Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "While waiting to board SFO-ZRH flight Swissair personnel walked around and randomly pulled out passengers from line to check luggage dimensions. Since manufacturers adhere to airline baggage standards, no violations were found during checks. This misguided effort only resulted in publicly humiliating Swissair customers. Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

Voordelen: "Service and food were good considering it was "plane food". No delay whatsoever."
Nadelen: "Black box under the front seat. No room for legs. Seat blocked in lower position, impossible to make it stay in upper position. Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms."

Nadelen: "Plane missed connection in Zurich. Transferred next day to United who charged us another $120 for extra baggage, which we already paid at Swiss. We would like reimbursement. Gyula E Balogh"

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Voordelen: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."
Nadelen: "The "European business class model" is not that great when you are paying a premium price to ride in Business Class. I think the prior 2 x 2 arrangement on each side with larger (and more comfortable) seats...plus more legroom and seat pitch...is preferable."

Nadelen: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Voordelen: "Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics"

Nadelen: "Poor web site. Very poor boarding crew. Boarding crew made no announcements for who must get re-elected ticketed for shares carrier tucked or web site ticketed passengers. No prep boarding plan given therefore mass at gate."

Nadelen: "only provided ONE meal on an 11 hour flight?? how is that ok? people were very hungry. when i asked about that, the disinterested flight attendants tried to convince me that they had in fact provided “two services” -they apparently think a small packet of crackers counts as dinner. shortly before landing they served a stale ham sandwich (8 hours after the only meal). Food quality was poor as well. during booking there was not an option to indicate dietary requirements either. not impressed with austrian air overall."

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Nadelen: "At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included."

Voordelen: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nadelen: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Voordelen: "Boarding was as expected, crew & food were ok. Nothing else positive to extract out of this flight."
Nadelen: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Voordelen: "Friendly attendants. Decent food, and frequent snacks and beverages."

Voordelen: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Nadelen: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight."

Voordelen: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Nadelen: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."

Nadelen: "The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family."

Nadelen: "It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding."

Voordelen: "Yes"

Nadelen: "no peanuts?"

Voordelen: "Crew was very pleasant."
Nadelen: "There were no announcements at all about the delays! It was confusing and poor service."

Voordelen: "Heel vriendelijk personeel."
Nadelen: "Twee uren vertraging voor een heel korte vlucht naar Brussel door technisch deffect."

Voordelen: "In time! And with a very nice person Crüe."
Nadelen: "The food can always be better!"

Voordelen: "Check in at the airport gate was handled professionally."
Nadelen: "Bought our seats 2 months in advance. One day before flight, saw our assigned seats were changed, someone had our original seats 31G/H, and we were put in 48C/D. Could not get any assistance to correct the situation until we were at the gate and by that time no comparable seats were available. Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Voordelen: "Quick"
Nadelen: "Basic travel, if you’re in the US, similar to what you’d find on Southwest. Bare bones but it’ll get you there."

Voordelen: "Efficient boarding process."
Nadelen: "Seats super uncomfortable, no food for a 3.5 hr flight, just tea or coffee as free drink options."

Nadelen: "I will never fly with spirits again.. ever"

Voordelen: "The food was great and the staff were excellent."
Nadelen: "The entertainment selection was limited and there were no live channels - just prerecorded content"

Voordelen: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Nadelen: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Nadelen: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Nadelen: "Pay for a coke?"

Voordelen: "I was treated by the cew very, very badly. Food was terrible."

Voordelen: "Free coffee in the plane"

Voordelen: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Nadelen: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Nadelen: "Expensive rates on luggage"

Voordelen: "I liked the movie selection! I also like the spacious size of our seats! There was just the right amount of leg room for the time of the flight. Also, the meals were served in a timely manner!"
Nadelen: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."

Voordelen: "Very friendly crew Intime departure and arrival"
Nadelen: "It was extremely cold in the plane (I was in row 32). Many passengers had the blue blanket wrapped around them even over their head"

Voordelen: "Good boarding, crew nice and professional, lots of entertainment choices, plenty of bathrooms. Overall a very good flight."
Nadelen: "No opportunity to rest on flight back home and wine a bit expensive for a European flight."

Voordelen: "Two complimentary meals in addition to complimentary blankets was very nice. Dimming the lights for sleeping was also nice."
Nadelen: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Voordelen: "Delayed flight arrived nearly on time."
Nadelen: "- Boarding process chaotic. Boarding began 20minutes after the scheduled delayed-boarding time without any notice. Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Voordelen: "Seat room good. Food very good. Flight attendants excellent."
Nadelen: "Nothing comes to mind at this time."

Nadelen: "Lost my luggage when the other 3 people who I am traveling with got theirs. Not sure what went wrong there. No SAS personnel was available, actually there was no airline counter even. I filed a lost and found report at the airport. I will contact the airline , hope they will find my bags or at least provide vouchers for my one week vacation."

Nadelen: "The seat next to me was open and they moved someone over next to me."

Nadelen: "This flight did not occur due to delays."

Voordelen: "The crew was incredibly friendly"
Nadelen: "I would have appreciated a vegetarian option for the meal."

Voordelen: "The gate agent in Athens was helpful"
Nadelen: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Voordelen: "Modern plane, great entertainment system"
Nadelen: "Paying for booze, vegetarian breakfast is awful."

Voordelen: "Up and down. Crew was great!"

Voordelen: "Service, etc."
Nadelen: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."

Nadelen: "Had to pay 70 euro to check 1 bag at the airport!"

Voordelen: "Couldn't ask for a better flight. Was nice and smooth with great service. Thanks for bringing me home safe."

Voordelen: "Was able to selct my seat"
Nadelen: "Had to pay €70 to check in luggage - most expensive ive ever seen! No beverages other than coffee and tea abailable, water could be appreciated"

Voordelen: "The boarding process worked well."
Nadelen: "The crew didn't seem to care much. The entertainment systems didn't really work and the response was simply deal with it. The food was terrible. The crew did not handle the passengers at all as they were up consistently and taking stuff out of the overhead containers."

Nadelen: "Planting was detained for an hour and I arrived late on a transfere. I forced to spend the night at the hotel and my patients were left without the surgeon on Monday. At the front desk I was not warned that the flight is delayed and I missed the opportunity to buy another ticket. When I asked before boarding the plane, I have time to transplant, I was told that all be good. But it was lie. I will try use another company."

Nadelen: "It was a fine flight. Nothing to worry about. I liked it."

Nadelen: "Would love the onboard tv that shows the flight in progress and/or some onboard music options."

Nadelen: "After losing the bag they had charged me 60 Euros for, it took them over 24 hours to trace, retrieve and deliver the bag. They made no offer to refund the fee, which any reasonable company would have done."

Voordelen: "Crew was super sweet!"

Nadelen: "no food very cramped small seats plain full to capacity"

Nadelen: "We were to fly from Bergen to Oslo, and then from Oslo to Stockholm. However, the flight from Bergen to Oslo kept getting delayed, so we were eventually put on a direct flight to Stockholm from Bergen. But for the 5 hour delay, we were given a food 'dinner' coupon that could have only bought a slice a pizza which we felt was extremely poor. Expected a better compensation for the long delay."

Nadelen: "The food options need improvements. The portion and items are not tasty or plentiful."
