Nadelen: "1) my seat was broken (didn't recline) 2) my USB charger... Broken.. 3) my food was in a metal container that was stamped and the ink from the stamp leaked and was pressed across my food. I was literally not about to eat the alphabet... (luckily, a nice attendant came by and apologized, as I know it was not her fault the food came out like this. 4) Rude attendant came over 25 mins after I had turned on my attendant button to ask for a bottle of water. (I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."

I AM FLYING ON POLISH AIRLINES RIGHT NOW OCT 25TH."
Nadelen: "When I try to make the change of itinerary on Austrian Airlines on the selling web page, they told me to contact the Austrian Airlines, so I did. The Austrian Airlines lady who told me that I would just lose my tickets and that I could not even pay a penalty to avoid such thing, was very VERY RUDE!! As the Austrian Airlines did not offer me an option but losing my plane ticket,"

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled .No explanation at all.Hotel was given to us.Thank you for that.We dear only 4 hours.The following day we were there since 5 in the morning and the first word was 10 o clock flight.After to many hours they decided that they can bring us to Mynih and after that flight to Tirana.So I left home Thursday 2 o clock and arrive in Tirana after 2 days. No luggage until yesterday.It never happen before.But in top of everything my plans in Albania were messed up.I have to pospne my return flight 1 week and the charges are unbelievable tooo much 650 dollars.I am not stopping here.Thank you."

Nadelen: "The entertainment program is a bit slim, to my taste - but I'm not a big consumer of inflight movies, as I prefer to get more sleep when I fly. When compared to the entertainment program on Singapore Airlines, for example, Austrian's own can't really compete."

Nadelen: "My flight to JFK on August 31 was cancelled. And they didn't provide me ticket same day. They gave ticket for next day. I had problems at work and other issues because of that."

Nadelen: "Sarted 90 minutes late because there was no crew available for this flight. In the cabin we later learned that they had to keep their legal rest times. The issue I have, why was there no information as soon as this issue became clear ... lets say the evening before the flight?Why make everyone arrive at 5am at an airport if you know 12 hours earlier there will be a 90 minute delay?"

Nadelen: "There was no space. Even though I wore compression socks and got up to walk frequently, my legs were bruised as I could not stretch out for any extended time. The seats are cramped and you are in one position. The flight was almost 9 hours and it was too much for me."

Nadelen: "I was very disappointed with Austrian airlines. I was not able to pick my own seat even after I checked in and the actual seats on the plane were extremely small and uncomfortable. This made it impossible for me to enjoy mi flight. A 5'6' person should not have any issues but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by at least 2 hours causing me to miss my connection in Vienna and the ground staff at the airport was trying to rebook to me on a later flight but for some reason, that didn't happen and I was told to get it fixed there."

Nadelen: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

Not stand and fight to get food because your airline gives no snacks or drinks!! It's like entering prison for 2hrs"

I am on vacation in Finland and have no clothes, medicine, or toiletries and everyone at SAS and baggage claim have been very unhelpful."

Nadelen: "When waiting to board the flight, it was difficult to understand when different parts of the plane were boarding because of the soft volume of the loud speakers. All people could really hear was "boarding now", which created a bit of a rush of everyone. It would be helpful if there were an SAS representative to stand next to the line, to physically say to people, 'Okay, we are now only doing priority boarding. If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane. Thank you." This will to help guide people BEFORE the ticket check."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, the plane was Very new and had wonderful screens for viewing entertainment."
Nadelen: "Not enough leg room."

Nadelen: "The fight was cancelled due to the on-going Swedish pilot strike."

Nadelen: "That I wasnt on the flight! Air traffic in Rome delayed us from leaving on time. Airline wouldnt comment until 15 minutes before landing if connecting flights would be held. They werent...we were 45 minutes late. Though my son and I were put up in a hotel it didnt compensate for our missed engagement in Chicago.1 full day gone!"

Voordelen: "Arlanda airport is quiet and fast. Security line took less than 5 minutes. The terminal was quiet and had a good place to lie down and take a nap. I did not feel anxious or tense like I always do in US airports. SAS is a great airline with pleasant crew and decent food. (Great food by airline standards.) Entertainment is great too -- lots of free movies on the built-in screen. My only complaint is that the airplane wifi wasn't free."

Voordelen: "It was clean and efficient. They got us in 15 minutes early. Coffee and tea were free."
Nadelen: "Nothing really."

Nadelen: "The gate for boarding was not open till it was time to board. I do not know why they could not have us sit in the boarding area, we were standing for a long time."

Nadelen: "Flight was canceled, waited around for two hours with little to no information, before finally getting booked on a flight the next day. I lost 24 hours of my trip."

Voordelen: "The entertainment was superb. I watched 4 great movies and documentaries that peaked my interest."
Nadelen: "I wish my seat could recline more. I felt that was one reason I could not sleep on the flight."

Voordelen: "We were delayed leaving Chicago because of the weather, and so we got into Copenhagen late. The crew of this flight were kind enough to wait for me at the gate, even though it meant delaying the flight a bit. This was wonderful and greatly appreciated."

Nadelen: "This was an international flight from San Francisco to Europe: - Entertainment system is ancient. Small screen, limited movie options, no on demand which meant that you never knew if you were watching the beginning or end of a movie. Also, entertainment system took a very long time to be available. - Food quality was ok but we weren't offered an option on our flight out and you are only allowed 1 drink with your meal. If you wanted another soda during the long international flight, you had to pay. Sam for snacks, all at additional cost. Water, tea and coffee is free. In all the years I've flown international flights, they provide free alcohol, drinks and snacks. - Plane was old. Seat fabrics had holes and plane was rattling a lot. - Usually for flights to/from the US you're allowed 2 pieces of luggage, we were only allowed 1."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Nadelen: "They didn't board me. The airport closes. An I need avisa ti get out. No body mention that to me!!"

