Nadelen: "Boarding chaotic- no clear lines people pushing ahead which I am not used to- my handluggage was ok’ed at origin in US- was pulled aside in Zurich based on my “ ticket”- it was perfectly well suited and not oversized. In plane half of overhead compartments were filled with coats when told that these should go under seats. No consistency between announcements and behavior of crew."

Voordelen: "I really liked the "About my flight" application on the viewing screens because it always gave me an idea of what we were flying over and how much longer we woulld be in the air. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner."
Nadelen: "My seat was a little confined when I put my carry-on bag in front of me on the flight to Zurich, but it was roomier when I stowed my carry-on in the overhead compartment on the returtn flight."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed 25 minutes leaving Rome."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Voordelen: "The food was really great! And the crew was very friendly."
Nadelen: "Many delays that seemed unnecessary. We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Nadelen: "Waiting in line in NYC for take off was about 50 minutes. Small seat space with annoying passengers who watch movies all night with bright screens or push and press my seat all the time. Earplug is uncomfortable, breakfast is plain, hot chocolate is horrible. It was a full flight and we even lost my daughter's cardigan."

Nadelen: "At the Budapest airport the attendants were not willing to accommodate to check in my second luggage without a fee, despite the fact that I have a Miles & More card. On the way from NY to Budapest I checked in two luggages prior to arriving to the airport with out any fee. I would like Swiss air to issue a refund. I have my receipt for the excess luggage fee. Thank you, Eva Baud"

Nadelen: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."

Voordelen: "The plane was new, clean and tight. Seats very narrow, no foot room with carry bag under seat on front. On time depart and arrive. Good movies. BUT, where are my bags. Second day in Geneva without clothes or medicines. SwissPort at GVA isn’t helping. They don’t even know where they are: don’t know if they left EWR"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Plane crew were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the entertainment selection - it kept them occupied throughout the flight in spite of their young age (3yrs and 5 yrs)."

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

We did make our flight, however very stressful for no reason. Lufthansa was amazing, Euro-wings folks... very unhelpful..."

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Nadelen: "In Copenhagen I left my iphone in the bin during security check. Half an hour later i heard my name on P.A. system. The message was muffled and never repeated. I ran in circles trying to retrieve my phone and I got very poor assistance. I had to be deboarded an boarded again and barely made my flight. I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info."

Nadelen: "the staff constantly refused to help when they could and provided wrong information that caused me to miss my flight. i will never book through kayak because of this experience."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed and we sat on tarmac for 2 hours"

Nadelen: "The flight was over 2 hours late leaving Copenhagen, and then we sat at the gate while they unloaded bags to find the luggage of some passengers who decided not to be on that flight. Then it was total chaos at O'Hare. Very few SAS ticket agents who were not prepared to deal with the many passengers who had missed connections. We spent the night on hard chairs in the airport when we could have been re-booked on a flight out that night if they had been at all organized and efficient."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Nadelen: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Voordelen: "Free coffee in the plane"

Nadelen: "Luggage lost or misdirected and VERY poor effort in getting it delivered to me, once found. I still have no clothes, shaver, toiletries . . . or confirmation on when/if delivery will happen. Just simply disrespectful!!!"

Voordelen: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Nadelen: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a little rough as the announcements in groups to board was not clear and lots of people got in line that should not have. - causing delays and frustrations. Handled poorly by gate team"

Nadelen: "No Entertainment, no snacks included, only tea and coffee"

Voordelen: "Everything. Nothing ever goes wrong when I fly SAS which is why I seldom don't. And if something does go wrong their manners and spirits are high and they make sure everyone is still happy and comfortable. Best service in the airline industry."

Nadelen: "My knees hit the sear in front of m before they recloined. No way to sleep."

Nadelen: "I would have liked more music selections especially calming. OceN sounds or Tibetan bowls etc for overnight flight."

