Nadelen: "J'ai fait une recherche pour faire le vol Geneve vers Nice le 23 mai 2017. J'ai trouvé un vol qui me convenait, je l'ai pris, je fais ma valise et je suis allé à l'aéroport de Genève. Hors, le vol que j'ai acheté était un vol Nice vers Genève EZS1388. J'ai été très décu de cela! Tout ce désagrément. Un rdv raté. J'ai du prendre un autre vol le lendemain avec escale sur Swiss qui m'a couté 250chf environ. J'aimerais me faire rembouser les deux vols pour la gène, le désagrément et le manque à gagner avec la perte de mon rdv!"

Voordelen: "Plutôt ce que je n'ai pas aimé,déjà beaucoup de retard à l'embarquement, plus de place pour le bagage main,le personnel limite aimable pour un verre d'eau !!!!Brigitte."

Nadelen: "au retour pas de precision d'horaire et nous avons demandé à 3 personnes et 3 réponses differentes : 30mn, 40mn, et la pire qques minutes avant l'hre prévue au départ de bordeaux-l'avion va partir de genève; au final l'heure a ete affichee qques minutes avant l'embarquement,soit 1h20 de retard."

Nadelen: "Hele lange rij voor bagage drop Schiphol. 90min staan wachten. 2u20min voor vlucht aanwezig, en toch bijna rennen naar de gate, niet relaxt."

Nadelen: "Malgré mon arrivé devant les guichets d'embarquement 2 heures avant l'heure de départ du vol, j'ai dû courir pour ne pas rater mon vol. Donc une très longue attente pour arriver au guichet... De plus, malgré le fait que j'avais qu'un sac sur mon épaule et un baggage à main réglementaire, j'ai dû payer 44 euros pour l'enregistrement de ce baggage à main, avec le menace que, si je n'acceptais pas cet arrangement, j'allais payer 60 euros à la porte de l'embarquement. J'avais exactement les mêmes sac/baggage qu'en partant de Genève où ils ne posaient aucun problème ni facturation supplémentaire. Easyjet a perdu une cliente future..."

Nadelen: "le site Kiwi qui vend le billet pour la compagnie Wizz a été la cause du rachat d'une carte d'embarquement au prix du billet ! un scandale. Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Nadelen: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Voordelen: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."

Voordelen: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Nadelen: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Nadelen: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."

Voordelen: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."

Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"

Nadelen: "Very long queues at boating in Charleroi airport"

Voordelen: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Nadelen: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Nadelen: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Nadelen: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"

Nadelen: "i would seem that evey Wiss-Air Flight on the route we were on is always late, stuck on the tarmac in a bus in 30degs with NO aircon is not on."

Nadelen: "Due to technical issue with plane, passengers were delayed about 15-20 minutes on the tarmac in a crowded, hot shuttle bus with ineffective air conditioning and almost no fresh air coming in."

Voordelen: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Nadelen: "we didn't get food at all. i purchased a cabin baggage for 40 dollar, and when i went to the check in i paid another 110 euro for checked in baggage although i had only one baggage!!!"

Voordelen: "The seats are big enough even though they do not lay back BETTER than British Airways it really is !"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice and friendly"
Nadelen: "Boarding took place in a separate area of the airport, no access to shops. Flight was delayed, we arrived an hour late at our destination."

Voordelen: "Everything perfect"
Nadelen: "Boarding via bus. I purchased priority ticket for priority boarding but in end priority was only from checkin to bus. Fortunately there were not so many passengers. it should be indicated in the flight information whether boarding is via bus or bridge."

Nadelen: "Te weinig plaats voor de benen"

Voordelen: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Nadelen: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Voordelen: "The Staff were very attentive and attractive!! Very Comfortable flight and well worth the money! I would only fly with Vueling to Barcelona! Amazing Experiance Thank you everyone"

Nadelen: "My recline button on the seat was broken and I was sat on the back seat so wouldn’t disturb anybody behind me, the person in front reclined and rightly so for comfort leaving me very little room. Felt a little closed in."

Nadelen: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"

Voordelen: "Geweldig! Het was een rustige vlucht. Zowiezo heel krap. Maar het was rustig"

Nadelen: "small plane delayed both ways no information as to why. Rude staff"

Nadelen: "It was freezing on the plane to the point of discomfort"

Nadelen: "As it was a night flight, it would have been nice if the lights would have been lowered so we could sleep and no entertainment if you couldn't sleep was provided"

Nadelen: "After flight was booked they canceled our reservations."

Nadelen: "Lazy steward talking and the toilet were he was standing next to had all water"

Nadelen: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Nadelen: "they left my lugage the delayed the flight for 2 hours, terrible services"

Voordelen: "The price"
Nadelen: "It is difficult to change the conditions of the initial purchase the seats are not comfortable at all"

Voordelen: "Fast boarding"
Nadelen: "Had to pay for the luggage."

Voordelen: "It was not clear on Website that we would be charged extra for luggage."

Nadelen: "Plane never left. Bused us to Bilbao, missed our flight to Porto. Have to wait in Barcelona for hours. Flying us to Vigo, Spain then ground transportation to Porto., 11 hours later."

Voordelen: "I really liked the idea of boarding from the back of the plane which made boarding so much more efficient!"

Nadelen: "The window seat had no shade and it leaked all over my new jacket . Very disappointed ."

Voordelen: "Friendly service -- free gate check, and a free upgrade so that my partner and I could sit together :D"

Voordelen: "We vlogen terug op tijd."
Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Voordelen: "They board you from both ends of the plane."
Nadelen: "Everything was good!"

Nadelen: "I had the choice on kayak to either buy a curling ticket or a British airways ticket for slightly more. I chose the British airways ticket because BA is a more reputable company and they have better baggage allowance policies. When I got to the check in I found out it was a codeshare. So, why sell me the exact same ticket for a higher price? This is dishonest."

Voordelen: "the plane was 90 minutes late fast smooth flight"

Voordelen: "Loved everything, from the service to the seats to the snacks. Amazing!!"

Voordelen: "Personeel beleefd maar niet uitzonderlijk. Muziekjes tijdens het boarden en landen waren enigszins hilarisch."
Nadelen: "Vlucht was een slot opgeschoven dus >2h vertraagd. Met mijn 1.95 had ik een onaangename vlucht."

Voordelen: "I found a BA round trip flight from Geneva to Barcelona. I am a high tier AA customer -Oneworld and always try to fly the fleet."
Nadelen: "I purchased a BA flight on the BA website. The flight was serviced by Vueling-Spanish LC carrier. Simply put, none of my Oneworld benefits were respected by neither BA or Vueling. This is fraud."

Nadelen: "Both flights were delayed. The flight from GVA to BCN was on a plane whose seats don't have the nets to hold objects, which I have never seen in the ten years I have flown. On the same flight I did not like the attitude of the head of cabin services, who treated me and another passenger with a fast, rude attitude."

Voordelen: "Staff is friendly"
Nadelen: "This flight was delayed by 2 hours."

Voordelen: "Cheap, comfortable"
Nadelen: "Expensive to get a seat with my partner"

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed several hours, we were incorrectly told we would be leaving soon several times before we actually did."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Total disregard for the customer"
Nadelen: "The 5 hour delay and acceptance by the airline that this is business as usual"
