Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Nadelen: "The change of my flight schedule for the entire journey was done without giving me any options (departure flights from origin and return). It would have caused me inconvenience if the change of time does not allow me to adjust my plans."

Nadelen: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

Nadelen: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Nadelen: "In the B10 gate of Doha airport are only 15 chairs and we were around 100 persons waiting to open the gate. It was uncomfortable In the flight Doha Phuket wi-fi did not work in the first economy sector. It was a big problem to us, it was necessary to go in the second part of the economy sector to stay over the wifi. The crew did not solve the issue."

Nadelen: "They cancelled our flight without informing us from Doha to Miami, so they were going to fly us to Doha at 3 a.m., take us to hotel, and then have us fly the next day. This was the third time this airlines cancelled a flight on us for the same trip. The first two times were traveling from Miami to Delhi, we had to change our itinerary because they cancelled the flight, and we had to fly on different dates. This caused a series of hotel changes and cancellations costing us a lot of money. On the flight that we finally got from Doha to JFK, the man sitting next to me SMELLED LIFE THE FUNK OF 40,000 YEARS. It is unbearable. Thirteen hours of pungent body odor that even the flight attendants acknowledged was horrific. It was a miserable experience flying with this airline for what was to be the trip of a lifetime."

Nadelen: "It took several hours to check in because the incoming plane from Doha to Bali was delayed, which guaranteed that most of us missed our connections in Doha. The line was long, slow and uncomfortable and the airline did little to ease our discomfort. They refused to allow us use of the lounge in Bali. I had to talk to multiple people in Doha for access to the Oryx lounge there and they at the end, reluctantly let me use it."

I had just come off another Emirates flight but this was old tatty plane, the seating squashed. The plane was delayed on the runway for around 40 mins but no announcement made, the stewards were unresponsive when people pressed the buzzer."

Voordelen: "The individual were uniform polite and professional, even in the economy section of the craft which is not always the case in some airlines. Boarding and deplaning via two entry / access points; something all airlines should seek to do."
Nadelen: "Things like the plane layout which focuses on maximizing seating space over common space like toilets (not enough) and cross craft aisles so crew and passengers could do more than just one thing at a time; issues the crew had nothing to do with. Rather plane designers being pushed to maximize seats over all else."

Voordelen: "Flew Emirates coach Washington to Dubai to Johannesburg and Bangkok to Dubai to Washington in July 2017. New A380-800 planes were superb. Entertainment system is second to none. Staff is efficient and polite. Except for the "required crying babies" on each leg the plane is very quiet and peaceful. The check-in, however is a zoo. But better to put your best employees on the flights rather than on the ground."

Nadelen: "Flight was very delayed. Crew did very little to manage expectations or let us know why we were so delayed - on top of that, there was no special treatment for being delayed over 2 hours. Crew was polite, but not overly friendly or helpful."

Voordelen: "Overall it's a good airline. Economy is fairly comfortable, great entertainment options, decent food, and the staff is exceptional."
Nadelen: "Emirates baggage on board policy is a bit strict compared to most of the other Asian and American flights I've been on. Usually I'm allowed a regular carry-on and a personal item (i.e., a small backpack), but Emirates was very strict on the personal items. Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."

Nadelen: "My only dislike was that we left 45 minutes late. Maybe it was not a good situation for some passengers who had to connect immediately, but I still made it in time for my connecting flight."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Nadelen: "Our luggage never made it to Rome, our final destination. So now we have no change of clothes - for the next 2-3 DAYS."

Voordelen: "Because of the delay taking off and refueling, they provisioned for an extra meal service. Choices were limited, but the food was decent. Crew was generally cordial and efficient. Even though there were only 13 empty seats, they made an effort to find us a place with an empty seat between us."
Nadelen: "We were stopped and grilled by AA personnel as if we were potential terrorists, even though we had TSA Pre-check clearly listed on our boarding cards. flight was 1 hr delayed boarding. Since the plane was a 747 and there were stronger than average headwinds, we had to stop in Bangot to refuel. Net result: 2 3/4 hr late arrival."

Nadelen: "Whoever designed and built this airplane should literally be INDICTED - AND I AM NOT KIDDING! We were in disbelief the moment we boarded and saw the airplane. 10 people across jammed into the row??!! - and on an long international flight?? - are you kidding??!! Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"

Voordelen: "There was a flight attendant who was perfect for his career-absolutely the best ever on the Rome to Philadelphia flight-a tall, African American gentleman. So accommodating and friendly!"