Voordelen: "I was only charged half the price for my checked suitcase on the return flight - after I called SAS the day before departure."
Nadelen: "It doesn't really matter that other aspects of the flight were ok when I had to pay £60.00 for my one regular-size suitcase, and I don't find out until I am standing at the check-in counter. Why do travelers have to pay for checked luggage, at all?"

Voordelen: "Boarding was easy, I'm a Star Alliance Gold member so was able to get on board first. There were significant delays leaving Dulles and our connection was tight, but SAS held the flight so I give them props for that."
Nadelen: "The crew was grumpy and unhelpful, but I can usually overlook that. What really got me was this: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER & WINE ON THIS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT! Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."

Voordelen: "I had a row to myself because I was a 1st class ticket holder but they didn't actually have 1st class seating."

Voordelen: "This was my first flight in SAS and it was a wonderful experience. The crew was pleasant and the seating was spacious and the plane was clean. Very refreshing atmosphere."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Voordelen: "I'm a super nervous flyer, and SAS did an awesome job with customer service, in flight service, the food was delicious and the drinks were great! I'll be sticking with SAS for future flights."

Nadelen: "I and my 2 children, 10 and 8, thought the dinner was really bad. Also, entertainment selection was lacking. Other than that I thought sas did a great job with the flight."

Nadelen: "2 hr delay on a 2 hr flight"

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled 2 minutes after departure time. Staff was rude when we tried asking questions. It took an additional 2 hours to rebook on another airline and we had to spend an extra night in a hotel near the airport."

Voordelen: "Bergen to Stockholm was an easy flight. No problems..all on time"

Nadelen: "Didn't like the economy class seats paying for business.A real rip off."

Voordelen: "Excellent customer service and very clean."

Nadelen: "Food wasn't so great."

Nadelen: "Flight was canceled"

Nadelen: "Limited selection of movies and TV shows were a bit disappointing"

Voordelen: "Even though I had ordered a "seafood meal" on the return trip by telephone 2 days before my flight, they said they had no special meal in my name. However, the stewardess was very nice and apologetic and for breakfast, brought me an extra fruit cup! ( for the breakfast, they had meat on the main plate). Her name was Alexandra on flight"
Nadelen: "Even though I had ordered a "seafood meal" on the return trip by telephone 2 days before my flight, they said they had no special meal in my name."

Voordelen: "It was on time"

Nadelen: "Food was awful. Seats are very uncomfortable. Only one free drink is ridiculous. Interior of the plane was in very poor condition and the toilets were extremely dirty and in various states of disrepair."

Voordelen: "On time and fast departure."
Nadelen: "No complaints."

Voordelen: "On time good flight"

Voordelen: "Personnel accueillant au sol et en vol, ponctualité du vol"

Nadelen: "une seule personne pour l’enregistrement de 45personnes Mal informé j’ai raté l’avion alors que j’attendais pour l’enregistrement pris un bus à la place"

Nadelen: "Diner servi à 2h de matin ! Les hôtesses étaient bruyantes et les lumières allumées en pleine nuit. Beef sandwich au petit déjeuner !"

Voordelen: "La propreté le confort"
Nadelen: "Rien"

Voordelen: "Hôtesses sexy et personnel très polis et accuillant"

Voordelen: "Seat."

Voordelen: "Nice crew, short flight, comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Only a small carry-on allowed and one SMALL purse. Also, there is a charge for beverages unless you are in first class."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable enough (by incredibly low economy seat standards)"
Nadelen: "Was not alerted that my flight had been canceled and rescheduled (albeit only for another flight 2 hours later, so no huge deal). All I got was a little notification that randomly popped up on the app and didn't seem worth taking seriously, and when I asked the flight attendant about it to double-check, she said it was inaccurate."

Voordelen: "Good"

Nadelen: "The fact I could not even get a glass of water without a credit card."

Voordelen: "Bigger plane than I was expecting. Had I known that I would have upgraded to a better seat. I was just expecting a tiny puddle jumper so this was a nice surprise. Crew were nice, offered food/drinks but I didn't want to buy any."
Nadelen: "The plane had inseat screens but they said that licensing agreements prevented them from offering any video, games or news selections on a 2.5hr flight. The Pilot said he would turn on the in-flight navigator but it never did work, so I'm not sure what happened there. No internet connection in their fleet yet either. Clearly, this is a first world problem and I would still fly BA. But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up."

