Nadelen: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will always remember their wonderful service when thinking about our trip to Frankfurt, Germany. Robert"

Nadelen: "I was travelling with a toddler and they did not have a toy or activity to give her on a 15 hour flight. We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Nadelen: "Choice to have meal immediately after takeoff or just before landing. I chose to have it just after take-off but didn't expect not to have any breakfast. Not fun leaving the plane hungry."

There is nothing I can complain about with Qatar; their equipment is up-to-date; their service is first-rate; their record for on-time departures and arrivals is excellent, and their food is good! I will gladly fly with them in the future."

Nadelen: "The gate changed in a Dubai without proper announcement, Ground staff should have visited the passengers waiting in the gate waiting area that was printed on boat pass and inform them to new gate. Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours."

Leg room SUCKED (and I am not a big person).....maybe 30-31 inches, but my knees were banging up against the seat in front of me!!! I booked this ticket thinking that economy would have more room than US-based carriers and it did not. It did not help to have a very large man spilling over into my seat from the middle seat (although he was very nice....still resent paying for a seat I don't have full "bandwidth" for),"

First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Voordelen: "The staff were great and very nice and helpful. It was very quiet in business class and we enjoyed that as economy was really crowded. The business class lounge was nice but needs a quiet area where people who have long layovers (like us) can lay down and have a darkened room for a bit of rest."
Nadelen: "The seat I was in was very hard and definitely needs more padding. My but was killing me during the flight but the cabin crew helped me by gin I got me 2blankets to fold up and sit on. The pillows are way too big and hard. I recommend paring them down the size they currently are. I was in seat 7-E. The business class bus was last to come so we waited for a long time to get to the plane. Most of economy was boarded before us. But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

Voordelen: "Etihad showed some kind of discrimination non-muslims wheel chair passengers. My luggage is not taken good care of as they tear my zipper. The crew of are okay but never take good care of seniors with some physical disabilities to check and see whether they need water to drink on long distance flights as many airlines do. Muslim wheel chair passengers were given preferential treatment as I am always last one to be picked up and my luggage came at the end after waiting for one hour."

Nadelen: "Had to board from a bus & the tarmac due to the construction at Abu Dhabi. Combined with a full flight - there was a lot of pushing as people were trying to get onboard first. We left an hour late as well"

Nadelen: "DO NOT under any circumstances miss an Etihad Airway flight. They'll make you pay twice the original price of your flight AND a $600 fee for missing your flight. WTF! Why must you pay $600 for missing a flight you ALREADY PAID for. I loved my first experience with Etihad but second time was not as pleasant."

Nadelen: "The staff at Kathmandu airport Etihad check-in counter was very rude. He asked too many unnecessary personal questions and asked to present the document to verify."

Nadelen: "Very cramped plane (for a 787 Dreamliner)... though I am a bigger fellow, it must be said. The window seat was almost unbearable."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Voordelen: "It was such a long flight with almost 15 hours of travel. So, I was bit worried. But the flight crew was all set to make us comfortable. Their patience, attention to all requirements and efficiency really impressed me."

Voordelen: "The service was very efficient and warm. The food was tasty. The team was throughout helpful and prompt."

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. I will never fly Etihad again. I will actively tell people not to fly Etihad. At the Ahmedabad Airport they were unwilling to help and very rude!"
