Voordelen: "Japan Airline is a notch above the rest. The services was constant and consistent, the food was delicious and abundant, and the seats were comfortable. I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."
Nadelen: "I really dont have a negative things to say, I was really happy with the service. Especially since I hate flying this make the trip so bearable."

Voordelen: "The flight from Jakart to Japan, Japan to Chicago, was not a problem. Although thr food was typical plane food."
Nadelen: "My brother and his wife had to wait 12 hrs for plane delay,just to hear that AA canceled all flight for that date. The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Voordelen: "When I checked in for my connecting flight from Tokyo Narita to New York, the crew said there was no more seat on economy class. She was making sure that I got on the plane by placing me on the premium economy seat. I appreciate the effort and the courtesy of JAL."
Nadelen: "The meal and dessert were served at the same time. Too much food all at once."

Voordelen: "Had Hindu vegetarian meals, which were good for airplane food and much better than the "standard" fare for the rest of the plane. The flight attendants were very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "Space under the seat in front of me was very cramped - a large box for electronics got in the way and made it difficult to get into a comfortable position, which is tough for an 11-hour flight.. The plane was completely full, and my husband and I had to sit in separate rows - I was never able to switch the seats, even though I called several times and tried at the airport as well. Entertainment selection not as good as the American flight out. The JAL website (English version at least) is not very easy to use."

Voordelen: "Japan Airlines is a good airline. They treated my family and I well during our flight home. The food was excellent and healthy. We received hot towels before our meals and the staff were friendly and courteous, which is expected of Japanese service, in general. I loved Japan and coming back to the US on a Japanese airline was the best choice! Thanks!"

I requested the vegetarian meal and it was the best airline food I have ever eaten Flight crew was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working for Japan Airlines. I don't see that very often on any domestic US air carriers. I highly recommend Japan Air."

Nadelen: "The food and overall service amenities are lacking in JAL. My flight was 8 hours and only one meal was served and one snack. The meals themselves are nothing special or enjoyable."

Enough leg room, good attention, never felt like I was riding a crowded city bus as on typical one distance economy class. Worth paying a little more for being treated like a human"

Voordelen: "I had only 30 minutes transaction time at Busan airport, and was not sure that I could catch my plane. The crew at the airport were very helpful, and a lady brought me to the security gate, and run out and checking in for me. With their help, I was able to catch the planes and arrived my destination on schedule. Thank you so much."

Nadelen: "We couldn't land in Narita due to bad weather, so we did emergency landing to Haneda to refuel and go back to Narita. But after we got off in Narita, the immigration is chaos. Nobody arranging it and people just going wild, nobody knows where the line should begin. We spent 2 hours plus in the imigration line. So from the scheduled time to arrive at Tokyo 5pm, we get to our Hotel at 2am. Good job Narita airport!"

"Kayak/Qatar Airways tore one of my bags. I'd like compensation for it. Also, the check in at Chicago was time consuming and tedious owing to RT PCR checking. That should be made more efficient. Likewise, the check at Mumbai airport."

Voordelen: "I couldn’t eat the chicken for lunch, and I told the crew to change it for me and bring the vegetarian, but nobody brought anything. I was starving until the next meal."

Nadelen: "I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window."

Nadelen: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

Nadelen: "Very poor customer service, Qatar Airways should be ashamed of providing worst than third world kind service in the Doha - Dhaka route."

Nadelen: "I was given incorrect date and missed my flight. I had to spend 750 £ and buy a flight from another airline to get home"

Nadelen: "Houston airport qatar airways check in office has 4 counters and 2 were for people who electronically checked in and they were only a few and other 2 counters were for the huge line. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "I didn't like the long delay to stay in the airport on hard chairs before leaving Cape Town. The delay affected all the other connections with long periods of stay in the airports. The whole flight was rough, being shaken all the time."

They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was OK, but no wi fi offered."
Nadelen: "I AM FURIOUS VOYAMA SPELLED MY NAME WRONG 'RUSSELLG" CONNECTED AS ONE WORD RATHER THAN "RUSSELL G EWALD." WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT A DAY AND A HALF BEFORE MY FLIGHT, THEY REFUSED SAID NO CHANGE CAN BE MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I WROTE FOR RETURN FLIGHT WEEK IN ADVANCE AND WON'T CHANGE IT"

Voordelen: "Familiarity with Cathay Pacific procedures"
Nadelen: "The airplane seemed a bit outdated. A WiFi option would have been more pleasant. Crew spoke only English, not the classic Cathay Pacific experience to HK."

Voordelen: "There was nothing worth liking . Plane was dirty in side . Tray tables were broken. Used pillows without hygiene sealed bags. Toilets were missing basic supplies."
Nadelen: "Crew was aggressive and impolite even with senior citizens . There is no point in speaking English with senior citizen of Asian decent. Making faces and giggling among themselves with a sarcasm."

Voordelen: "Somewhat disorganized bec. People lined up even if swat numbers have not been called."
Nadelen: "People trying to push their way in the line. Color coding of tockets associated with colored line coding may improve situation."

Nadelen: "I d have liked if they had served refreshments/drinks immediately after boarding. Although I had dinner, the flight is like 1AM so a light snack would be appreciated. toilet cleanliness was an issue...the toilets were out of toilet paper."

Voordelen: "Very courteous and helpful with handicapped people like my mom."
Nadelen: "I can’t find a number to call to report an item left on the plane, and I would seriously pay a couple hundred extra dollars to any airline that offered a child-free flight."

Nadelen: "After my flight from Nanjing was delayed the next two flights to Sydney been overbooked and I was put on a flight to Melbourne to then go from there to Sydney. No Lounge access possible and no food vaucher offered. I had to ask to even get a small food vaucher. Bad!"

