Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "I thought the $11.00 fee for 30 continuous minutes of full Wi-Fi access was a bit pricey, esp when it kept getting disconnected and ended being about a collective 7-8 mins of access."

Nadelen: "Boarding was awful. It took about an hour to board and no reason was given until we were taxiing. (The crew was delayed.) Overhead storage was insufficient. Seats are too narrow. I paid for extra leg room, which I got, but I don't appreciate elbows in my ribs for the whole flight."

Nadelen: "Didn't understand why I had to wait until getting to the gate to have a seat assigned when I purchased tickets several months ago. Since I was in the last boarding group, Had to check in my bag since it was already full, had fragile stuff in there and hoping everything is ok. it is what it is. Not anyone's fault but disappointing to have to do when I didn't plan on checking in and going to pick up at the baggage claim. This is what i wanted to avoid in the first place. could have at least offered to let us pick them up as we deplaned and not baggage claim!"

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Voordelen: "Comfort and space comparing to my outbound flight from SFO to Munich. This plane was way older but at least there was a little bit of space. Flight attendants were very nice."
Nadelen: "Entertainment units kept crushing, were not responsive. Difficult to use and enjoy. Frankfurt airport - total mess at the additional passport control before going to "Z" gates. Crowd of people, huge lines, all disorganized. The control for EU passengers was not so crowded but you couldn't see it at the end of the line, so even people who didn't have to were all crowding in the same cue. Horrible experience and I almost missed my flight because of this mess."

Nadelen: "Requested for Hindu vegetarian meal by call and was informed we would receive on flight. Got on flight to find that Hindu vegetarian does not exist. Starved on both legs of flight. That is almost 24 hours. Plane should keep extras and customer service should give correct information."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were great, friendly, courteous and responsive. The relaxation and mediation program was great! Boarding was fluent and easy."
Nadelen: "No matter what you try to order on the airplane is totally disgusting. If it's not overloaded with cheese and tomato sauce then it's overcompensated with spices (salt or chili). I will never understand why it is so hard to provide simple, fresh and enjoyable meals. Chairs in economy are rarely cleaned up and one can see on the cushions that they are worn out and have lost their padding making the seats very uncomfortable. There was no foot rest available (which is such a simple addition that helps a lot) and the "holder pocket" on the seat in front was a simple net completely useless. Tables were dirty suggesting they were never cleaned and disinfected. Knowing that the highest source of viruses are the tray tables and the pockets in front I would expect attention to be focused on those- it not only impacts the health of the traveler but more important that of the crew. Why is it so hard to think of this business two fold: make revenue but mostly be kind to humans."

Nadelen: "Hickups in entertainment screens. Seats seem te be smaller again Rows without windows"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and the boarding process was fast and simple. No food just snacks and what they had was good. Once I got to the airport there was a wheelchair at the gate and it was great because we were on the opposite side if the airport for our next flight and he was very nice to talk to as we were walking."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again."

Nadelen: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"

Voordelen: "Nothing really; this looked like the cheapest transatlantic airline that I have ever taken. Will try to avoid in the future."
Nadelen: "Limited selection of food, snacks, and drinks Limited selection of movies"

Voordelen: "This airline is punctual and the pilots are good."
Nadelen: "The service is minimal, you pay for any alcohol and the food is nothing to write home about."

Voordelen: "The only thing that saved the flight was a good crew and decent food."
Nadelen: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Voordelen: "Crew, food"
Nadelen: "Boarding could have been smoother. Entertainment system could have a better selection of movies and tv programs"

Nadelen: "We could not order vegetarian, so arrived hungry."

Voordelen: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Nadelen: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Voordelen: "- Seats are fairly comfy (as much as one can hope for an economy seat) - Excellent meals. I'm impressed that I'm getting things like ganache and cold-pressed juice in airline snacks!"
Nadelen: "- Wish the entertainment/movie selection was better, or that the foreign films had subtitles,"

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Voordelen: "I was treated by the cew very, very badly. Food was terrible."

