Voordelen: "Buongiorno praticamente è successo che avevo il volo da Fiumicino a Olbia e quando sto facendo il check in il sistema di alitare era bloccato quindi mi hanno fatto manuale la carta di imbarco e poi quando sono entrato trovo il volo che è andato via senza e i personi e mi hanno lasciato nell'aeroport"

Nadelen: "Food, veg option, given peaces of boiled mushrooms, Eggplants and spinach. What a horrible experience."
Nadelen: "There isn't enough space on plane to enjoy the flight, it was more of, you have to go from one location to another. If it was more than 2 hours, I would have hated it even more."
Nadelen: "We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."

Nadelen: "Entertainment very poor. Would recommend a kruger selection of movies and preferably to be available to watch once we are on the plane waiting for take off. Economy class space limited ."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options."

Nadelen: "Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd."

Nadelen: "the food is terrible. he literally dropped my bread and picked it back up to give to me. it was soggy, tasteless and disgusting even more given the rude crew. I never comment a review unless it was a good or extremely terrible experience. One of the crew members was extremely rude to Americans. God forbid we ask him a question he would keep walking. For the price I paid and the duration of my flight (12 hours from LAX-FCO) I wish I chose a different airline. that was the most uncomfortable flight I've had in a long time and I travel often."

Nadelen: "The staff were super rude, forgot my food TWICE. Boarding took ages, and once inside the plane, they took a long time to get on the runway. Food was terrible, the bread was hard as rock. IFE has some relatively new films, but the screen is very small. The screen has terrible quality, and honestly makes the flight excruciatingly boring if you don’t have other sources of entertainment."
Nadelen: "Alitalia and SkyTeam still can't figure out how to check luggage through on separately ticketed flights, even if both flights are the same airline."
Nadelen: "Let you die of thirst until they finally get around to serving something"

Nadelen: "KLM switched to Alitalia right at online check in time, which made things very confusing. Even the flight number changed. It would have helped if KLM would have let customers know this in advance."

Nadelen: "Had problem with luggage, did not like food specifically cheese on dark bread sandwich, did not like going to gate but would need to climb stairs and get shuttle to plane"
Nadelen: "Although reservations for our return flight from Rome to Boston were made 5 months ago, we were bumped from our flight, not advised in advance, and missed several important work engagements. The management at the Alitalia desk at the airport was not up to the task of reassigning everyone. Understaffed and under equipped (staff was unable to get online to reschedule and re-issue new boarding passes) We are senior travelers (75 and 80 years old) and were forced to stand in lines for 3 hours We're headed to the airport now, the next day, and I am dreading the experience."

Voordelen: "Initially I was a little worried because Alitalia had given us some disappointments in the past, but it was the most convenient flight this time for our final destination.We had to take 3 flights to arrive to our final destination, 2 with Alitalia.The crew was polite, helpful. We were very happy that for the first time Alitalia didn't loose our luggage(!) and we got it in Athens. Thank you!!!"
