Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."

Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed an hour. The crew in the Kiev airport wouldn't allow check-ins for a long period of time. Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

When we searched for it and couldn't find it, we asked two different employees and they didn't know or offer to help. We finally found it but it wasn't a good experience. Nadelen: "The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!"

Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Voordelen: "Prise en charge par le personnel agréable Je fréquente souvent la compagnie air Canada jusqu’ici tout s’etait Toujours bien passé"
Nadelen: "Au vol aller : problème à l’enregistrement ( soit disant pas d’ave) + bagage soute facturé 50 euros (pour apprendre finalement au retour que je n’aurais Pas du payer) Au vol retour : pas d’enregistrement possible cause de surbooking. On me dit qu’il n’est pas sure que je puisse prendre mon vol pourtantl réservé et payé , on fini par m’imprimer Une carte d’ebarquement Sans siège attribue alors que ma valise est partie en soute. On m’invite à passer en zone d’embarquement Au risque d’y Passer la nuit en attendant le vol suivant le lendemain matin. Départ dans le stress et l’incertitude. La faute à qui ? Kayak ? Air Canada ? Brussels Airlines ? Qui surbooke ses vols pour faire toujours plus d’argent. Au prix du billet c’est une Honte !"

Nadelen: "See above - seats worn out, entertainment worn out, Crew battling old tired aircraft. Massively overpriced. Bring on WestJet direct to Ottawa."

Nadelen: "Late. Wifi on the aircraft but didn’t work. Inflation GHY service suspended due to reported turbulence."

Voordelen: "L’embarquement s’est bien déroulé, le vol était à l’heure."
Nadelen: "L’équipage avait des sourires forcés et était plutôt bête avec les gens, ça paraissait qu’elles n’avaient pas le goût de travailler. Aussi aucun repas ou au moins snack servis sur un vol de presque 5h, c’est assez cheap, on a eu droit une fois des rafraîchissements, sinon de l’eau seulement. Aux prix qu’on paie nos billets, on devrait avoir un meilleur service et un sourire. Ça fait dur comparé à d’autres compagnies aériennes."

Voordelen: "Réponse claire et precise"
Nadelen: "Rien"

Voordelen: "Avion spacieux"
Nadelen: "Nous n avons pas eu de petit déjeuner"

Nadelen: "J'aurais apprécié au moins une petite collation sur un vol de cette durée."

Voordelen: "The seat beside me was vacant, so I had extra room."
Nadelen: "Flights in the late evening from Toronto to Ottawa always seem to be delayed. We spent a lot of time boarding, and a lot of time de-icing before take off. There would have been plenty of time to serve refreshments during de-icing. But refreshments and dismemberment of ear phones only began once the plane was airborne. There was not enough time to service all the passengers at that point. I'm not sure why Air Canada cannot at least give you ear phones when boarding. And why cannot refreshments be served during de-icing?"

Nadelen: "Pas de place, pas de nourriture inclus, retards dans les vols, bagage perdu. Un cauchemar!!!!"

Voordelen: "Air Canada is fantastic. Will never use air india."
Nadelen: "I liked everything about AirCanada and nothing about Airindia."

Voordelen: "vol assez rapide vin dans le repas pour mieux dormir siege ajustable pour mieux dormir"
Nadelen: "rangee de trois quand on est pres du hublot et que les autres dorment on est bloque pas beaucoup de place pour les bras et les jambes beaucoup trop de films asiatiques agent de bord ne comprenant pas du tout le francais, je lui demande du vin blanc et il me sert du jus de pomme.. pas de jolie fille a cote de moi"

Voordelen: "Vol rapide et a l’heure malgré le décollage 1h plus tard (je pense qu’il a calculé ce délai qui ne serait pas inhabituel a PVG). Je n’ai rien a redire a part que c’est bien passé."

Voordelen: "Nous avons connu des difficultés techniques au niveau des divertissements disponibles. Les écrans ne fonctionnaient pas durant toute la durée du trajet mais, heureusement, le personnel d'Air Canada nous a offert une carte de rabais pour un prochain vol."

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "Air Canada is just worse and worse"

Voordelen: "They allowed us to make an earlier connection without any fee. That was very kind. Thank you."

Nadelen: "C'était notre première fois avec Air Canada et nous avons été très déçus : tout est payant ! Bagage en soute et snack dans l'avion."

Voordelen: "Wasn't too late. Plane seemed clean."
Nadelen: "Seated beside a young child with behavioral problems. Father mostly slept. Child stood on seat and jumped up and down, crawled under seats, threw ipad on my foot repeatedly, spilled his drink all over himself and his seat, screamed whenever his seat belt had to go on or his table top couldn't be down. At one point, the dad lost his temper, swore at the child, and covered him with a blanket in a big screaming match before doing up his seat belt--I was afraid he had smothered him but it had the effect of calming him down. No attendant even tried to intervene apart from asking "can I see your kid's boarding pass?" People should have to disclose when they are travelling with a child with severe behavioural problems and attendants should rescue anyone forced to sit beside one or at least make the parent care for the child. Also, a minimum of crackers or pretzels would be nice with drink on 5-hour flight. The entertainment system wasn't operating correctly and kept having to be reset by crew or reset itself. And, after first class etc. board, why don't they board the people at the back of the plane first, not the ones at the front? It took forever because people in front zones hadn't settled into their seats before people from the back zones tried to board."

Nadelen: "Serais-tu possible de mettre dans le prix du billet un coût pour les bagage, j'ai vue plusieurs personnes avec une petite valise et deux sac ça prend du temps pour embarqué et surtout la l'arrivée c'est long"

Nadelen: "The fact i haven't boarded yet."

Nadelen: "Long delay, but weather dictated this."

Nadelen: "Seats are always too close to the ones in front , crushing knees."

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Don’t loose the luggage"

Nadelen: "At least give a glass of water."

Nadelen: "Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane."

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks."

Voordelen: "It was ok"
Nadelen: "NA"

Nadelen: "It was hard to keep the washrooms clean despite the effort"

Voordelen: "Ok"

Nadelen: "You are considered as a robber but it is inscribe nowhere you don’t have luggage"

Voordelen: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost and still haven't received it. Very disappointed in the service."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Nadelen: "They didn't board me. The airport closes. An I need avisa ti get out. No body mention that to me!!"

Voordelen: "I flew on United, not Brussels, on this leg."

Voordelen: "Excellent staff"

Nadelen: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Nadelen: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"

Nadelen: "Not allowing free seat selection when the ticket is purchased."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Seats couldn't be adjusted. Had to take a bus to board the plane."

Nadelen: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Nadelen: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Nadelen: "Never flew it; had to transfer to Lufthansa flights."

Voordelen: "Thanks to formula b.family we had priority when boarding. The Kids were offered a present on board."

Nadelen: "EXCELLENT SERVICE"

Voordelen: "Zaventem airport remains too difficult , which really makes the trip less enjoyable."