Nadelen: "Even though we had booked this flight in September we were never able to choose a seat for this flight. We kept trying and the only way we could pick a seat months and weeks ahead was if we bought an upgrade. We had already spent over $1000 to fly to Paris each and did not want to buy an upgrade. We just wanted the assignment of a seat. When we got closer to the date we were told that we would get a seat assignment at check in. At check in we were told we would get a seat assignment at the airport. At the airport we were told we would get a seat assignment at the GATE! At the GATE the attendant had difficulty finding our seats and finally found them with the help of another attendant. This adding extreme stress to a trip that was planned in September and should have been a pleasureable experience. Our seats were not together and we then had to go on the plane and ask other travelers to change their seats in order to be near each other. This was not our job! We ended up near each other but not together. Then when we arrived in Paris we noticed that our suitcases had been tagged STAND BY!!!!!! We were glad that we did not see that at the Philadelphia airport because it would have added even more stress to a long anticipated pleasure trip to Paris. Next time we will make sure that the tickets we are purchasing (FINNAIR) have nothing to do with American Airlines."

Nadelen: "A nine-hour flight with ancient over-head screens? Great for those not sitting in a window seat, otherwise don't plan on being able to watch the movie. The first being a cartoon by the way. I'm sure the 3 children on board had a great time watching it. 2 bathrooms on a 9-hour flight for the entire coach cabin? One of which was near the front. Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase."

Nadelen: "Flight cancelled after 5h at the airport. Impossible to be booked before 5days..."

Voordelen: "Finnair is always a pleasure and Helsinki is an attractive and well-run airport."

Voordelen: "Flghr was operated by American Airline Flight was surbooked and I was lucky enough to be upgraded in business class Crew members were great, service excellent MK"

Nadelen: "For an international flight I have never seen such small seats, the entertainment was awful. My tv was in black and white. I didn't even want to try the food as looked bad."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system is very old, but have a good selection."

Voordelen: "The entertainment and service was the only plus on this flight."
Nadelen: "When I booked my ticket a month in advance, British Airways was going to charge me extra for trying to book my seating in advance. They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"

Voordelen: "The service is great , I enjoyed the food as well. Attendants were very friendly."
Nadelen: "When flying from US to Erupoe there should be a private tv screen directly in front of every passenger. On this flight the tv is in the middle of the isle on the ceiling. That's terrible ! When you are on a 8 + hour flight. People want their own screen with their own options. Been on many flights to and from Eruope , this was the only flight that was set up like this. Change it"

Voordelen: "Liked the upgrade seat"
Nadelen: "Food was aweful both the dinner and the breakfast the following morning ."

Voordelen: "Got a very nice vegetarian meal"
Nadelen: "Entertainment system didn't work"

Nadelen: "Disgusting meal, I left most of it on my tray. The promised entertainment systems were not working. There was no wifi on board either. These were both things I had looked for prior to booking this flight."

Voordelen: "I liked the food and the service. It was a packed plane but I was well attended to. Would fly again."
Nadelen: "Slightly long line at the Madrid airport for check in. I wasn't able to check in online but I got there early and it wasn't an issue."

Nadelen: "One crew member was extremely curt to myself and fellow passengers, not telling us to put down viewer, just slamming it away. Could have said something, been pleasant."

Nadelen: "Tiny seats and no leg room!!!! I am not a big person."

Nadelen: "Seat and foot room was extremely cramped , and I'm 5"4 115 lbs, seat was horribly stiff and uncomfortable , the entertainment system broke throughout the plane an hour into flight, you never saw crew in less they were serving food, it was very very load , it was a pretty awful experience and I'm not looking forward to the flight home at all"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was good when it eventually left."
Nadelen: "Boarding was chaotic. There was another Virgin flight leaving Launceston at the same time so the lounge was very busy. Our flight was late while the other was on time and there were no announcements that our flight was delayed. The screen over the gate also did not show our flight details at any stage, even when it eventually boarded.. I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

Voordelen: "My seat had a problem initially it was not reclining once they fixed that later the seat got deflated. It became unbearable to seat. The crew tried fixing it for about 30 mins and they then they changed my seat. Ideally I would want refund for the flight as my experience was extremely bad"
Nadelen: "Crew was not at curtious they were busy among themselves. It would take them long to respond to the call."

