Nadelen: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced."
Nadelen: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Nadelen: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

Voordelen: "Saving grace: movie selection much better than expected. Food a bit better than expected (in the world of airline food). Crew capable & nice enough. We got to our destination on time, so at least there’s that."
Nadelen: "Boarding @ JFK was a joke. That part of airport is currently under construction, so massive # of ppl & not enough room for everyone. Once on plane, all reasonably good until we reached altitude & settled in for the evening. At that point, for some reason the heat came on between rows 39 & 46 (we were in row 45) & was on all. night. long. on an overnight flight. Crew was baffled & didn’t know how to fix. I was melting & miserable — impossible to sleep. Cramped, basic economy seats. Awful experience."

Nadelen: "However, I couldn’t get soda water (not available) or a cup of coffee in between the meals. Again, I was glad I bought water before getting in the plane."

Voordelen: "Overhead storage was generous. Being able to check flight progress while in the air."
Nadelen: "They charged us for two aisle seats, and then reassigned one of us to a middle seat with no notice. With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."

Voordelen: "The cool thing about this airline is that it’s dirt cheap to get from Oakland to Barcelona!! I will say tho, you do get what you pay. We purchased the most basic flight and that’s really what it was. Tight leg room and lots of people. If you’re over 5’5 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting extra leg room if it’s available. Aside from that. The flight was cool and the staff was nice!"

Nadelen: "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Nadelen: "Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice."

I will file a complain for full reimbursement, not to mention having to stay in Madrid for one day to wait for Iberia next flight to Guatemala which I took."

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Nadelen: "It was seriously hot on this flight. I am very cold most of the time and I was sweating during parts of the flight. My husband is always warm and he was miserable all flight. Had to press the call button three times to get a glass of water when I was feeling ill. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and took awhile to get more. Couldn't sleep because of the temperature. Flight felt like it took double the time because it was so hot. Took forever to board and left way late, arrived late. Our flight over to Madrid was great, but this flight back was awful."

Voordelen: "We did arrive"
Nadelen: "15 mins late...boarding...looked like a circus...got double billed for my luggage...person in charge of boarding ...total B to customers.... There are other options...take them."

Voordelen: "I was astonished to see a passenger putting nail polish on during the flight and no flight attendant did anything about the awful smell. Additionally, upon landing it is customary for passengers to unbuckle their seatbelts while taxi-not to the gate and standing up before the seatbelt sign has been turned off. The passengers have no regard for safety or rules."

Voordelen: "A vrai dire pas grand chose, une des pires expérience de ma vie en therme de vol"
Nadelen: "- Personnel pas souriant du tout et pas de service (il faut aller se servir de l'eau au fond de l'avion) - Retard systématique - Le personnel nous refuse le service d'autre boisson que de l'eau - Aucune information en anglais - L'hôtesse s'endort avant l'atterrissage à Zurich et fait sont contrôle en courant et sauvagement"

Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Nadelen: "It was a low cost flights but I wasn't aware of that, do there was no service. There wasn't a lot of space between the seats row."

Voordelen: "Although I was able to board the airline didn't have my name or reservation number or anything... it was like i never purchased a ticket. I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."
Nadelen: "I did not appear in the airline system"

Nadelen: "An hour to check in is unreasonable and the having to go to a separate counter to pay for a bag was a joke."

Voordelen: "The crew..."

Voordelen: "Plane left on time. The food was good."

Nadelen: "I tried to pay an extra suitcase and the website didn't give me access .. then I read than to southamerica was allow two suitcases, when I arrived to the airport, aireurope surprised me with 150 euros por one package extra"

Voordelen: "Le premier vol"
Nadelen: "Le deuxième vol"

Voordelen: "The comfort and crew attentions"
Nadelen: "Not enough toilets for so many people (296) and besides after a while they were filthy with tissues on the floor and all over the toilet. I restrained myself from using any of the toilets for the condition they were in."

Nadelen: "Delayed, both ways"

Voordelen: "NOTHING"

Nadelen: "Retard 1h40!!!!!"

Voordelen: "excellent service, better than expected. flight took off 10 minutes early and arrived 20 minutes early"
Nadelen: "nothing"

Voordelen: "Confort Équipage au top"
Nadelen: "Absence de divertissement Repas ou boisson payante Embarquement en retard"

Voordelen: "Équipage sympa"
Nadelen: "La nourriture Système de divertissement qui ne Marche pas Confort pas top Embarquement en retard"

Nadelen: "Beeing 1.5 hours late for a 25min flight No info Filthy airplane"

Voordelen: "Everything!"

Voordelen: "Check in perfect directions great plane great sits comfortable"
Nadelen: "The flight attendants could be a little bit "nicer" The food -- so so Movies OK"

Nadelen: "There wasn't any entertainment. But this was a short flight, so was expected."

Voordelen: "Seat clean crew nice windows new different improved. I liked you served pinapple juice The dinner was very good. TV great"
Nadelen: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Voordelen: "New clean TV"
Nadelen: "Entertainment good on my short flight I was wathing a show and an advertisement about EA came on and lasted way too long and I could not move back to my show at wull."

Voordelen: "Grand écran individuel, avion moderne dreamliner, prise usb, WiFi, à l'heure et globalement bien organisé"
Nadelen: "Pas de possibilité de s'enregistrer en ligne sur ce vol"

Voordelen: "NONE!!!"
Nadelen: "I have asked for a larger sitting area due to clusterphobia with doctor's note. However, they gave me a sit that is right next to bathroom with reclining chair not even working all the way through....the worst flight ever in my life!!!"

Voordelen: "I was not able to connect because of what happened earlier. I did get on Virgin Atlantic and got fantastic service there. Virgin Atlantic is great!"

Nadelen: "Lengthy boarding process Overwhelmed, unhelpful crew members. Dysfunctional entertainment system"
