Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement
Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.
Personnel très sympa, très serviable.
Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée
L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité
Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Tous les vols fonctionnent maintenant comme les arnaques low cost et c'est dommage. Une valise en soute coute une fortune, un centimetre de siege en plus est un vendu a un tarif de dingue. en prenant un billet sur virgin, géré par Delta, donc une vraie compagnie, nous ne pensions pas que meme demander a etre assis ensemble serait quelque part payant. en effet notre tarif ne nous permettait pas de s'enregistrer avant. donc une fois au guichet plus de sieges ensemble. dans l'avion ? fauteuil ridicule pour tasser plus de passager , comme dans les vols bas de gamme, pas de boisson avant le repas, mais des bouteilles de cristalline que meme les chauffeurs uber ont arreté de donner. Et c'est une canette de coca pour 3 passagers, ben oui on va pas vous filer la cannette quand meme. Pour un vole a 1200 balles c'est vraiment abusé

The quality of the food was terrible and below a normal standard, the entertainment screen kept breaking down, had to keep reminding the staff several times to fix it. The toilets were dirty, the seats were very uncomfortable, I think this is one of the worst flights I have been on and really shocked how Delta is associated with Virgin Airlines, who are of such high standard and a much better flying experience.

I attempted to cancel my flight due to positive covid case 10 days before I flew with chatdeal and kayak and after repeated calls from me and promises I would be called back and the chance of a credit note I heard nothing. No help, no support, no understanding. I lost £1500. Would never use again or recommend.
Places réservées sur kayak avec option grande place . Non respecté. Confort abominable sur le vol retour. Vol de départ annulé cause Covid seulement quelques heures avant le départ. Incertitude pour un vol de replacement, finalement obtenu 12 heures après . Merci kayak: plus jamais chez vous.
Personnel très professionnelle et à l’écoute des besoins des passagers. Repas assez bien, surtout salade fraîche. Proposition de plats aux légumes pourrait améliorer l’expérience pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de pâtes. Globalement tout s’est très bien passé.

The new business class configuration isn't the best. Knees keep bumping. The seat area wasn't the cleanest either. There was an orange peel on the floor. Meal - mediocre.
This was a delta economy flight. Staff were nice but everything else pretty rubbish tbh

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Food was just OK, barely. Outside of special diets which you need to order in advance, there were no choices. For regular meals, dinner was a light pasta dish with no meat or fish. Breakfast was more like a sugary snack, a muffin and a tiny fruit cup.

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable
Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Comfort level on business class was sub-par and options on entertainment center very limited."

