Voordelen: "le service a bord, les repas et le confort relatif des sièges. L'.espace étant toujours un problème mais cela semble le prix a payer dans la classe économique. Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"
Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

I was in front of the bulkhead so there was no other place to store my items except the overhead bin and the flight attendant took the space in my bin for some baby items she thought she might need for another passenger. I had to store my personal items away from my seat."

I said iwas not charged extra at miami why you are charging extra here ,they said rules are different at miami but in hyderabad this is the case I am very much frustrated on this service ,atleast once in a year i will travell on qatar from next time i never prefer to travel on this carrier. Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

If you have a layover longer than 10 hours in Istanbul and are flying Turkish airlines, they will take care of your accommodations and wil treat you wonderfully."
Nadelen: "The seats and space were TINY for an eleven hour flight, and I am a small girl. Nearly impossible to get comfortable. The exceptional service was my reasoning for the good rating. I would fly again but will probably pay for an upgraded seat"

Nadelen: "Missed the connection because the flights were booked too closely together. Then had to wait 7 hours in the airport for the next flight. It only takes 4 hours to drive there but I don’t have a car."

Voordelen: "Service was great, the stewardess's were very professional and very caring without being too personal which is great for me .Every was done quickly and professionally with a great sense of efficiency and purpose .Hard to explain but so different from other airlines . Multimedia was phenomenal"
Nadelen: "Food portions were smallish but acceptable .Seat reservation service got totally mixed up ,reserved one seat and got another .Maybe software glitch ,needs to be fixed."

Nadelen: "- My flight was rescheduled twice. Very short connection time, they said that there are no other options but actually there were other options. - Bad web check-in service. There were errors/bugs in the check-in service."

Nadelen: "The connecting flight from Vienna to TLV was terrible. Austrian airline employees at the airport are rude. The information about our connecting flight was not readily or easily accessible. The flight crew from Vienna to TLV were not kind. My daughter 11 years old went hungry without a meal. The stewardess kept telling her the food was coming & never did. This was a terrible trip & we will never use Austrian air again. I will tell all my family & friends of my terrible experience."

Nadelen: "At Vienna gate G31 it was difficult to hear announcements."

As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."

Nadelen: "Too many customers use more than their fair share of the overhead space. A lot of passengers placed their luggage and their personal item above. This left those of use who use only our fair alottment searching for a place for what we fairly should be allowed to use."

Nadelen: "Plane rescheduled, left 55 minutes later than anticipated. I was already preparing for having my luggage lost."

Voordelen: "Flight services were good. Staff friendly. food was good"
Nadelen: "boarding at Tel Aviv was terrible. Specifically a staff member name Michelle was unprofessional and did not care much about passengers who waited for hours at the Group line because there was no indication that it is a group line. No one from the airliner bothered to explain or advise the passengers who were waiting and after more tan hour waiting when they eventually got to the head of the line they were told to go and stand in other lines. This was insane Long waiting times confusion Flight was late hence almost missed connection"

Nadelen: "Embarquement"

Voordelen: "I loved absolutely everything..the service and food were amazing. I will recommend this airline to everyone I know..and definitely will use again. Thank you! You made 9 hours very bearable."

Nadelen: "This was an older plane and even I paid for economy plus, there was no outlet, no on ddemand movies and the seat was not as comfortable as in a newer plane. Very little space in the overhead departments, even for carry on luggage."

Voordelen: "The food was exceptional for any airline I am a world traveler and the food was bar none the best airline food I have ever experienced!"

Voordelen: "Our flight was canceled without noticing us. It was a flight that we bought 4 months before. It took them 50 minutes to give us another flight that landed with a 1,5 hour delay. It is not nice to wait extra 4 hours in an airport after a transoceanic flight with a 5 month old baby. I did not know that company but now I do for their poor management"

Voordelen: "Israelis are out of control and I am one so I can say this. Austrian let people board with multiple luggage taking all overhead leaving no space for others. O non tell Aviv flights this does not happen"

Voordelen: "Pretty standard for a long international flight. Good movie selection."
Nadelen: "There was a medica emergency on the flight and I don't think they handled to too well. I know there isn't much you can do when your in the middle of the Atlantic. Guy regained consciousness but they left him in his seat where he then vomited for the next 5 hours. Smelled so bad for us sitting nearby, but that doesn't matter if the guy was okay. Just seemed like they needed to get him in the back laying down where he could be more comfortable and more easily cared for by the doctors who were fortunately on board."

