L'arrogance et le mépris d'Air Canada fasse à plusieurs situations gênantes n'est pas acceptable pour compagnie qui a la prétention de jouer dans la cour des grands.

2h de retard car l'avion n'avait pas été nettoyé. Je n'ai pas eu de boisson chaude le matin. On m'a dit que me l'apporterait mais le personnel m'a oubliée malgré mes nombreux appels. Sinon l'équipage est très aimable.

Voordelen: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."
Nadelen: "Spacing between seats continues to be a problem especially for disabled clients. Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."

Entertainment system didn't work on the flight either."

And said we had to call to arrange another flight, but the phones just left a message saying to call back in a few days. I was stranded with no phone, no hotel, and no flight home. Three days later, I still cannot get in touch with them."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Air Europa is out of my dictionary, erased from my language. I had never felt the worst that a passenger can go through like the experience with this Airline and especially with the agency we bought from, which is worse than them, I'm talking about KAYAK. Our flight was canceled without notice for August 8th, we began the nightmare of starting to try to refit on another flight to return home from July 23rd when we found out and no one could help us for thirteen days calling every day. Kayak blamed Air Europa and vice versa. Finally we were stranded thanks to Kayak and Air Europa from August 8 to August 13 because we had to buy other tickets to our destination incurring an expense of $5,000 USD since their options were never given and they kept moving the dates for the 18 of August. Incredible, disastrous, disrespectful to one as a passenger, disorganized, insensitive, nothing professional and I could continue writing negative words there. They did not give us help for hotel expenses ($1,000 USD), or for meals, or transportation. Everything came out of our pocket and money without any approach from them (Kayak and Air Europa). If we had waited for an option from them when they wanted, we would have stayed living in Madrid. Not even if they give me a ticket with all payment I will travel on this airline again. Think about it before choosing them so that they do not harm your vacation or work trip. My recommendation for them is negative 100%

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

Nadelen: "I reserved seats at purchase but the air Europa app did not recognize my seat selections and we ended up being seated at random. The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic."

J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Nadelen: "We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."

In fact the whole thing, including the newspaper holder and the screen were broken. The flight attendant was not shocked by this at all, simply suggested to use the seat next to me if no one was using it. The entertainment on these flights is awful! Only a few very old movies, and you have to pay 3 euros for the head phones. The planes they have are quite old and broken all around."

Pas de problème particulier juste une information comme quoi notre vol de départ était annulé. Réception d’un sms en fait le départ a bien eu lieu .

The flight was canceled and we lose our train to Paris, we had to pay $225 for new tickets Brussel-Paris and we lose our hotel night in Paris for $221 !! It is not fair that’s the airline didn’t assume his responsibility! I hope TUI refund all these expenses.

The checkin was not allowed until 2 hours before the flight, which is fine, except that I wanted to check my suitcase sooner. Then the gate was not announced until 15 minutes before the flight, which seemed late, particularly since the gate was the very last one on the terminal (D-68). It would be difficult for people with mobility issues to get there in time. The flight was fine. I wish the seats reclined, but this is a budget airline, so no expectations. Overall, I would do it again if I needed to fly Tui Airlines.

Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."
Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."
Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."
Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"
Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
Nadelen: "Lack of electrical outlets and no wifi."
