Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"

Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Nadelen: "I did not like arriving for my 4:50 PM EST flight at 4:10 PM EST and being told there is no way I can make my flight. The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day."

Voordelen: "Delay. First it was about 20 min, then 30, then 49 and 55. At the end more than 70 minutes delay. Too much, too frequent on delta!!!!"

Nadelen: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Nadelen: "Not clear at all on what was complimentary, etc. Had a very large man next to me, practically sharing my seat so getting any needed work done was out of the question unfortunately."

Nadelen: "De onbetrouwbare procedures bij KLM en Schiphol. Kan niet online inchecken bij Delta: KLM operated. Alleen op Schiphol. Daar ook niet bij machine. Naar een loket. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Kiwi m'a répondu qu'Air France me rembourserait une somme ridicule. et qu'après la retenue de Kiwi on me rembourserait autour de 10€ !!! Je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi on me retient autant y compris les frais d'enregistrement d'un bagage. J’accepterais bien sur de ne pas être remboursé de l'intégralité, mais là faut pas exagérer. Je suis vraiment mécontent."

Nadelen: "Well my flight was cancelled a few hours before my departure and was sent on another flight to a different city that was 3 hours away"

Nadelen: "The plane could have been maintained. Instead I sat for three hours and was told the mechanics didn’t have the equipment to fix the plane"

Nadelen: "Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet."

Nadelen: "In flight entertainment was broken"

Nadelen: "We waited in the shuttle bus for one hour while they determined the plane needed maintenance and found another plane to warm up"

Voordelen: "A wonderful crew!"
Nadelen: "Less turbulence on take-off; but I don't really think you can control such things!"

Voordelen: "Seat was comfortable"
Nadelen: "One attendant looked and acted,like she had just gotten up after a rough night. Never smiled, watched people put jackets and even a fast food bag in the overheads without ever saying a word."

Voordelen: "Smooth for most of the flight"
Nadelen: "4:41 pm flight took off at 7:00 pm. Landed and now sitting on the tarmac waiting for a gate."

Voordelen: "Ice cream sundae was yummy. Good amount of entertainment options."

Nadelen: "First plane broken, second plane broken, overall 4 hours late, 2 hours of that sitting in a hot plane"

Voordelen: "Crew bemoeide zich op deze korte vlucht met niemand. Bracht wat te drinken rond. Verder niet."

Nadelen: "Leave on time! On this round trip there were 4 segments and 3 of the 4 flights were late!"

Voordelen: "The boarding process and its ease"
Nadelen: "The Wi-Fi was not free and quite expensive. The space between seats was too narrow for my legs resulting in an uncomfortable journey. The entertainment was dated and not varied enough. The food was borderline unsavoury. The wines were cheap... Not an airline I would recommend to anyone."

Voordelen: "Some of the flight attendants were helpful, some were not. The movie selection was good."
Nadelen: "The Food was not fully warmed, seats were uncomfortable. The boarding process did not seem organized."

Voordelen: "Seat was comfortable"

Nadelen: "Crew needs to improve their attitude"

Nadelen: "Did not know that we did not fly with British Airlines (as I had printed out before my first flight to Germany) was replaced with American Airlines. I lost valuable time at the airport and almost missed the flight. Chaotic and unexpected baggage problems before boarding to Dallas: the board luggage, same as we had on the way over, was not accepted and had to be checked in. Problem since we had to move laptop, etc. before the actual boarding. Attendants not as professional as they should be. Also seats were changed -- I was not able to sit with my daughter who regularly gets travel sickness. Overall not a good experience. But the worst: changing airlines and not being informed!!!!"

Voordelen: "Great flight. Great staff. Nice landing"

Nadelen: "Limited legroom is a problem. Otherwise, the flight was fine."

Voordelen: "They rerouted me so I at least salvaged some of my trip."
Nadelen: "They rerouted me for no reason making me miss my reunion."

Voordelen: "De stewardessen in t vliegtuig waren erg aardig en hulpvaardig"
Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Voordelen: "Comfortable wifi enabled jet."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed over 2hrs. Inbound aircraft mechanical trouble. No info provided by airline. Maddening 10 minute rolling delay. "Your flight is boarding in xx(10) minutes and no airplane is at gate. It's just ridiculous."

Nadelen: "One bathroom for whole plane for 5.5 hr flight. Enough said."

