Nadelen: "The morning of my flight I got a notice the departures time was changed by one hour later but to still arrive at the airport at the same time. So I ended up spending almost four hours at the airport before leaving. Boarding was a mess as "groups" were not called but everyone just rushed the gate in mass and we're let on. Staff were functional but looked and acted surly. It was a functional flight in that I arrived at my destination but it was not managed and I did not feel my business was wanted-only my money."

Nadelen: "De onbetrouwbare procedures bij KLM en Schiphol. Kan niet online inchecken bij Delta: KLM operated. Alleen op Schiphol. Daar ook niet bij machine. Naar een loket. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

Nadelen: "While missing a connection happens sometimes, Lufthansa was particularly dreadful in handling the situation. Hundreds, or perhaps thousands, of travelers were not informed about what was happening with their connections, or given any guidance. This all arose from around an inch of snow in Frankfurt. It caused bedlam at the Frankfurt airport, which the Lufthansa staff appeared utterly unprepared to deal with. This is our second very bad experience with Lufthansa."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was amazing! They even have four Harry Potter movies! We were told in advance that the flight was going to be delayed, which is really positive. Very friendly personnel."

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Nadelen: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Nadelen: "It would be helpful for short people to be able to adjust the head rest lower on the seat. More recent released movies would be helpful. More leg room. Not charging more money to choose seats."

Nadelen: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "My check in luggage was in very bad condition when I receive it. My clothes were all wet and they got bab by each other’s colour. Many clothes are not in a condition to wear now. Those were expensive and I had a big loss because of that."

Nadelen: "They seats were cramped and didn’t have a lot of cushion. The BBQ chicken lunch was not good. There needed to be more frequent water available"

Nadelen: "Nothing!"

Voordelen: "Plenty of room on this flight. The plane was about half full."
Nadelen: "Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Voordelen: "Check in at the airport gate was handled professionally."
Nadelen: "Bought our seats 2 months in advance. One day before flight, saw our assigned seats were changed, someone had our original seats 31G/H, and we were put in 48C/D. Could not get any assistance to correct the situation until we were at the gate and by that time no comparable seats were available. Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Nadelen: "Small seats. food was horrible."

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Voordelen: "The water bottles, pillow, and earbuds were on the seats."
Nadelen: "The returning flight to the US they did not dim the lights so that it was comfortable to sleep. A red light was shining down on my head most of the trip because I had a window seat. It was very annoying."

Nadelen: "Delayed flight, missed connection, lost baggage."

Voordelen: "Excellent service and food."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "We will never fly SAS again, it was a horrible experience"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed, had to take 2 other flights to get to the final destination. Arrived at 9pm instead of 2pm."

Nadelen: "Only one free soda. Beer and wine for a fee."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Nadelen: "Expensive rates on luggage"

Voordelen: "The airline staff were so positive and friendly. Really made the long trip easier."

Voordelen: "There was absolutely nothing I liked."
Nadelen: "We didn't have a flight. Our flight was canceled at the airport. We were told 10-15 minutes after our boarding time that there would be a delay, but we should check back in 45 minutes. So, we never made it to Stockholm to take that flight back home."

Nadelen: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"

Voordelen: "Quite a contrast between international and domestic flights. SAS had a blanket, pillow, water bottle, and earbuds on each seat. We were served TWO meals including a full dinner. Flight crew was very polite and responsive."

Nadelen: "I paid for internet but it never worked"

Nadelen: "The seat next to me was open and they moved someone over next to me."

Nadelen: "This is my first international flight that didn't include complimentary beverages. No free wine or alcohol, and only ONE complimentary beverage on the entire 9 hour flight! They only came around ONCE with the beverage cart! (and this was like an hour and a half before they served dinner, which didn't include a drink). They also only came around and offered water ONCE on the flight. Normally this would be every 1-2 hours. Also, the flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and they didn't make an announcement until we were about an hour late. Thankfully, I was getting updates from Kayak, or else I wouldn't have even known we were delayed."

Voordelen: "Legroom"

Voordelen: "Once again the atmosphere was terrific. The cleanliness of the plane was good. The staff was awesome."

Nadelen: "As above."

Voordelen: "Delicious food"

Nadelen: "I have already answered this question. Enough."

Voordelen: "The constant service provided by the flight crew. The food was excellent and even got a free beer. The inflight entertainment selection was abundant, did not even have to listen to my music. Very friendly crew."
Nadelen: "I understand coach is coach, but it was a little tight for my height."

Nadelen: "Everything...I was not on the flight. The fight was cancelled due to the on-going Swedish pilot strike. The first option SAS provided was getting out in a week. I said that would not work. They then scheduled me on Lufthansa, but due to delays in Frankfurt due to weather we missed out connection to ORD. 4+ hours after standing in endless lines Lufthansa resheduled us the next day. But, it took nearly two days to get home."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and boarding/de-boarding was very easy. there was ample overhead storage for everyone."
Nadelen: "Extremely uncomfortable seats (I travel internationally multiple times a year and am used to long flights). Other international flights include beer or wine The food was mediocre at best"

Nadelen: "Over 90 minutes delayed. Plane was so hot it was uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed over an hour. Gate changed twice without announcement"

Nadelen: "As above plus my husband's seat arm was broken. The inflight entertainment system was a joke. Back of seat screens fitted but not working. Very distant ceiling screens and only one working before the whole system failed. Not acceptable on a long flight."

Voordelen: "Crew handled a disgruntled passenger well."
Nadelen: "Boarding order seemed disjointed. No air controls in economy. No entertainment at many seats in economy (broken equipment)."

Voordelen: "SItting on the aisle near the toilets"
Nadelen: "Seat curved up on the sides which strained my back & thigh muscles."

Voordelen: "Most attendants were good, good choices on entertainment"
Nadelen: "Our attendant was less that helpfully, refused to provide a blanket suggesting that my wife get her own. Locked the lavatorys and had we to ask the good attendant to open for line of folks next to our seats. Never smiled once, maybe her new braces hurt but no excuse. Sorry sound guaility on movies was also poor"

Nadelen: "Cheap headphones given out for the movies, almost impossible to hear speech"

Voordelen: "From Brussels to Dublin, we had a good flight. The air hostess was attentive enough and the cabin comfort was excellent."
Nadelen: "That we can't even have a cup of coffee without having to pay 3 euros. I thought that was outrageous."

Nadelen: "Alcohol was not even included during meals"

Voordelen: "Great entertainment and food."

Voordelen: "All flight attendants were cheery & kind throughout the 8-hour flight."
Nadelen: "Only downsides were with Dublin airport/U.S. security, so not Aer Lingus's fault."

Voordelen: "On time"