Nadelen: "Lors de la correspondance à Heathrow, chaque passager doit repasser le contrôle au porte A. Le problème est si que les correspondance indiqué au porte B, on perd au moins 20minutes avant de comprendre la solution. Alors on est stressé et on manque de ratter l'avion. C'est pourtant pas compliqué d'expliquer au passagers que l'on doit repasser par les portes A avant de retourner sur les portes indiquées sur les téléviseurs.."

Voordelen: "Cela fait 4mois que je prépare mon voyage à MOSCOU. L'avion part avec 30min de retard de Paris ET me fait rater la correspondances à Londres. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h, l'avion partait à 22:35. Au lieu de nous faire embarque d'urgence ils ont préfères nous débarqués dans un hôtel."
Nadelen: "Alors que nous avons prévenu les équipes en France, ces derniers nous ont rassurés au possible (pilote, stewards,etc.) C'est impresssionnant comme Le mensonge représente cette compagnie."

Nadelen: "it was delayed 2+ hours. They should have at least offered free drinks for the trouble."

Voordelen: "Scum bags wanted >$5k to change flights, daylight robbery"

Voordelen: "Very pleasant crew"

Voordelen: "Short and fast! Great end of my journey"

Nadelen: "2h de retard sans explication ni compensation"

Voordelen: "I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me."

Voordelen: "La disponibilité et gentillesse de l équipage. Très réactif lorsque j ai reçu un verre de ns d Orange sur moi. Les écouteurs très bien ainsi que le choix de fils a visionner"
Nadelen: "Un peu plus d'attente que prévu mais cela reste raisonnable"

Nadelen: "The flight was an hour late"

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing and did everything to make people confortable and have à nice flight."

Voordelen: "The services I paid for were delivered very well"

Nadelen: "The "complimentary" drinks weren't complimentary, as you had to pay for them"

Voordelen: "Everything was fine on this British airways flight."
Nadelen: "It is a shame that British airways now sell food and drinks. It feels like you are travelling with Ryan Air or Easyjet."

Voordelen: "The empty seat next to us. Entertainment was good. The chocolate-orange pudding was terrific with coffee!"
Nadelen: "The uncontrolled screaming of a certain child on the flight. Unable to nap at all! Bad for an 11 hour flight."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Inconfortable In flight entertainment ne marchait pas Vieux avion"

Voordelen: "British Airways lounges at Newark and London were good places to relax and have decent food and drinks selections."
Nadelen: "British Airways in-air entertainment and food options in aconomy leave much to be desired."

Voordelen: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Voordelen: "Extended information from the captain was very nice"

Voordelen: "Got food poisoning from flight or Italian restaurant at terminal 3"

Voordelen: "the plane was clean"
Nadelen: "3 hour delay, no communication with customers regarding delay or connection. Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."

Nadelen: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Voordelen: "The staff is friendly and were genuinely doing their best withwhat they had"
Nadelen: "The check in / baggage drop off took too long. There were only two workers in that section and for maybe arpund 10-20 mins there was only 1 person helping everyone. It was very frustrating, esp when there were 3 people working in the world club section when that line has fewer people in the first place. I suggest having the world club staff taking some of the regular customers and alternating with the world club members"

Nadelen: "Dommage de faire soutraiter les vols transatlantiques par American Airlines.compagnie très loin des standards européens"

Nadelen: "L'avion (trop vieux en règle générale et en piteux état)"

Nadelen: "Rafraîchissements payants"

Nadelen: "Départ de Londres avec 3 heures de retard. Heureusement que j'avais 4 heures pour correspondence Singapore Jakarta"

Voordelen: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Voordelen: "Rapidité d'embarquement Peu regardant quant aux poids et taille des bagages sauf si cela est très visible."
