There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Leg room SUCKED (and I am not a big person).....maybe 30-31 inches, but my knees were banging up against the seat in front of me!!! I booked this ticket thinking that economy would have more room than US-based carriers and it did not. It did not help to have a very large man spilling over into my seat from the middle seat (although he was very nice....still resent paying for a seat I don't have full "bandwidth" for),"

When we arrived at Dubai I was told my name was not on the list for assistance even though I had been taken to the flight in a wheelchair and informed check-in and flight crew. The Emerates assistance people made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by assisting us,made us stand around waiting for a buggy then for the train at no time did they show any respect or compassion for the people they were supposed to be assisting."

It took 2 hours to get through customs in the middle of the night because after we had already filled out all information regarding piece of luggage with one baggage counter employee. Japanese Customs refused to let us through due to "unaccompanied baggage" since the piece was lost by the airline and had us go back to another baggage employee who couldn't grasp that we already went through the process and had no clue what to do."

Nadelen: "My ticket was messed up completely (GYD-IST-VAR-IST). First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

Nadelen: "Boarding was delayed. We were told we would make the flight which we didn't. We had to spend 12 hours at the airport to await the next plane to Batumi. We were given lunch vouchers but what it applied to was substandard"

Nadelen: "The food was served really late because of which I got a headache."

Nadelen: "Very late 1.5 hours leaving JFK on way to Istanbul causing us to miss our connecting flight to Tel Aviv. Arriving almost 2.5 later in the evening."

Nadelen: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Nadelen: "The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning."

Nadelen: "We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip."

Nadelen: "This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities."

Nadelen: "My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor"

Nadelen: "We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah"

Voordelen: "KLM staff is great"

Nadelen: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Nadelen: "Na lange vetraging uitstappen op het platform en wachten op de bus terwijl il op zijn minst 20 vrije slurfen he geteld"

Voordelen: "absoluut geen klachten"

Nadelen: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."

Nadelen: "Uitermate tevreden!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was amazing! They even have four Harry Potter movies! We were told in advance that the flight was going to be delayed, which is really positive. Very friendly personnel."

Voordelen: "Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good."
Nadelen: "I would have to dream something up."

Nadelen: "Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad."

Nadelen: "Very slow service at checkin, was not even available when I arrived at the airport"

Nadelen: "De stoelen van de Boeing 777 in de economy kunnen echt beter. Ik kreeg al snel pijn in m’n onderrug aangevuld met een houten kont. Niet echt fijn voor een vlucht van 16 uur"

Voordelen: "Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed."
Nadelen: "The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets."

Voordelen: "Everything was great! Crew incredible. They acknowledged my wife’s birthday and made her feel special. Food was ultra salubrious. Loved the big screen monitor."
Nadelen: "No complaints about anything."

Voordelen: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Nadelen: "We did not get two of baggage at the destination."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"
