Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."

In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."

Nadelen: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Nadelen: "Paid for priority board but there’s no priority given at the gate."

Nadelen: "Flights notoriously late Staff useless Service inexistant No information provided Avoid Vueling"

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "Made us wait for 30 minutes in line to board. After boarding, waited on the tarmac for an HOUR Got to Mallorca and they had lost my luggage despite delays. I paid 190 for an extra bag!"

Nadelen: "Late. Long wait for baggage. Not very friendly crew."

Voordelen: "We arrived safely"
Nadelen: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Nadelen: "The whole booking experience and costs incurred in our 4PAX booking. Should cost €350 and went to almost €800 when we changed start of trip by one day even though we booked weeks in advance."

Nadelen: "Cancel connecting flight without offering alternatives on the same day. Confirmed another flight a week later of the intent flight without my consent. Had to rebook connecting flight a day earlier of the intent departure date, losing a day stay in B&B, and expense on transport due to different airports."

Nadelen: "Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?"

Nadelen: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"

Nadelen: "The flight was unable to take off on time, which they did not communicate until after boarding. All of the passengers had to sit on the plane on the tarmac and wait an hour until we were able to take off."

Voordelen: "Absolutely nothing"
Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Nadelen: "Airport advertised the flight was leaving at 12:10, but our pass said 12:00. We took the advice of the AIRPORT and missed our flight. In addition to missing our flight we had to exit the airport to re-enter and BUY NEW TICKETS for another flight. Would never recommend Vueling or Barcelona Airport to anyone."

Nadelen: "Flight took off late...someone in seats.. luggage did not arrive with plane... we were told different things.. were given wrong gate number.."

Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Nadelen: "Couldn't use the app to check in. Crammed us onto a bus to take us out to the plane. This plane has the least amount of space of any carrier I've ever flown."

Voordelen: "I never write negative reviews simply because I believe if you dont have anything good to say then say nothing. However the experience we had flying with Vueling had caused us so much unnecessary stress & made me (very patient by nature) so extremely nervous that I got a stomach pain & gastritis excaverbation. Thus out of curtesy for other future flyers I cannot be silent about this. I literally have nothing positive to say about my experience except that we did actually land safely."
Nadelen: "To be specific Vueling's check-in associate Lafth (he wouldn't provide his last name even when we requested it for the purposes of this review) was the most unhelpful, rude & unprofessional public service worker! He was doing his job with the attitude as if he was doing us a favor, meanwhile making unappropriate comments related to the country of our destination & the United States. He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!"

Nadelen: "I purchased a BA flight on the BA website. The flight was serviced by Vueling-Spanish LC carrier. Simply put, none of my Oneworld benefits were respected by neither BA or Vueling. This is fraud."

Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Voordelen: "La atención durante el vuelo que duró 30 minutos"
Nadelen: "El trato del personal durante el abordaje . PÉSIMO !!!"

Nadelen: "Snack would be nice - does everything need to have a fee? My flight cost about $100, surely a small snack would be possible"

Voordelen: "Dat we toch nog aan kwamen"
Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Voordelen: "The plane was clean, and looked new"
Nadelen: "No space for my legs"

Nadelen: "Ground crew went on lunch break causing an hour delay. Seat was dirty. Could not understand what the crew was saying."

Nadelen: "Te weinig plaats voor handbagage in de cabine"

Nadelen: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."

Nadelen: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."

Voordelen: "Basic, beenruimte in orde."
Nadelen: "Onduidelijkheid vertraging heen en terugweg. Geen drinken en uitleg tijdens langdurige vertraging."

Voordelen: "The general friendly attitude of the staff. I adore the music that is played after we land!!!"
Nadelen: "The boarding took long and the seats, plus no reading material, such as a magazine or newspaper. Everything else was very good."

Voordelen: "Nada"
Nadelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "It was in time."

Voordelen: "Very friendly and helpful people. We enjoyed our flight and really appreciated all the help to board and depart the flight. Would recommend your airlines to anyone."

Nadelen: "Delay on departing"

Nadelen: "Just about everything."

Nadelen: "More than 4h late. First and Last time on raynair"

Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly, this includes the pilots. You could see that they worked as a team! The seats were crammed just like every other airline company so i can't complain about that.. the boarding was super efficient and we departed on time, (we had priority boarding)."

Voordelen: "nice crew, they tried their best"
Nadelen: "the plane was packed with drunk af stag groups screaming shouting abd drinking non stop from takeoff to touchdown"

Nadelen: "De snacks die in de folder stonden waren bijna allemaal niet voorradig. Uiteindelijk niets genomen."

Voordelen: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."

Nadelen: "Priority is pointless. Every body gets in at the same time"

Voordelen: "On time"

Voordelen: "Vriendelijk personeel; ze doen hun best onder de moeilijke omstandigheden."
Nadelen: "Slecht georganiseerde boarding; bussen te laat; géén plek voor handbagage. Echt héél weinig beenruimte!"

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Nadelen: "Walked almost 20mn in rain to get to the plane"

Voordelen: "Service on time"
Nadelen: "People next to me"

Voordelen: "5 minute early arrival"
Nadelen: "We stood 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold before boarding."

Voordelen: "Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding."

Voordelen: "Food and entertainment was not part of the deal. Fine with me."
Nadelen: "Everything was fine. 15 minute early arrival."

Voordelen: "Geen vertraging, aangenaam personeel"

Voordelen: "Korte vlucht zonder vertraging. Wel behoorlijk strenge controle op vloeistoffen. Verder geen bijzonderheden."

Voordelen: "Basic vlucht maar oké. Vlucht vertrok op tijd en was veilig. Niets meer en niets minder maar dat weet je van te voren als je RyanAir boekt."

Voordelen: "De prijs"
Nadelen: "Geen schermpjes"

Voordelen: "The flight crew seemed very professional. The cabin crew was very polite and courteous."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew seemed very disorganized. As was the boarding process. People were standing during some pretty good turbulence. I am a captain on a foreign carrier. Letting the pax be that uncontrolled endangers others also."

Nadelen: "I booked flight by mistake. Tried to cancel within minutes and could not reach anyone so I sent email immediately for refund and no proper response."

Voordelen: "alles was in orde leona"

Voordelen: "Was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency and comfort/leg room on plane. Plenty of carry on overhead space and good meal options for purchase."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "I flew from Cork Ireland to PMI and unfortunately a large group of young adults boarded as well. They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing. Poorly handled situation that made the rest of the passengers suffer through the appalling behavior."

Nadelen: "Ik was alleen met 2 kinderen van 3j en 7 maanden. Niemand van personeel heeft mij gevraagd of ze met ergens mee konden helpen. Ik moest alles zelf doen buggy plat plooien,zelf mijn dochter op de trap helpen. Zelf bij uit uitstappen heb al met andere maatschappijen gevlogen en daar was het wel te merk dat ze kindvriendelijk zijn. zelf bij het inchecken moest ik mee aanschuiven terwijl bij andere maatschappijen je voor mag gaan met kinderen.