Voordelen: "I flew on United, not Brussels, on this leg."

Nadelen: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Nadelen: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"

Nadelen: "Not allowing free seat selection when the ticket is purchased."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Seats couldn't be adjusted. Had to take a bus to board the plane."

Nadelen: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Voordelen: "Tout était parfait, je n'ai rien à dire sinon bravo pour le service"

Voordelen: "In-flight staff are professional and try to get on with things even in tricky situations."
Nadelen: "Inbound connection from Tokyo was late (1 hour) but this flight BRU-MAN was also 1 hour late, so got to the gate easily in time for boarding only to find my seat and boarding pass had been cancelled! Poor management of the situation - they don't check whether the connection is *actually* OK, just use the timetable. Poor real-time handling of the situation. This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."

Nadelen: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Nadelen: "Never flew it; had to transfer to Lufthansa flights."

Voordelen: "Thanks to formula b.family we had priority when boarding. The Kids were offered a present on board."

Nadelen: "boarding was later then it should be, also when the boarding starts everything was super slow, and they try to put all people from one plane to one bus ..in the end when was completely crowded and there were a few people that really can't get in because there was no space left, finally they bring another bus for them... Our departure was late and we were half hour later in Warsaw."

Nadelen: "Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?"

Nadelen: "Pour un vol sur Marseille, annonces en Italien, Espagnol et Anglais, jamais en Français !!! Étonnant !!"

Voordelen: "We boarded and left on time, there was room for my luggage in the overhead. This is a budget airline so I wasn't expecting any thrills and thats exactly what I got - a functional, almost comfortable experience."
Nadelen: "You can't help but stress slightly not knowing if you're going to find a spot in the overhead."

Nadelen: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"

Voordelen: "It was affordable and the seats were comfortable enough. Can't recline, but I was only on the flight for an hour."

Voordelen: "An employee walked down the line, scanned tickets=fast process. The lines were designated by row seating."
Nadelen: "I'm 5'9" & knees hit the chair in front. No complimentary water or coffee. EVERYTHING was a charge. Broken armrests & other materials."

Nadelen: "Plane was scheduled to leave at 8:15 and suddenly was changed and we left at 7:45. Flight attendants then forced us to check our small carry on items despite being told they were for a wedding the next day. Subsequently the bags were lost and then found four days earlier. Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Nadelen: "Retard 1h au décollage. Attendre dans l'avion sans explication. Attendre une heure les bagages en voyant passer les bagages des vols arrivés après ..."

Nadelen: "Retard d'une heure pour le retour. Pas d'explications sauf en espagnol et en anglais mais incomprehensibles. A l'arrivée les bagages de 3 vols arrivés après ont été déchargés avant. Donc 1h d'attente pour les bagages. Ma fille qui avait un train à prendre plus de 2h après l'heure théorique d'arrivée ne l'a pas eu."

Nadelen: "Vol retardé de plus de 35 min.... aucunes infos, aucunes excuses"

Nadelen: "4h de retard"

Nadelen: "They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Nadelen: "At times crew seemed so aloof that I felt I was bothering them just by being there. Flight was delayed (just like the Vueling flight that made me miss my connection the day before which is why I was on this flight to begin with)."

Nadelen: "Depart prévu à 19h30, décollage à 22h : 1 verre d eau offert pour 2h30 d attente sur le tarmac, peu d informations sur l heure de départ ni sur l aéroport d arrivée, mauvaise organisation de la proposition des repas et boissons servis 30 min avant l atterrissage, assis à l arrière de l avion nous n avons pu ni boire ni manger."

Nadelen: "It took me three hours to book my flight. First, the vueling website was down and I once I got to the payment section of the website, it crashed. Then I tired with customer service, and they could not get my payment to work on their end also. So I had to have my husband try, across the globe, and he was finally was able to book my trip. When I got to the airport in Paris, I was told i don't not purchase a ticket with baggage. Which, was incorrect because, I sat on the phone in Italy BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT TO PARIS TO BOARD MY LISBON FLIGHT, and worked out payment with customer service. Due to the fact that there were six pending flights on my credit card. And to top it all off once I was able to check in at the Paris airport, your customer service staff and ticketing staff there, treated me with such disrespect, condescending attitudes, and would not answer any of my questions but told me it was not their problem and I need to work it out with someone else. I then had to repurchase my bags and when I asked to speak to a manager, the ticketing counter said they did not have one and then directed me to the customer service counter. There I was told that they did not work for the vueling company and my issue could not be handled by them. I will never fly this airline again and will advise everyone I know to do the same."

Voordelen: "Pour une fois, un appel pour l'embarquement prioritaire : bravo ! C'est tellement rare qu'il faut le souligner."
Nadelen: "30 minutes d'attente dans l'avion (et donc de retard au départ ET à l'arrivée) sans AUCUNE information du personnel naviguant. Lorsque l'on demande au personnel naviguant ce qu'il se passe leur réponse est : "Notre travail est d'effectuer l'embarquement, c'est tout" wow HA-LU-CI-NANT. C'est bien parce que je n'ai pas le choix que je vol avec cette compagnie sinon je changerai sans hésitez pour une autre. SVP un peu de respect pour vos passagers..."
