Nadelen: "The new carry-on laptop caused a delay of about 1 hr before departure and arrival an hour late, then claiming the laptop was almost a nightmare with long queue after picking up the luggages, one has to also claim their laptops in a make shift station In the baggage claims area. My suggestion is to put the computer laptops in alphabetic order by last name/surname, with the claim ticket,for easier access when picking up. As for departure, probably at check in to inform them that if you have a laptop carry-on so that can be taken care of right away as not to delay departure when they take it at the departing gate. This should be done at check in if in Turkey, or as a transferring traveler, to inform the traveler to take care of that as soon as arrived to transferring destination and for the traveler not to wait until boarding time at the boarding gate."

There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. On the flight from Mex City to LAX the bathroom facilities were so limited that some Economy class passengers had to try to use the business class or first class facilities' An FA then came on the intercom and said Economy class must only use their own facilities and this is according to an FAA regulation. THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself."

Voordelen: "Mon vole de Charlot a New York était en retard de presque 1h. Cela ma cause de rater mon vol international avec Tourkish. En plus de toute la fatigue de passe une nuit dans des conditions très difficile, j'ai payer une pénalité de près de 700 dollars USA pour un autre billet plus d'autres frais divers en nourriture et en communication. Le plus difficile pour moi est que votre personnel a New York était insensible a mes problèmes."

Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Nadelen: "American Airlines left us more than 3 hours inside the plane at the gate to cancel the flight afterwards. They said it was a mechanical problem, and then told us it was just fixed and that they were just waiting for paperwork to be on our way. 3 hours later they decide to cancel the flight. Crappy communication with travelers, terrible attention at the counter to try to make new arrangements. Not a single American Airlines representative in customs to give orientation to the travelers having to go through the whole thing after the flight was cancelled. In summary, an epic mess. Will avoid AA when possible."

Nadelen: "Check-in was a nightmare. Lines had no definition as to what they were for. many lines with no one knoe=wing what they were for ( check-in, drop-off?) Staff was useless!!! Terminals didn't work, staff at check in could care less about your frustration. Seating is uncomfortable! I paid extra for supposedly better seating it was worse than I have EVER experienced. Crew was unfriendly and aloof. Served One drink, no snacks on a three hour flight and dint pick up trash for 1.5 hours. Departure delayed and sat on tarmac for about 45 minutes. I hate this airline and will avoid any future trips."

Nadelen: "My bad experience consists I specifically requested wheelchair in my reservation, and it was worse because the flight has connection. And traveling with someone with a disability it's already complicated, I almost lost the connecting flight. American Airlines never bring the wheelchair and the crew was unable to help."

Nadelen: "To be honest, i feel like your pricing is very misleading. I was not prepared to pay $60 per bag in luggage fees. For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport."
Nadelen: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."
Nadelen: "Crew couldn't say if there was or was not meat in the meals."
Voordelen: "After fixing the mistake they gave us two adjacent seats on the plane."
Nadelen: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Nadelen: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Nadelen: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."

At customer service at our destination spent almost 2 hours trying to get a refund and getting exit row seats for the return flight. Terrible service in reservations. Voordelen: "I was able to stretch out and sleep most of the flight. Food was great and the crew was outstanding. Absolutely no complaints. Pilot and entire flight was flawless. Actually got us into JFK early. Thank you for providing this flight as an option!!!"
Voordelen: "Older plane, no wifi. Everything else was fine. Crew was great, ground French AA desk guy have us an upgrade to economy comfort due to long delay, and was very nice to us. On board crew was good too, no complaints, not their fault plane was older n movies played were older too without choice..."
