Complaint I booked seating with Qatar which was confirmed, credit card billed. But arrival I learned seats not assigned to wife and myself

Excellent.

Food and the entertainment on the airline was good. The legroom between seats was OK because I am a female and I’m not too tall. As mentioned before the only issue I had was with the luggage. The only allowed one suitcase first passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to suitcase per passenger

By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."
Nadelen: "Food service was poor; food trays were arranged in a sloppy way; in fact the tray that came to me was not clean at all. First meal service from Doha to Washington (IAD) took nearly 2.5 hours to reach my home after the service started. The male attendants were sloppy, not well organized. When asked why it takes so long, the answer I got: "We were not prepared to meet the customer's preferences." But that does not excuse the long delay in serving row 36."

Fly Dubai is average but that’s reflective of the price but the flight from RUH to DXB every Thursday afternoon is ALWAYS delayed. Try to fly Emirates.

Flight was so comfortable, service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Nadelen: "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

Good in general

We booked the flight from Kayak, through flighthub The flights were cancelled by EgyptAir. We have been calling both parties back and forth to get our refund and nothing is happening.

Very bad service

All and all it was an easy flight. We were in business class. Strangely, while we were offered some food which we did not want, we were never offered anything to drink including water. The boarding process was a bit chaotic. Everyone had to identify there bags at the plane as a safety precaution which was fine. But the communications about this was non existent. Israel has a very strict protocol for entry. There is an entry form that must be filled in and then, if everything is ok, you get an e-mail approval that you must show to the airline. Instead of asking for this they asked to see our “green passport” which is only a document to be used in Israel. Luckily, we had copies of ours. All of this is not significant. As someone that lives in Israel but love Egypt, I am so happy that we have direct flights now.

Voordelen: "I am so grateful and appreciative towards the staff. My flight was delayed and therefore I was very late to the gate. They let me on the plane - a big thank you! I was also in such a rush that I dropped my passport holder and they picked it up and returned it to me. The food was surprisingly good too. The service during the flight was also very good."

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. In Bahrain they force us to cancel our flight and charged us extra 600+ USD to move the flight to the next day. Even though I paid for insurance, then I had to pay an extra 20BD for my wife to leave the island, and it took 2 hours to tell us we owe 20BD... Bahrain is a place I would not like to return."
