No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

The flight crew kept the restrooms clean, which can be quite a task on long flights. If Etihad is an option in my future travels, I will likely prefer them over other carriers."

Nadelen: "At Washington Dulles airport the whole staff was really rude and unprofessional. I had only one hand carry and it was 9 kg. I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."

Nadelen: "The cabin crew never really heeds to your call sign requests. I clearly remember being in need of help but no one showed up for 45 mins starisght; I had to catch them when they were serving food."
Nadelen: "THIS FLIGHT WAS NEVER USED HE WAS REFUSED ENTRY INTO LEBANON AND WE CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO USE THE FLIGHT EARLY TO GO BACK TO USA AND THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE IT. WE ASK TO HAVE CREDIT ON A FUTURE FLIGHT AND WE WERE DENIED. WE FLY EMPLOYEES LL OVER THE WORLD WE WILL NOT USE YOUR AIRLINE AGAIN."

I can understand that there are a lot of Indians on the flight but Etihad should have options for non Indian dishes as only Indians would have a taste for what was served. Very bad experience for our entire family."

Nadelen: "My bag was delayed in Abu Dhabi. On its return, my laptop- that I had been forced to check- had been stolen... Not necessarily Etihad's fault, but so far their customer support has been almost non-existent."

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. The second leg of the flight was on Pakistan International Airlines from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad that I didn't notice. Very dangerous airline. I think the sight should clearly warn u that the other segment of flight is on other line when u check flights. Because the flight detail showed only Etihad airways all the way to Islamabad"

Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Voordelen: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Nadelen: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

This is downright theft by all the airlines who engage in this very profitable but nefarious activity and really needs to be stopped. First bag should be free/ nominal charge or at least part of the ticket price. (It is like a restaurant charging for cutlery and plates so you can eat . Would that be acceptable??)"

Nadelen: "Horrible experience with Alitalia. They boarded us on a plane that had a wheel issue, and kept us on the ground for 2 hours before they decided to de-plane us. We then had to wait in a 5+ HOUR LINE to get rerouted (nope, they won't handle these issues online or over the phone, you have to wait in line). And THEN they wanted us to wait in a 2 hour line to re-drop off our bags. We got stuck overnight in Rome and were put in a horrible Hilton Garden Inn and barely made it in time to use our coupon for a "free meal" (aka, frozen meatballs and stale bread in a buffet that had been sitting out all night). On our flight back, the food was absolutely terrible, the movie selections were old and scarce, and the seats were uncomfortable. We called to complain as soon as we got home and still have not heard back from Alitalia. I will never fly with them again."
Voordelen: "Crew was ok.."
Nadelen: "Legroom inside the aircraft is too small. Salted and sweet snack options including cookies. This is on a two hour flight. Very uncomfortable journey"
Nadelen: "We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week."
Voordelen: "Really comfy headrests and blankets. Easiest plane I've slept on by far."
Nadelen: "Headset wasn't working so I could watch tv or listen to music."
Voordelen: "I didn't"
Nadelen: "The flight was only supposed to take two hours but instead they sat around for another hour and a half or so and then there was so little leg room that my knees even if I was all the way against the back wall showed into the seat in front of me so bad that I had to stick them out in the aisle and said crooked and then my seat would not latch"
Voordelen: "Flight was fine"
Nadelen: "They changed my lay over from 1.5 hours to 5.5 hours. On the way over they changed flight 7 hours I wouldn't have gotten to my hotel until a day later. I had to rebook with another airline. Still not sure they will return fare. Used Webjet will never use again!!"
Voordelen: "Not much, but food was decent."
Nadelen: "Oldest plane I've seen in recent years, crew barely acknowledged our presence (talked to each other the whole time), no working air conditioning, and big metal boxes in front of the window seats that take up all of the leg room (yes these seats aren't cheaper."
Voordelen: "The flight departed on time and arrived 35 minutes early. The flight crew was very helpful onboard."
Nadelen: "Tried to upgrade my elderly parents to more comfortable seats when checking in, but was told the flight was full and there were none available. It didn't appear that way after being boarded and seated."