Nadelen: "Food was horrible. First of all, we didn't get what we had requested. On top of it, whatever they had provided was substandard. Especially whatever they had given as sandwich."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "bags did not make it to final destination and were stuck in abu dhabi. we landed on sunday and did not get our bags until tuesday. we had a very long layover so unclear as to why our bags did not make it on to the flight. it was a big inconvenience"

Nadelen: "wasn't able to sit with my husband on the flight. may have preferred better food options"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "Flight was comfortable and the A380 is super quiet. Cabin crew were helpful and friendly."
Nadelen: "Check in was a disaster with tickets issued in the wrong names. Also It wasn't until the night before flying we realised they'd booked our 3 month old daughter on a separate flight!"

Nadelen: "I requested gluten free meals ahead of time, but the request was not fulfilled, making meals tough. The crew were very kind though and worked to make the best out of the situation."

Nadelen: "Food-- only once tea was. served during 15 he flight. A one rupee worth salt biscuits and two rupees worth popcorn was served..ridiculous. The quantity is very less. No fruits or yogurt at all. And only half cup water at a time. Ridiculous"

Voordelen: "Etihad's cabin crew were superb; very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Food and wines delicious, cabin immaculate, seat/bed very comfortable. A great flight on their fabulous A380."

Nadelen: "On flight, the staff seemed to care little for even the smallest of request. On a 15 hr flight from Abu Dabhi to Chicago, I asked twice for coffee, once for juice and once for sandwich, and each time the staff told me to wait, once they were busy, once they were going to serve food in 45 minutes and once the sandwich was put away (I repeat, "put away"). My wife asked for mango juice, and they said, they do not have any left, they only had apple and orange juice. Within 10 min when they replenished the cart, they had mango juice. It seems that they were just plain lazy to do even to cater to the smallest request."

Nadelen: "Toilets in business class were smelly. Not nice when you are washing your teeth. It is difficult to lean over the bowl and wash teeth. Cups are not provided to assist with washing teeth. Paper towels ran out in the toilets."

Nadelen: "It seems Etihad hired a lot of beauties without the brain. The crew on this flight knew nothing about customer service. I had my face mask on displaying the side that states "please wake me up for meals" and of course I was not. Hours later, I woke up starving and had to go to back of the cabin to pick up a food tray since no one bothered to answer the call light. After finishing my meal, I pushed the call button 5x and no one came to collect the tray. I waved at an attendant 2x and she replied, "I'll pick it up on my way back" but she never came back. 3 HOURS LATER!!! My food tray full of waste was still sitting in front of me. At that point, the gentleman sitting in the aisle seat woke up, saw the tray still in front and he got very upset. He stopped a random attendant walking down the aisle and requested tray must picked right now! The attendant then apologize and was shocked herself that the tray sat on my table for 3 HOURS! In addition to this, the seats in the economy class were so tightly compacted and uncomfortable for a 13 hours flight. One could barely move."

Nadelen: "I have connected flight ti India but jet blue crew member give me boding pass until JFK. and told me i can't find connect flight and i have to pick up my two 50 pounds bags pick up and take it to ethiad airways terminal. so i have to spend $10 for tolly and i have to hire person to drop my bags on ethihad terminal. suppose to jet blue directly transfer my bags to ethihad and i got my bags on final destination ."

Voordelen: "Very clean, bathrooms kept up for the long 15 hour flight."
Nadelen: "The food menu listed three options, one was vegetarian. When the cart came around, there were no vegetarian meals left. Instead of apologizing, as these things happen, the flight attendant told my traveling partner and I that we should have specified for a special meal, that vegetarian was special (even though it was offered on the menu as a regular choice). She was incredulous that we would not eat meat, stating that they had plenty of chicken and fish options, as if my vegetarianism was a fad or I was a child. Instead of simply apologizing for the gaff and offering us something else, she seemed put off and bothered that we wouldn't accept a meat tray. Also, this was the smallest leg room and personal space I've ever had on such a long flight."

Voordelen: "The on board crew were excellent."
Nadelen: "The flight were delayed, I missed the next flight because of the delay, the crue in brussel offered to replace the missed flight by another flight which were six hours latter, they said their is no earlier flight.i had to wait for six hours in abu dabi .when I reached abu dhabi I found another flight earlier than that.i tried with Etihad transfer disc to go in the earlier flight , they said it is not showing on tgeir system despite it is theifr on airport screens.they even didnot offer any help or lounge or hotel for rest in next 6hours.and I was travelling 18 hours before that si I have to wsit additional 6 making total 24 hr bec. Of their delay. Problems No integrity , they should be more trueful and helpful rather than shifting problems to otheres"

Nadelen: "Not a very orderly boarding procedure. Kind of a cattle call with everyone coming at once."

Voordelen: "The rates are compitive. Also lay over is short."
Nadelen: "The food (vegetarian ) is not upto the standard."