Voordelen: "Food and beverage, in-flight service"
Nadelen: "Limit on carry on luggage weight is too low and 30% lower than most other airlines. Seats are too narrow for a wide-body aircraft (B-777)."

Nadelen: "Food could've been a lot better. I ordered Asian vegetarian and I was amused at how much better some of the competitors are in terms of taste and variety"

Nadelen: "Most awful, Soviet-era style service at Moscow. No staff knows anything, or has any authority to do anything except to sell you more tickets. Given the runaround to several offices as the airline cancelled my previously paid for ticket."

Nadelen: "transfer in Moscow is a mess, incoming delayed and very tight to get connection but no support or fast lane at all. Was traveling in business class."

Voordelen: "Excellent crew"
Nadelen: "Dishes are too spicy, soy sauce doesn't match a salad. Vegetarian diet is not Asian. Entertainment program failed. 10 hours flight without it too boring."

Voordelen: "The plane was more spacious ad the on boarding process was still on organized but since there were less people it was it as bad as the first flight"

Nadelen: "The bus from the gate to the plane did not leave for 25 min after filling up with people, and we were just standing there tired and hot. It is a wonder no one fainted. When we finally made it to the plane, the doors did not open for what felt like an eternity (another 5-7 min), then the drive announced "the plane is not ready and we are going back to the airport." I thought he was joking.. The bus took off again and after 10 min or so ended up pulling up to the plane. Once on board, the pilot was apologetic. But I almost missed my connecting flight."

Nadelen: "No wifi no tv!!!!!! What kind of airlines is that?????????????"

Voordelen: "Il faut que le personnel de cabine apprenne à sourire encore un peux mais on sent une amélioration par rapport à 2016."

Voordelen: "air france is always quite good to my experience -- the food, the crew etc..."

Voordelen: "I liked the food, the movies and the attention to safety"
Nadelen: "Out of the four flights I took, all but one were extremely late with no explanation as to why. I missed one connection and had to stay in airport hotel in Moscow. They gave me food and took care of the hotel, but when I kept asking about my connecting flight out of Moscow, no one would give me a straight answer. There's a definite language barrier and culture barrier. Customer service is curt and bash at best. When I asked about getting my delta skymiles number place on the reservation, the lady at the counter says she didn't speak English and couldn't help. Not a great feeling. I will only fly Aeroflot of i have time to waste next time. Which means never. There was no entertainment."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 15 minutes. Then we boarded the aircraft and spent two hours inside, just sweating. Someone came and said it would take another 15 minutes to check the aircraft again. We were sent back to the airport with no information and nobody knew what was happening. We finally boarded the flight 5 hours late, and we lost our connection to Hong Kong. Nobody cares to explain or give you a solution. When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."

Nadelen: "Food quality."

Voordelen: "Almost all the flight attendants were exceptionally nice and anxious to please. It reminded me what US airlines used to be like many years ago. The food was a little different, but very good. There was a great selection of movies and the plane was very clean."
Nadelen: "One flight attendant named Olga was surly and rude. It was a stark contrast to all the others."

Nadelen: "Vous avez perdu mon baggage."

Voordelen: "The food was surprisingly good and the service also very sccomadating, professional!"
Nadelen: "there was not enough time between the flights for me to make the connection on time. The Moscow airport is difficult to walk through from terminal D to terminology F in such a short time. Also, my rebooked flight was nearly 2 hours late."

Nadelen: "There is no reason to wake my small sister, if I've asked not to do so."

Nadelen: "Kosher food option was not great. We got the same dry roll, humus and chicken salad for three meals in a row and the hot entree was greasy and also repetitive"

Voordelen: "It was very fast and easy and a great pilot, no turbulence, no nausea, beautiful and professional smiling flight attendants, gave drinks and over all made everything enjoyable."

Voordelen: "I loved that my blanket and pillow where in my chair and they automatically provided eye sleep masks and slippers. The food was excellent. Great experience. For some reason my check in took a long time. And my tv kept rebooting. But otherwise it was a wonderful flight."