Voordelen: "The new airplanes have usb plugs and had more pockets on the seat in front of you to place small personal items such as glasses, etc. Appreciated the crew’s offer for assistance when my lap toddler had a tantrum mid flight."
Nadelen: "Inconsistent with what was offered for the children. One flight provided food , juice and toiletries for my infant. The long haul flight didn’t give anything at all. I just had my lap toddler and my toddler share food since my toddler couldn’t finish all the food provided."

Voordelen: "No drinks served before the meal. No water brought round during the night. Cabin staff efficient if a bit brisk. Food not quite OK - no imagination. Films really good."

Voordelen: "Cathay's new plane's are great. Comfortable, lean back quite a bit, and have good entertainment."
Nadelen: "I wish they had a closer spot to immigration at Haneda. It's always a 10 minute walk."

Nadelen: "Everything was good except for the meal part. I was seated at the last and by the time I had my turn to choose from the menu, I was left with just one choice because all the passengers ahead of me got to choose first. Would be great if Cathay would accommodate extra meals on their flights."

Nadelen: "I did not like paying more than the advertised price for my airline ticket... Straight after clicking the confirmation button , I received a call and was informed that the advertised price had increased by $50. It was still affordable so I agreed to this extra charge. Even after 24hours had past, the flight price had not changed online. I was lied to!"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew. Above average food offerings. Wide selection of entertainment choices on individual entertainment console."
Nadelen: "Seat cushions not comfortable. Power outlets dont work consistently (both USB and AC outlets). No individual air vents."

Nadelen: "Little cramped bit not bad"

Nadelen: "It was big problem with boarding in BKK because passenger was without a return ticket."

Voordelen: "Cathay Pacific has the most attentive flight attendants of any airline on the planet. We had a tight connection in Hong Kong. They accommodated us, by having us move up to Business Class just before landing so that we could get off the plane first. We made our connection without any problem."

Voordelen: "the plane had excellent entertainment and a port to charge your phone."
Nadelen: "no issues at all on this flight."

Nadelen: "The blankets and pillows were dirty and worn out. The plane was the same."

Nadelen: "Seat can not be reclined, where it makes you slouch, very uncomfortable position. Meal time is rather odd, should be re schedule since we depart on early morning hour."

Voordelen: "The crews on Cathay Pacific set the standard by which all airlines could learn. Experienced, professional, helpful and courteous. Gentle with the elderly, going the extra mile to make them comfortable. No bickering between flight attendants, they work as a team and made my first time experience flying into another country enjoyable."
Nadelen: "Most airline food is awful. It is what it is. The fruit appears to be frozen and just thawing making it a bit tasteless. However, it is better than most while traveling within the USA."

Nadelen: "uncontrolled boarding. One of the flight attendant was rude."

Voordelen: "Flying Business with them couldn’t have been better. The 10 hours flight didn’t feel that long thanks to the first class service"
Nadelen: "Th flight from Istanbul to Saint Petersburg though was in an old Airbus 319-100 that should be retired or upgraded soon. Unfortunately I lost my Vaccination Card boarding this last flight. Is there any way I could get it back?"

Nadelen: "New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning"

Nadelen: "My luggage wheel was broken which means it was handled badly even when I flew business class!! Seats of other business class are more comfortable"

Voordelen: "Flight was badly delayed and they changed the gates 3 times with no proper announcements. As a result connecting in Istanbul after 23 hours flight from LAX I missed my flight to Baku. I was made to pay EUR 651 one way at THY transfer desk for another flight which was also delayed."
Nadelen: "For THY being more professional, taking responsibility for their mistakes and not punishing their customers for THY carelessness. As I understand this situations happen all the time."

Nadelen: "I was in economy. But the legroom was very poor. The next leg of my trip was also in economy, but was much more comfortable with seats further apart and more room under seats. So, you're taking a chance."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed, missed connection in Istanbul and had to spend a day in Turkey before next available flight"

Nadelen: "Crew unprofessional, gave my vegan sister a chicken sandwich, forgot to serve some guests, they were unpolite and inpatient."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Turkish airlines should have accommodated the delayed flights by waiting for the passengers to make it to the gates especially if the delay was 3 minutes to catch the next flight. Then business transfer desk just gave the run around and finally rebooked me to Dubai instead of Abu Dhabi with a five hour delay"

But after Hurricane Irma, when I call them and ask for refund money for not having flight! ..They just simply lie !... like passengers don't show up. .just don't pay money! !! In this devastating time, that hepince in Florida! ...It's so shallow, not fair and not professional action, ether NOT RIGHT! !!....."

Voordelen: "When I missed my flight from Belgrade to Istanbul due to plane being late 45 min.and I missed my flight to LA, they gave me a free accommodation and meals."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that nobody told me that Ataturk Airport in Istanbul is so big that you can not make to connect flight on time for an hour.Especially if you flight has been late to depart like mine from Belgrade due to the rain. I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

Nadelen: "The fact that I missed my connection flight in Thailand because of a two hour delay. I was never informed why there was so much of a delay and in turn I had to pay triple of what I payed before for my flight. Very disappointed. Won't be flying this airline again. Service was rude. They should be more responsible when it comes to timing. We were on the flight waiting for two hours!!!"

Nadelen: "Again, nowhere to sit for someone with an extremely painful back, while in line. No access to water or bathrooms once waiting to board."

Turkish economise des droits d aeroports sur le dos de sa clientele Personnel de l aeroport ne fait que taper la discute entre eux alors que la clientele n en peut plus d attendre.."