Nadelen: "Cramped with no storage, ticket was stand-by took some time to convert to boarding pass and get seating to enter the plane as one of the last people,"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Voordelen: "The service is nice, people are friendly, and good environment at airport!"
Nadelen: "The flight delayed too long...I was waiting total 8hrs in Copenhagen Airport! The first time I took SAS."

Voordelen: "Very friendly crew Intime departure and arrival"
Nadelen: "It was extremely cold in the plane (I was in row 32). Many passengers had the blue blanket wrapped around them even over their head"

Voordelen: "Delayed flight arrived nearly on time."
Nadelen: "- Boarding process chaotic. Boarding began 20minutes after the scheduled delayed-boarding time without any notice. Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Voordelen: "I am pleased we landed."
Nadelen: "entertainment system did not function properly. when it did, movie selection was terrible. very mediocre flight experience by mediocre, government funded airline that doesn't really need to compete for business."

Nadelen: "Mostly junk food"

Voordelen: "I liked the movie quality and overall order of the stuff and the flight."
Nadelen: "Since when do I have to pay for wine? :( Also, too few movie choices."

Voordelen: "Very comfortable 11+ hr flight. I also had an empty seat next to me so maybe that helped? The food was great."
Nadelen: "I wish the landscape cameras worked the entire time!"

Nadelen: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."

Nadelen: "very small plane for trans-atlantic flight (17 rows) only one free soda, then they charge you"

Nadelen: "Had to pay 70 euro to check 1 bag at the airport!"

Voordelen: "Ground crew was very helpful and flight was comfortable."

Voordelen: "Was able to selct my seat"
Nadelen: "Had to pay €70 to check in luggage - most expensive ive ever seen! No beverages other than coffee and tea abailable, water could be appreciated"

Voordelen: "The pilots were excellent : smooth takeoff and landing. The plane seemed a bit shaky at times in the air; perhaps it was windy, although the skies were clear. Good food; good stewardesses. Entertainment had very good movie choices and games."
Nadelen: "The side lights never were turned off, so it was hard to go to sleep. On a long overseas flight, there should be some down time. It was dark outside part of the time, but never dark inside the plane. The leg room is also a bit cramped for tall people."

Voordelen: "Food was ok"
Nadelen: "Crew members not friendly."

Voordelen: "The non stop to Copenhagen from San Francisco was excellent. We departed on time, arrived on time.The seats in coach were much more comfortable than other airlines. I will fly SAS again."
Nadelen: "I think if there were a few choices for the dinner service I would have been happy."

Nadelen: "Food needs much improvement, it's the same menu as last year. They charge a fee for booking desired seats where they didn't have last year. Entertainment can have more recent movies."

Voordelen: "Good entertainment options on board. Helpful crew and good snacks."
Nadelen: "I didn't find an option to request special meal online. The only way was to call customer care which wasn't available at all times."

Voordelen: "Great experience overall except for one flight attendant for inbound flight to Copenhagen - his attitude was a bit too casual although he was friendly."
Nadelen: "wifi - never worked"

Nadelen: "the seats are very narrow, not comfortable movies are not good - either old or low rated movies"

Voordelen: "The dinner was great!"
Nadelen: "The variety of movies was more limited than I expected."

Voordelen: "There was enough space for your legs, there were blankets and pillows which is nice for a long flight. The individual entertainment screen is preferable for a long flight, so you can watch a movie of your own choice."
Nadelen: "There were two diner options, chicken or cod, and I was just given the cod without having an option to choose."

Voordelen: "Good more of the same."

Voordelen: "Easy upgrade to business"
Nadelen: "Breakfast. A bit strange to have cold salad with cous cous in the morning but perhaps it was meant as a combo lunch"

Voordelen: "Easy embarkation, helpful staff."
Nadelen: "Shock to discover that suitcases were not included in price of tickets purchased online. We had to pay the equivalent of $100 (australian) per case. My seat was extremely u comfortable as the cusihion was misshapen. The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."
