Nadelen: "Short connection time - way too short for this size airport. Never book a transfer in Istanbul with less than 2.5 hrs connection time. The airport adherence to covid social distancing rules was a joke. I think it was the worst experience and provoked a lot of stress. The boarding was also chaotic and business class did not board separately. The Meals on board were poor - fish or lamb (smelly) they quickly run out of pasta in business class. This whole experience was bad."

Nadelen: "Everything else. Wish there was a way to give zero stars. These people lost my luggage, were at least 30 minutes late for each of 5 flights on this trip and that includes the one that I was forced to take after this flight took off late and after landing they couldn't find a parking spot for their plane at the largest airport in their home country. Obviously I missed my connecting flight back to JFK. I was stranded in Istanbul overnight and forced to buy a temporary visa just to go to the hotel they offered for causing we to miss my connecting flight. What legitimate airline is so disorganized they can't figure out how take off on time, to de-board passengers, and park their planes at their main airport?"

Nadelen: "I have lactose intolerance and I tried ordering the special meals. However the lactose free meals are not good. I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."

Nadelen: "J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€"

Nadelen: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Nadelen: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Voordelen: "Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it."
Nadelen: "Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

Nadelen: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Nadelen: "The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child"

Nadelen: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Nadelen: "We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination"

Nadelen: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Voordelen: "Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times"
Nadelen: "The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese"

Nadelen: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Nadelen: "The aircraft is a bit old and somehow the flight crew didn’t offer me the full menu as the menu describe. First time encounter that in a business class"

Nadelen: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Nadelen: "Water bottles not given out unless ou ask for it. Crew needs to better trained with how to handle business class..."

"On the way in they had vegetarian options but nothing but meat options on the way back. I totally forgot to ask for vegetarian meals when booking my flight, but luckily there were enough items to get me through the flights. A wonderful flight and crew."

Voordelen: "The flight was four hours delayed in Djibouti and there was absolutely zero, NO communication, whatsoever, provided by the Djibouti Ethiopian Airlines staff what was going on, how long the flight was going to be delayed, or if it was actually complete canceled for that evening."
Nadelen: "Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation"

Nadelen: "Old flight - equipments were not in order like the handrest was broken, TV’s were broken and not functioning, touch screens failed to react to touch, signs on buttons at the handrest were smudged. 3 out of 6 washrooms in Economy class were not working. At one instance I was locked in the washroom as the door was not opening from inside, until I had to call the attendant. Entertainment options were limited. Food was below average. In one of my meals I got opened and melted butter. Cabin crew was not responding to the calls when I needed water. I finally got it after ringing 4 bells and 45 minutes. Overall, a terrible experience and would not choose to fly with Ethiopian again."

Nadelen: "We are stuck at the airport because Ethiopian Airlines sent out false and miseading update stating that it’s flight was leaving at 6 PM as opposed to the scheduled 7:30 AM. Because of that no one showed up for the flight and there are no direct flights tomorrow that they would put us on! My father recently had a heart attack and this is causing him immense suffering! Additionally patient with emergencies are waiting to see my husband tomorrow and Tuesday but will not be able to because he stuck at the airport! They are refusing to put us on an airline us direct flight tomorrow! Also we have spent at least seven hours on the phone and misleading (and that’s to put it kindly) statements have been told."

Voordelen: "I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided."

Nadelen: "Check in was a joke in Dublin, only 22 pax and they did a full team talk to start despite everyone bein there. In LAX they parked the plane in the middle of no where, and waited 30 mins before debark started, as the plane was so far away the terminal it took an hour for the bags. Food was horrible on both flights"

Nadelen: "Boarding very confusing, gates changing and could barely hear through the PA system."

Nadelen: "Did not provide special meal although I called ahead to request it. Connecting flight left before we arrived to Addis Ababa. Customer service tried to encourage the thought that putting us on a different flight was a courtesy..."

Nadelen: "The security line was very long and one security monitor check person was holding up the line - taking her time. Even the othe security people at the gate were trying to push her along. Most of the people getting on this flight had a short layover time. Escape ially with the previous flight being late."

Nadelen: "everything about it, from the random cancellation of my flight, to missing my connection, and their inability to get me another flight, spending over 24 hours in travel for a mere 6 hour flight. No customer service, would never recommend Ethiopian Airlines to anyone."

Nadelen: "Ground staff past security at Intl departures were unhelpful and scarce. The gate number on the boarding pass and screen did not coincide. Unlike other airports the screen was not the most recent information. Even when told about the discrpancy and mix up for many passengers, the mistake on the computer was not rectified"

Voordelen: "Courtoisie du personnel de bord. Notre transit de 45 minutes était bien réglé. Chapeau Ethiopian."

Voordelen: "The flight left on time and arrived 20 minutes faster than scheduled. I usually order Kosher meal and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the Kosher meal they started to serve recently is the WORST food I have had on board. Please avoid the KOSHER!"

Nadelen: "I thought it was too crowded during the pandemic. Too many people on the flight. One man behind me kept sneezing so that was concerning. No other complaints for this trip but most of my previous trips were close to terrible. Thanks for improving your service."

Nadelen: "Chrck up. I couldnt get a wheel chair although I asked for as I m after operation. I had to walk fr miles with 3 security checks. From the min. I arrive to the airport until boarding 3 hours of standing and walking .the air has no facilities to ease boarding"

Nadelen: "Have special help for large families especially with young children. Most airlines anticipate large families’ arrival and keep a golf car at the gate to help them. Your company is careless, callus. In addition i lost 3 luggages"

Voordelen: "It was a very bad flight. i wouldn't recommend Air Maroc. Despite flying business class, the food was below average. there was no entertainment. seat was not comfy. Check in was very slow as well although we were very few."
Nadelen: "Flight was 2 hours late and simply because of poor operations in the airport and on the flight. Failing to match the boarding list with the check-in list! And during the 2 hours sitting on the plane Zero communication from crew on the issue."

Nadelen: "Cleanliness of bathrooms, overall service were lacking. They closed the bathrooms due to turbulence and proceeded to serve coffee. How does that make any sense?"

Elle n’est jamais revenue ni pour me dire qu’il n’y en avait pas ni pour m’en donner! Pas très “PRO” je trouve. L’avion n’était pas propre avec des traces. Le petit dej était mauvais"

Nadelen: "The food-not good! Transit-more needs to be done for passengers who are connecting to other flights. Airport staff are just dismissive and seem uninterested."

Nadelen: "There were no vegetarian options for food."

Nadelen: "2 hour delay in departure without explanation."

Nadelen: "Les plateaux repas ne sont pas au niveau."

Nadelen: "Check-in désorganisé. Une fois arrrivee au comptoir d’enregistrement après avoir fait la queue, la compagnie a exigé que j’aille retirer ma carte d’embarquement a la machine et que je refasse ensuite la queue. J’ai été d’autant plus énervée que je savais par avance que la machine ne pourrait pas me délivrer ma carter d’embarquement, car j’ai un visa qui bloque toujours l’enregistrement en ligne et aux machines. L’employé du comptoir n’a rien voulu entendre et m’a fait perdre mon temps."

Nadelen: "L'hygiène des toilettes très médiocre. Une vraie porcherie. L'espace entre les sièges très petit. Impossible de bouger et impossible de se baisser prendre quelque chose qui tombe à terre."

Nadelen: "The food is sooo bad n the crew are mean Last time I use this airline"

Nadelen: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."
