Worst flight ever, very uncomfortable seat
It was bad experience i has booking on business class Bombay to doha but they changed airline equipment and had to fly on couch. They promised to get me voucher at get but no voucher or any email Please call me to resolve this problem. Shilu patel 281 948 1724

Voordelen: "I liked that the flight was not full and I was able to use the entire row of seats and lie down as straight as possible to get some sleep. The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Nadelen: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

Voordelen: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Nadelen: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

I get that the box probably contains some crucial equipment, but can you at least round the edges so I can lay my leg against it without cutting off my circulation to my foot? Other than that, typical Qatar luxury (as much as you're gonna find in coach)."
Nadelen: "I am a very experienced traveller. I always book an isle seat, especially for long flights (this was 12 hrs.), so that I can get up and stretch my legs etc. The couple sitting beside me were upset that I did not take the window seat. When it came time to sleep, the wife stretched out over her husbands legs, who was sitting beside me. This meant her feet were coming on top of my legs, and her legs were forcing her husbands legs into my space, touching my leg - I had to put a pillow between my leg and his leg. I asked the Qatar hostess if she could please ask the couple to change their positions, so that my seating space was respected, resulting in no body touching. The hostess replied that she was not permitted to ask the couple to change their positions and be more respectful. Fortunately there was another unreserved isle seat and I was able to move. Due to the fact that airplanes have become cultural melting pots, thousands of feet in the air, I think it would be peacefully beneficial too all, if a very discreet announcement could be made at the beginning of each flight regrading seating etiquette, respectfulness towards others etc. this could also be printed in the flight magazine. Thanks in advance."

Fly Dubai flights (partnered with Emirates) are usually late/delayed on short hauls (eg RUH to DXB) and because it’s a 737 Max 8 or 9 it’s cramped. Pretty rubbish actually.
Flight was so comfortable, service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.
Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

Nadelen: "Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again"
Nadelen: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Nadelen: "Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice."
Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."
Nadelen: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Terrible experience. Unexpected wait due to staff delay was not taken proper care. Food inflight could be better where as flight attendees on flight hospitality was 100%

Voordelen: "I bid for an upgrade on the 2nd leg so business was much better. The lady serving in business was very nice."
Nadelen: "This leg was pretty much ok. Took an hour + to receive my baggage."
Voordelen: "Crew was welcoming and considerate. Breakfast food selection was good and tasty. Entertainment system is great."
Nadelen: "Old old plane with the most uncomfortable seats - hard lumbar and head support. Good leg room. It was a 3.5 hour flight, so it was manageable. Had to use my next pillow during hour 3."
Voordelen: "The food was really good. Had the chicken sausage with pasta and mushroom."
Nadelen: "After travelling from the Maldives and our final flight home from Melbourne to Brisbane, several people had their luggage sopping wet due to rain at Melbourne. Everything inside the luggage was wet. Qantas Customer Service was not empathetic. They said it was only water and bad luck."

Nadelen: "Foods were not good. Tray and seat was dirty. Sri Lanka should put in International passengers to good hotel and not shady slum hotel."
Voordelen: "Flight attendant were amazing. My wife was not well and we ask for blanket. Cabin crew provided us with one."
Nadelen: "In flight food selection should have some variety for three hours flight. Should significantly improve Sri Lanka Lounge as the place was not the neat and clean, as it was run by one staff alone. Food in the lounge were sitting for hours and not freshly made."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew were friendly and attentive, I was quite impressed with the food, and they served a good white wine. I was happy to find an excellent choice of movies, tv shows and music with a simple, intuitive system for playing them."
Nadelen: "There were problems in the bathroom. All the paper towels were in a heap on the floor, and the sink was blocked. I told the stewardess, and she just shrugged. Obviously there are no bathroom checks on Srilankan Airlines and I don’t think that’s good enough."
Nadelen: "There was no uniform procedure in the flights, crew is too lazy to perform their duties. probably the first and last flying with Sri Lankan."

Nadelen: "Despite requesting children’s meal, they were not available. Chicken meatballs were disgusting Overall, if it isn’t curry then it’s not worth having. Their curry was very nice Limited movies"
Voordelen: "Besides the outstanding food and service, the jet was a brand new A330. Of course, the jet pales in comparison to Boeing 787 in its design and comfort."
Nadelen: "The passengers were ill-mannered."
Voordelen: "Srilankan Airlines's food was one of the best I've had. I've flown on over 50 airlines and was happy to see that the food was not processed junk as you find in most airlines. The ingredients seemed fresh. The crew were awesome: polite, kind, and considerate. They were eager to accommodate passengers' requests. The jets were new and clean. The entertainment system was touch-screen."
Nadelen: "The passengers were loud and ill-mannered. They gave the crew a tough time. These complaints, of course, is not a reflection of the airline."
Voordelen: "Nice lounge. Good food. Friendly staff"

Voordelen: "Liked the food, the service from the airline, the timings and the pricing of the ticket which was very reasonable given the time of the year."
Voordelen: "Menu choices were surprisingly better than I thought. It had Western, Chinese and Indian vegetarian. Good work. Keep it up !"
Nadelen: "Part of the travel was delayed by 2 hours (SIN to COLOMBO) on 22 Dec 2017. Online check-in is bad. I cannot change the pre-selected seat because all shown taken. Must be handled at the counter. So what is the point to do online check-in."
Voordelen: "Good quality Airbus planes."
Nadelen: "The Seat-Belt ON sign lit for many hours in the plane. Because of this, all Toilet door were ALSO locked for many houre as well."
Nadelen: "i am very dissatisfied for the bad service. my friend and i missed the booked flight, but the online service and counter said they can help me nothing."
Voordelen: "I liked the punctuality of the flight, the courtesy of the crew, the in flight meals, the comfort and the in flight entertainment with a good choice of movies and entertainment."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants are very sweet oriented. Food was not good. Seat was very unconfortable. No shocks were provided though it was a red eye flight. Ground staff were terrible."
Nadelen: "Unhelpful ground staff. Seat was uncomfortable. Food and drinks were substandard. Bathrooms toiletries were not good. .No proper management of the flight."
Voordelen: "This was my first time flying in and out of Colombo and on Sri Lankan Air. I was impressed by the staff, the service, and the in flight amenities, considering it was a short 1 hour flight from Colombo to Maldives."
Nadelen: "I had no dislikes in this trip in particular."
Nadelen: "Friendly and professional staff. Boarding process was smooth. Did not expect any refreshments for a 1 hour flight. What was given was not that good."

Nadelen: "Crowd control at gate kind of chaotic. Colombo Airport rather disorganized."
Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly and professional, the entertainment was great for such a short flight and I felt like the airplane was cleaner than normal."

Nadelen: "The boarding pass checker at the gate was all grumpy! Do folks in South Asia lose anything if they smile and greet a passenger? Perhaps she hates her job?!"

Nadelen: "We made it through the mad house of security only to find our gate wasn't open and were escorted back out Then had to go through security again when the gate was open. It's not like we lied and the boarding pass we were showing clearly said the flight we were going on. No lines just a uncontrolled mob of people going through security."

Voordelen: "Modern Airbus 320-300, choice of chicken or veg in economy (4 or 5 choices in Business). Clean, shiny new airport. Feels a notch or two above Air India. Ceylon tea, of course."

Nadelen: "Older Airbus A320, okay comfort in Business Class seating. Entertainment was on a portable tablet. Food was fair. Nothing to write home about."
