There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

Nadelen: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

No option to pay for a second luggage; the company website very unclear about the luggage policy; no contact information as well as no web payment service; days before my flight, spent a lot of time and efforts to know that I could pay for a second luggage at the airport on my departure; 2. Paid $120 or so for the second luggage!!!??? After decades flying Austrian I will try switching to your competitors."

Voordelen: "I thought the food was excellent. Better food in coach than I get on first class domestic flights. Also, the in-flight entertainment was very good. I watched a couple of science shows and extreme sports shows that I truly enjoyed."
Nadelen: "There wasn't much I did not enjoy that could be changed. I chose to go coach and had to put up with seating that was more cramped than I like, but I expected that."

Nadelen: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

Nadelen: "When I was boarding all representatives was very unfriendly and I would say they were rude."

Nadelen: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Nadelen: "The ground crew harassed us for bringing our instruments on board. We fly with instruments for our work and this was the first time we were forced to check certain items and were detained for a period of time so that the ground crew could check with their superiors."

Voordelen: "Boarding was a breeze, although the flight was not full. Food was good, but as I dozed off during courses, they decided I was finished and took all my food and didn't offer anything when I awoke shortly after. (this will go in the 'didn't like' section as well. Bed was comfortable and comfy blanket and pillow"
Nadelen: "Crew was not friendly at all. Amenities kit was burlap sac with nothing worth keeping or using -- even the eye covers. Business class bathrooms had nothing to offer in the areas of hand/face creams. All there was were hand wipes and air freshener. (OMG! SERIOUSLY!?); a big difference from their partners (i.e. Swiss and Lufthansa). Crew was not present -- not only were they very unfriendly they were no where to be found. TV/video didn't work properly -- kept fast forwarding or changing channels on its own. The crew of course, was not concerned."

Passengers were taken to Budapest later by bus, arriving there more than 2,5 hours later, than planned. Only compensation was a voucher of 6€ to McDonalds, where menus costed 6,99€.. According to information staff at the airport and the flight's history on the internet, this flight OS717 gets cancelled very-very often, AVOID, never book again."

Nadelen: "Boarding was disorganized - signage very misleading. Cabin was stuffy and warm until the plane started moving, and during the trip it did not cool off sufficiently. Would be better if they told passengers about when meals will be served. Stewardess poured old coffee in the basin while people were waiting to use the bathroom. Seat was splashed with coffee. Disposal for paper was stuffed. FYI Breakfast was inedible from ORD to Madrid."

Nadelen: "The flight from Madrid to tel aviv was very crowded, no place to hand bag, the seat wasn't comfortable like in a low cost flight. The was no TV, not even music. To bad"

Voordelen: "I got a connection in Madrid to my destination, but the previous flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I got in the airport about 15 min before the gate closed. The gate that i arrived to my connection flight was around 26 min away. I have a condition on my leg and i cannot run, so i walked really fast through the airport and I was so happy to see that they were waiting for my delayed flight... which is very unusual. Thank you!!!!"

Nadelen: "Check in gave my wife 2 seats on Madrid to Dusseldorf flight plus 1 for myself. On connecting flight from Dusseldorf to San Francisco she only gave a boarding pass to my wife so we had to scramble when we got to Dusseldorf to have AirBerlin resolve the issue."

Voordelen: "The food was surprisingly good, and I had no issues once on either plane."
Nadelen: "The layover in Madrid was too short. Because the first leg was slightly delayed, I missed the flight to my final destination. They ended up giving me a ticket which departed more than 12 hours after my arrival in Madrid (!). I had to go to the horrible inconvenience of wandering through the huge airport looking for their customer support desk, waiting in line, returning an hour or two later, and eventually getting myself a standby ticket on an earlier flight. I still ended up in the airport for about 4-6 hours. They provided a coupon for a free lunch, and there was a lounge to stay in, but for a transatlantic flight, adding an extra 4-6 hours was really bad."

Voordelen: "Very uncomfortable seat from Iberia Airline.The cushion was almost down to spring. Need to upgrade. Crew are not very helpful. Service is not good. Specially at the Airport, speaking English is very bad. I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Voordelen: "I liked everything about my experience on four Iberia flights. The boarding was fair by groups and they didn't allow people cutting the lines. The planes were new. The food served was very good and had a great variety of tastes to please different cultures."

Voordelen: "Quick boarding and unloading. Very organized. Entertainment was great to see real time map, tons of movie and music option with each seat having its own screen and choices."
Nadelen: "No air vents and it was hot. Food was no where near the quality advertised, but not terrible. Not enough beverage service. Couldn't get enough water to stay hydrated on a 7+ hr flight. Payed extra to pick seats but when we checked in we didn't get them."

Nadelen: "Terrible service in reservations. Needed extra leg room and paid for exit row seats. Got to airport and our seats had been given away. At customer service at our destination spent almost 2 hours trying to get a refund and getting exit row seats for the return flight."

Nadelen: "Même pas une boisson offerte pour 4h de vol! Pire que les low-cost !"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was outstanding. Major movies at no cost . Seats were comfortable and had an ok recline."

Nadelen: "the flight was late leaving so I had only minutes to get to my connecting flight in the international terminal at Madrid to get back to the states Staff did nothing to assist those of us with connecting flights to make sure we got to our gates in time. There was little legroom and while our flight was short between Barcelona and Madrid there was no refreshments offered except for items for sale."

Nadelen: "Was unable to check in as 4th person on ticket did not travel with us. Waited 1.5 +hours until the problem was solved, then had to run to catch flight. Check-in staff was helpful and worked hard to solve problem, their manager made the suggestion that we should call American Airlines to fix problem as he could not."

Voordelen: "The service was excellent and we enjoyed the great price"
Nadelen: "Horrible seats! We were in the last row with the seats not able to recline and right by the bathroom........... so during the entire flight we were bothered by a continues stream of traffic. I had called many times trying to get seat assignments but they wouldn't let me have them then at the airport we were stuck with a full flight and no way to change the seats to anything better...."

Voordelen: "As 13 passengers came delayed from London (I was one of them) the airline wait about 20 minutes so we didn't miss the flight."
Nadelen: "I was in row 40, close to the galley. The courtains never were closed so I couldn't sleep comfortably."

Voordelen: "It si a new airline. Nothing related with the old Iberia. Very pleasant experience."
Nadelen: "When compared with other transatlantic airlines this was very good."
