Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Voordelen: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nadelen: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."
Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "My husband had booked seats together for us and then got bumped sitting rows away from each other, bumped again sitting closer which we were then able to sit together as the seat next to mine was empty, cramped with very little leg room and I’m only 5’1 the poor guy sitting behind me was 6’11 and asked me to warn him if I put my seat back, I felt so bad for him thAt I didn’t which meant I couldn’t get comfortable to sleep, long night."

Voordelen: "I miss the first leg of my flight and they cancelled my whole ticket and didn’t rebook me. This was an intentional flight. I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

Nadelen: "The staff was not great! When I had just arrived to the gate, they had already called group 5 so I went up and presented my boarding pass and the crew made a facial expression of annoyance since group 5 was called and they were boarding group 7. When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."
Nadelen: "Rude American Airlines staff. Flight delay of more than 7 hours. No accommodation given. One of the dirtiest airplane and traveling vehicle ever flown."

Nadelen: "The Flight Attendants were HORRIBLE. They were rude and dismissive to all passengers, One in particular (Suzette) actually made a passenger sitting next to me cry. I was embarrassed to be an American. It was a nightmare of a flight because of the flight attendants."

There was no rep waiting to help upset customers so we had to wait TWO hours in line as there were only 2 girls at the counter when there are 6 counters. They were completely unapologetic and although they set us up on another airline to fly back, the whole experience was completely unsettling. AVIANCA NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Food was bad even for airline standards. Seats uncomfortable. There were 2 female crew members who seemed like they didn't want to be there or cared. Movie selection was limited with not many new releases. One of the worst international flights I've been on for a long time."
Voordelen: "There were no unexpectedly positive surprises. There was nothing that stood out as a positive experience beyond status quo"
Nadelen: "The airplane was older technology on three of the four legs. No charging outlets, or personal entertainment except on one flight. They also lost our bag, so that really stinks. They Gate checked my bag, and didn't give me a ticket. I even told them that I'd prefer a ticket, in case something goes wrong, and they replied 'oh no worries, it'll be up in baggage claim". I looked him squarely in the eyes abs I said, OK I'll wing it, but I trust you! He said no worries."
Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and big enough for large people. That crew and flight were on time and pleasant."
Nadelen: "I called to change my flight and the charge was outrageous. I fly often and other airlines have made changes with low fees. The the man on the phone with me was hard to understand because of his accent and was rude."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed my baggage was charged when I use my credit card for the flight and the plan was very small"
Nadelen: "Surly, bossy manner of gate crew"
Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced."
Nadelen: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."
Voordelen: "Flying these days is as bad as it gets. We made it, that is what I liked."
Nadelen: "Had bought a ticket that allowed me to check in a suitcase and to chose my seat. The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others."

I had to pay a total of $50, $25 each way, in Madrid. I was never informed of this in Boston or, again, while processing my checking using Iberia’s website."

Nadelen: "Boarding @ JFK was a joke. That part of airport is currently under construction, so massive # of ppl & not enough room for everyone. Once on plane, all reasonably good until we reached altitude & settled in for the evening. At that point, for some reason the heat came on between rows 39 & 46 (we were in row 45) & was on all. night. long. on an overnight flight. Crew was baffled & didn’t know how to fix. I was melting & miserable — impossible to sleep. Cramped, basic economy seats. Awful experience."
Voordelen: "The premium economy does help for Long lights. Mine was BCN to OAK and being a y’all person the extra legroom was much appreciated. With the low cost of level I would fly again for sure"
Nadelen: "They ran out of the chicken meal"

Nadelen: "The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all."

Nadelen: "The price was not matching the benefits of the ticket because it was without check in bag (luggage) and every single thing you have to pay The type of aircraft there are using its too small business class is very poor nothing to compare with other company."

Nadelen: "They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid."
Nadelen: "Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice."

Nadelen: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Nadelen: "The seat pitch was so small my knees were hard against the seat in front of me for 1.5 hours and I was miserable the whole time. To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent.
