada that is NOT refundable, and now the final portion of our honeymoon is ruined. No one ever offered to give us vouchers for ANY costs or for the anxiety and total of 14 hours lost on the most important trip of our lives. Shameful."

Nadelen: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the 7 hours delay! the fact that instead of landing in Newark (my original reservation), we landed in JFK! VERY INCONVENIENT AND AN EXTRA EXPENSE! The fact that in Lisbon airport I had to wait more than one hour to reach the help desk and then plead to receive a voucher for refreshment (left Madeira on an early flight, no breakfast on that flight, the flight to NY delayed till 5 PM!). I chose TAP because it was the most direct way to reach Madeira - but the delays on both flights were more than unfortunate - it was simply poor service."

Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Voordelen: "The head stewardess was so helpful and nice! I was traveling alone with a 3-month-old baby and was very stressed out. The head stewardess helped me so much, gave me a more comfortable seat, a private place to breastfeed and a bassinet for the baby! She was amazing and I owe her so much for making my experience better. I also received a baby gift package that had a much needed pacifier clip! The flight was also the smoothest flight I've ever had across the Atlantic!"
Nadelen: "No movie was shown on the shared TV in the first row. Had to only listen to music. Long stressful wait to board."

Nadelen: "The entertainment for an international flight (9 hours) was horrendous. The tiny TVs were actually fuzzy and it is set up so that you cannot actually choose your movie. It is like watching TV where you may tune in to a movie 20 minutes into it playing instead of starting whatever movie you want from the beginning. To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."

Voordelen: "None of the videos about Portugal worked!!"

Nadelen: "Le confort - 9h dans un siege en survolant l'Ocean (tu vois rien) et aucun ecran pour te dire ou t'es, aucun aucun ecran pour divertissment, tu peux louer une tablette à 10$ pour avoir les films et un peu de divertissment. Mais il y aurait aucun probleme si le prix du vol etait à 50% que le vol Lufthansa avec le confort necessaire. Comme j ai dit c'est un low cost à prix normal et je ne trouve pas normal."

Voordelen: "The flight boarded quickly and even though we were at the back of the line there was still overhead bin space for our carry on luggage. The in-flight entertainment worked well on our iPads (no need to rent one) and the stewards always had smiles on their faces. The flight left on time and landed a few minutes early which is a bonus when you are on vacation."

Nadelen: "Le vol est à moitié plein. Donc beaucoup de bancs vide. Je voyageais avec un chiot qu'on me demande de mettre au plancher par habitude. En temps normal, on a pas le choix puisque les bancs sont occupés, alors le plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde, c'est que bagages ( et chiot) se retrouve au sol sous le banc avant. Mais dans ce cas s'y, je pouvait ceinturer complètement la cage du chiot. Ne laissant aucun possibilité à celle-ci de se déplacer dans l'environnement s'il advenait des turbulences ou une perte de contrôle de l'appareil. Donc cala est une simple loi de physique. C'est plus sécuritaire pour tout les autres passagers que la cage soit retenue par la ceinture. Au lieu de cela, le personnel dit que c'est au cas où le compartiment ouvre et que des bagages à main tombe sur le chien (alors qu'en est-il pour nous? Devrais-je me coucher au sol?) où il m'explique que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot puisque la ceinture pourrait se refermer sur la cage s'il y a des turbulences. Ce qui est ridicule, une ceinture ne se referme pas tout seule. Peut-être que le chien va bouger dans la cage mais au moin, la cage ne pourra pas bouger. Ce qui n'est pas le cas au sol. Alors plutôt de d'essayer de me convaincre que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot d'être au sol, il vaudrait peut-être mieux leur expliquer les lois de la physique. Que l'équipage comprennent que tout ce qu'on peut immobiliser dans l'habitacle d'un véhicule de transport (avion,auto, train,...) c'est plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde. Que cela soit un chiot ou un bagage ne fait aucune différence. Faire preuve d'un peu de discernement et de réflexion peu s'avérer plus profitable et sécuritaire pour tous."

Voordelen: "The flights were great, on time and no problems. I was very comfortable and the food was good. FLight attendents were great except one guy who was not friendly and needed a vacation or another job."