Voordelen: "Not much here. The seats were ok, but the rest of the flight the airline was just poor."
Nadelen: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Voordelen: "Time of flight and on time flight"

Voordelen: "I got to japan"
Nadelen: "I paid for Japan airlines because they are a clean airline and service is superior. Watch the fine print. My seat was dirty crumbs and leftovers left in the pouch and folding tray."

Voordelen: "Worst airline food in years."
Nadelen: "Food was bad on all 4 legs of trip"

Voordelen: "Excellent check in and access to plane food and entertainment great"
Nadelen: "Bed seat too short for a 6 ft 3 in guy made for an uncomfortable night"

Voordelen: "Flight was not completely full so I got an empty seat next to me."
Nadelen: "We were delayed due to some balance issues."

Nadelen: "The flight promised internet but wasnt available jntil the last 90 mins forna 4.5 hour flight..smh"

Voordelen: "The plane itself was comfortable and there was ample storage for bags. The food was also fine."
Nadelen: "The flight attendants were a bit cold and distant, and the boarding service was unclear -- they didn't announce groups! We all had to guess when to line up so we were surprised when it was time to board."

Nadelen: "No charges for cellphones on first class! (Plane looks pretty new as well)"

Voordelen: "On time and arrived early!"

Nadelen: "It really wasn't "On-Time", but you couldn't tell that from the monitors. (I'm sure you like to keep your statistics "clean", but they shouldn't be dishonest.) A TSA? agent had us initially wait in a long incorrect line after we picked up our passport scanner sheets even though we told her we had a tight connection. Afterwards, she moved us along with a few others. That line could have swamped us!"

Voordelen: "Friendly customer service, good snacks."
Nadelen: "No negative actions or interactions."

Voordelen: "Again the wheel chair attendant was helpful, patient and considering we were not feeling well, assisted us at customs. We are seasoned travelers and this is not usually how our travels usually go. We appreciated the wheelchair services, the flight attendants."

Voordelen: "Flight got to gate 15 earlier than scheduled."
Nadelen: "But took one hour to get gate checked bag, which was mixed in with checked bags at bagged claim."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew was very professional and friendly as well"
Nadelen: "We were delayed 3 hours by a big rainstorm. That was not the fault of American Airlines. The cabin air quality got very poor (exhaust entering from the ducts0 They eventually let us leave the flight and wait in the terminal before reboarding."

Nadelen: "No TV"

Voordelen: "Plane arrived early."

Voordelen: "Great crew is what made the short flight awesome!"

Nadelen: "Obama ground stop in Philadelphia. No one knew in advance? seating very cramped. Entry to aircraft looked dangerous. It would be easy to fall to the tarmac. Very kow railing."

Voordelen: "A great ride."

Voordelen: "The flight was cancelled and they refused to pay for my hotel and food. They finally paid for the hotel but not food."

Nadelen: "Too cold!!"

Voordelen: "I had my first experience in the Admiral's Lounge at O'Hare and enjoyed it very much."
Nadelen: "My traveling companion's tray table was disgusting when she folded it down for beverage service. She asked for a wet towel and the flight attendant was snarky but went to get one without even looking or asking to see what the problem was. Her entertainment console wasn't working so they reset it but instead it reset mine (two seats over) they did this again and I let them know it was resetting mine. I was told that I was not in the seat they were resetting for ...I inquired if perhaps they should try to reset mine and see if it would, in fact, fix hers..it did. When she slipped off her shoes the carpet was soaking wet. This was a really crummy, crummy flight."

Voordelen: "We didn't crash."
Nadelen: "The crew was just downright rude. Condescending rude and full of tude. Also they are all 100 years old and one lady was so fat she could barely fit in the aisle. Come on AA...really you can't do better than this?? Seats were uncomfortable as can be and food weas slightly worse than average airplane food. funny thing is I always fly delta and delta partners but this time I thought I would go the cheaper route. Never again will I fly American anything anywhere. Very disappointed. There is nothing positive to say about anything except the fact that we didn't crash. We were also delayed 2 hours and sitting on the Tarmac. Horrid experience."

Nadelen: "Had another problem with the plane, this was the cargo door and after waiting forever, that was fixed and then they had to refuel, I was an hour and a half late getting to my destination and they kept telling us just a few more minutes."
