Scoot airlines services and communication services were at rock bottom level.

Though service level by Singapore airlines are better,There are bad experiences with Scoot airlines. Luggages of both of us not sent along with passengers and there is zero communication from the crew and after arriving destination we have run post to pillar by wasting hours. The flight was delayed.. Food was not enough and even some items were finished. There were no dental kit or socks given. The flight was very turbulent.

Departing and arriving wheelchair assistance needs to be increased.

The staff and service of SIngapore Airlines is hard to beat. They are excellent. If they could only figure out their call center fiasco it would be a top airline. Attempting to call SQ is like trying to talk to the dead.

Nadelen: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Broken entertainment screen, would not stay upright, due to several hundred thousand past passengers bashing into it after having first trodden on the unfortunate passengers feet! Crew unresponsive with drink and food requests, I had to ask for services multiple times on several occasions. Pressing my 'attendant button' my light was lit for 10 minutes before a crew member noticed. My first trip on Singapore, my expectations were not met. Shame"

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Definitely the first and last time I will fly on this airlines or taking any connections through Dubai airport again. They have no clue about professionalism, attitude problems with every body on the plane and airport, I won’t recommend it to anyone and I will make sure I will sue the airlines and Dubai airport.

Nothing more to add as overall experience during the journey is rated as 'Excellent'

Very Spacious flight you can ask to move where someone is not seated. inflight entertainment was great, and great food! Bathrooms were clean. Service was lovely with members going round taking polaroid photos for memories of a journey. This was my first long haul flight and it went so smoothly thanks to the emirates team.

Extremely wonderful.

They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining."

After more than 15 hours on the plane, it was a repetitive loop that they probably thought would be soothing, but it made me want to scream."

Voordelen: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."

Nadelen: "International flight delayed after boarding the flight.Flight connection missed. Instead of providing the accommodation, passengers got boarded into flight to Los Angeles. Again another flight to Chicago which dropped the passengers in around midnight. Had to pick them from 4 hour distance from Chicago which was planned early. overall journey was more than 36 hours. No information to the passengers until last minute. Some passengers does know English."
Nadelen: "The cabin was very warm and uncomfortable. Water was served after 1hr of the flight"
Voordelen: "Good food served Crew behaviour was nice peace full journey very meet and clean ,captain of the flight was experence person smooth flying,"
Nadelen: "Toothbrush and paste was not issued to Evonomy class persons,Whisky served was not having good quality & quantity ,Only few Hindi movie Videio was available,may give more Hindi Videio,Tea served was not hot."
Nadelen: "No Wifi on a 16 hour flight is simply stunning to me."
Voordelen: "Overall service excellent."
Nadelen: "The gap time between the connecting flight is short u have to pass the security and after that a long walk going to the gate of the next flight other than that it's excellent. My concern is if the passenger has a health problem he/she going to have a shortness of breath. The crew/staff who assist me excellent."

Nadelen: "Dubai was foggy, they diverted us to Alfugaire. Supposedly for an hour time but we stayed for 4 hours and almost missed our connection. Not nice."

Nadelen: "Veg meal and breakfast quality was not good. Delhi to hong Kong and from there to LA. Crew member service was not good for economy class."

Nadelen: "The food was disappointing. The standard was too low for Cathay."
Nadelen: "On the way to Newark was terrible because of the food. Both dinner and breakfast half of my row were served last compare to everyone else sitting before us or after us. The rice dishes were gone both times when the food got to me. I can understand if it was just one meal, but it was disappointing that I wasn't able to eat rice during the whole 15 hours of trip. It would also be understandable if the row right before me wasn't served 20 mins prior to us, and the row right after me wasn't served 15 mins before us. I just couldn't understand how it was arranged. Maybe I should've ask for service right before they start serving meal."
Voordelen: "Liked the added legroom and seating of ecomomy preferred."
Voordelen: "Plenty of leg room, comfortable seats, and great service on the plane!"
Voordelen: "Reboot shut my system down for a bit. Rebooting restored ok"

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

A heads up on filling in an e-ticket prior to flight departure would have been helpful.

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Voordelen: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Nadelen: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
