You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
Voordelen: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nadelen: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Nadelen: "Beware of extra charges for 'normal carry-on' size hand luggage as Wizz have much smaller allowance than normal budget airlines. We were charged an extra €45 each for hand luggage that is standard everywhere else. Not helped that we flew easyJet to Budapest without issue only to be stung on the return with Wizz. In fact WizzAir have 2 sizes of cabin baggage allowance and small is way too small and it felt like a trap to make money off unsuspecting passengers. They are unapologetic and perfunctory at the boarding gate - clearly they are used to unhappy punters being caught out by this! Food choice onboard not great"

The ones next to me were smelly both due to ling time, no see with soap&water and also some wine was involved in their breath, I think. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Nadelen: "Didn't think about pre-checking bags. It was expensive. So all liquids were taken and thrown out upon security check. The bags were checked anyway. There were not many people with their carry one on the plane, most ended up being checked."

Nadelen: "They charged 3 times more on the actual ticket for CHECK-IN at the airport and PRINTING BOARDING PASSES. Sent us to the cashier two times separately to pay for checkin bags and for the boarding passes. When we did not understand the extra round trips to the cashier the agent yelled at us. If you must fly RyanAir -make sure you pay for every thing on line ahead of the tIme and unless you are a back packer do not think you are getting a bargain price."

Nadelen: "Worst service ever. I didn't see the email reminder that they sent to print the boarding pass. I also didn't prepay my bag because I wasn't sure if it was going to be 15 or 20 kilos. They charged me 160 euros just to print the two boarding passes and 1 20 kilo bag and the man at the counter told me that I should have printed them at home. Not only have I never ever had hat happen to me on any respectable airline but we took Vueling from Mykonos to Rome and they included the bag and they printed the boarding passes for free as all other customer friendly airlines. Never again!! Horrible customer service."
Nadelen: "The staff charged me 62 euro for checking in my bag at the gate. Beforehand, I tried to check my bag in at the check in counter and the lady told me that I didn't need to check my nag in because it was within the required size. At the gate, I tried to explain the situation to the women, but they forced me to pay or threatened that I would miss my flight. Because it was their fault for not being consistent with enforcing the rules of Ryanair and a lack of communication on their part, I'm never flying with Ryanair again."

Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly, this includes the pilots. You could see that they worked as a team! The seats were crammed just like every other airline company so i can't complain about that.. the boarding was super efficient and we departed on time, (we had priority boarding)."

Nadelen: "The airline is dependent on tacking you with extra fees from extra baggage or denying you boarding so that you eventually have to pay more. If you depend on this type of service as an airline they should never be in the business period."

We wasted 45 minutes in a line that could have been avoided if they were more willing to help their customers upfront."

Nadelen: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats,etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."

Nadelen: "Upon arrival to the Ryanair check in booth we were appalled to find that we were assessed absurd penalty fees for not checking in on-line 2 days prior to the flight. We had to pay 58 euros for the penalty and 46 euro for each checked bag. At least 1/2 of the customers on our flight were duped in to paying the same fee. The staff was rude, unapologetic and unconcerned with the disappointment of their customers. This seemed like an intentional scam to turn a 100 euro flight in to a 200+ euro flight. They should be ashamed of their business practices and I will NEVER be flying Ryanair again. Save yourself the headache and fly Aegean Air."

Nadelen: "I was unable to take my Ryanair flight bc I couldn't get to Athens after a previous flight had been cancelled due to the bombing in Istanbul. I could not get through to anyone in customer service, only live chat and all they would do was have me fill out a complaint form. They refused to give me any refund or credit despite these terrible circumstances that were entirely out of my control. They took 4 days to respond. All of the other airlines I flew have full refunds or credits. Ryanair is horrible and greedy and supports terrorism"

Ik moest alles zelf doen buggy plat plooien,zelf mijn dochter op de trap helpen. Zelf bij uit uitstappen heb al met andere maatschappijen gevlogen en daar was het wel te merk dat ze kindvriendelijk zijn. zelf bij het inchecken moest ik mee aanschuiven terwijl bij andere maatschappijen je voor mag gaan met kinderen.