I was surprised to find out when I was checking in that I had to pay an extra 50 Euros to check my luggage in, which I was really not happy about since the flight itself was already so expensive."
Nadelen: "The check-in process was horrible. It took over an hour to drop off our bags and get a boarding pass."
Voordelen: "Iceland Air personnel were super accommodating, in Seattle on the ground and in he air."
Nadelen: "Swissport personnel in Europe were awful. Bags were delayed in Amsterdam for over an hour after landing. Check in at Brussels was also an hour long queue. Boarding in the terminal in Iceland was very disorganized."
Voordelen: "The plane was quite modern and comfortable"
Nadelen: "I preordered and prepaid for meals, but on this flight I had to go ask for my meal."
Voordelen: "Easy check-in, welcoming crew, landed on time, no problems."
Voordelen: "Avion neuf, confortable et silencieux. Nous sommes partis en retard mais sommes arrivés « presque » à l’heure prėvue."
Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."
Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly and professional. Flight was safe, on time and turbulence-free."
Nadelen: "No meals!! In the air for a total of 8.5 hours with an hour in between flights (running to our connecting gate) & they make you pay for a meal!? Didn't even offer snacks!! Book directly on their website or you won't be able to choose your seat. They say you can check in 36 hrs prior to international flights, but I wasn't able to until 24 hours prior. When our checked bag was over weight limit, we were told we'd have to ship it as cargo; when asked how to do that, we were told it 'wasn't their problem'. Luckily, we had 2 other bags that we could redistribute contents, as there was a total of 3 of us traveling together. Not impressed with company customer service. Flight crew was great."
Voordelen: "Nothing - I missed it"
Nadelen: "Missed my flight by 5 minutes. Same thing almost happened on my way to Zürich with a similar connecting flight on Icelandair. This airline is way too inefficient to be scheduling these tight turnaround times, because clearly they cannot handle it. A bottle of water does not compensate for the nearly 24 additional hours of travel time and irritation."
Voordelen: "Somewhat on tome"
Nadelen: "We got stuck at the agent counter checking in our bag for 30-45min cuz they couldn’t figure out my wife’s visa. They also charged us €88 per check in bag. We could t do it online for some reason. I’m never flying this airline again."
Voordelen: "Good movie selection?"
Nadelen: "I had to pay for extra luggage, because though I paid for an Economy Standard ticket which does come with checked-in baggage, there was nothing written on my ticket to prove it. I paid for the standard ticket ahead of time specifically. Although the staff were nice enough, for a struggling student, this mix-up was unacceptable. I now find myself making calls and trying to get in contact with both Kayak and Icelandair for a refund of the 88euro. I think I was particularly unlucky, because I was picked twice for special security checks, which pulled me out of the line I was waiting in while the flight was delayed, and I had to re-enter the line at the end. Though I requested window seats, I did not receive one either time (though I knew it wasn't guaranteed). There was also no overhead storage space for carry-ons overhead, so I had to make my way to the front of the plane to store my backpack, and several of those who came after me had to sit with their carry-ons on their lap. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable with a thick unadjustable headrest; and the air quality was terrible, a bit smelly and very dry. As a frequent flyer (who does fly with icelandair occasionally) this was unusual."
Voordelen: "Nothing good about this airline"
Nadelen: "Forget about comfortable experience during the flight. The way how they list the ticket from Kayak is the scam. Stated Economy class on Kayak and their own website ticket info. Once you chek in, they will stated this is the cheapest economy ticket, doesnt allow any baggage, and you have to pay I think around $150 for round trip baggage. End up with just to carry on, wouldnt able to shop in Europe. If you includ baggage flight would be similar to other airline provide baggage and quality services. Huge mistake, customer service located overseas, and dont care about customer."
Voordelen: "Got home safely"
Nadelen: "Typical flight now days. Seats are too small for comfort. There needs to be action by regulators of aviation industry to increase space for coach passengers. I think these regulators should be required to fly coach three times a year in a coach seat on flights of three hours or more."
Voordelen: "Efficient, not too uncomfortable. I would fly them again."
Nadelen: "Food - not enough choices and very little that could be a "meal." I was on a long flight from Europe, was very hungry and wanted a real meal. Also, on European flights, you would think SOME offerings would be included (but they were not!)."
Nadelen: "Baggage fees were horribly expensive."
Voordelen: "They were on time"
Nadelen: "They forced us to check a bag that we did not need to check for the first flight, and they ultimately lost the bag at our destination. Did not receive the bag for 12 hours after we landed. They also had us boarding outside exposed to freezing rain and wind for 10+ minutes. No organization tot he boarding process, it was a free for all. People were getting soaked and frustrated."
Voordelen: "Everything went okay for us on this flight. In the future, I will suggest to my wife, who books air travel for us to read the fine print. The cost to check a bag was $100.00 which would have run us $300.00 for the trip: Boston to Brussels with a layover in Reykjavik, but on the return Brussels to Reykjavik with four days in Iceland and the return to Boston, so there goes the cheap flight! I did enjoy the in-flight movie and a documentary on the return trip as well."
Nadelen: "My own earphones on the flight from Brussels to Iceland did not work. I could not plug them into the system."
Voordelen: "My exit aisle seat was just great, with no one on either side of me !!!!! Very kind airplane staff. I had a great sleep."
Voordelen: "Clean plane and facilities. Nice crew. Email notifications of delays"
Nadelen: "Multi-hour delays - strike induced on outbound flight, weather induced on return flight. Email notifications were nice but inconsistent. Expensive food."
Voordelen: "Second time I have flown to Brussels with Iceland Air. I love their customer service and especially the flight route. My flight going over was cancelled due to weather. I called their reservation office , had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes , but it was worth it. The reservation agent found me a new flight on LH, she explained I would get a conformation about 3 hours after our conversation with the flight information and new txt information. I was able to check in with LH on line that evening. Iceland Air had every pre assigned seats for me."
Nadelen: "The boarding process in Kevlavik is pretty awful. No seating around gate areas. You have to stand in line for about 30 minutes to then have to get on shuttle to be driven to plane where you have to walk on stairs to get to plane, or in some cases you actually get to board from the terminal, which happened yesterday. I have MS,and sometimes standing for long periods of time and then having to climb up stairs is difficult for me. I also see a lot of elderly people and parents with babies having difficulty with this boarding process. Their airport really needs major expansion for the amount of people that travel thru their. Seating araes around their gates should be a priority."
Voordelen: "There was a bar within site of Gate 32/34, so if you could find a seat there you could enjoy a pint while you waited. Again, the crew was a delight. Thank you for keeping those warm and tasty!!"
Nadelen: "The communication was terrible for the boarding process so people lined up for the two, gate 32 and gate 34, at the same time. The lines were extremely long and they crossed so passengers got very confused, asking each other if they were in the right line and if the boarding process had started. It was a complete cluster."
Voordelen: "Good price and short layover. The plane was clean and comfortable."
Nadelen: "The boarding process in Reykjavik was chaotic. Food and entertainment available for PURCHASE."
Voordelen: "Personnel sympa, avion confortable."

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good
Voordelen: "I love that you fly from Hartford. It makes my travel to Europe so much easier! Thank you!!!!"
Nadelen: "Our flight seemed to have only 1 toilet at the back of the plane that passengers were allowed to use so there was always a line. There was a second toilet in the crew area at the back and it seemed that they could have offered passengers to use that."

Voordelen: "Great to go through customs in Dublin so the landing at home is easy."
Nadelen: "The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time."

Nadelen: "Transferring to another airline that was “serviced by”. British Airways ended up being 2 hours of stress, confusion and running to our gate. This should be made apparent while booking. Had to go through security 3 times in Toronto."
Nadelen: "plane was so old, the seat was worn out and terribly uncomfortable sitting on it for 8 hours. It also had about a 2 inch gap of missing seat cushion. plane was very dirty. service was not friendly."

Once on the plane were told no bassinets available anymore due to many baby's on board. That was a deception! And a lie! All seats with capabilty for a bassinet were occupied by able healthy adults! There WAS not 1 bassinet on the plane!! Terrible check in staff in Miami...can barely communicate in English (for AER LINGUS!!)...they did not know their own luggage allowance policy...had difficulties to check in a lap infant."

Voordelen: "Best meals I've ever had. Front facing sleepers are easier to sleep in than the diagonal configuration."
Nadelen: "Connections within Europe have no business class. It is actually a worse experience than Air France and Lufthansa."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "Munich Airport is very easy to get around, very nice duty free shops with nice clerks. Check in at Aer Lingus was OK, we waited about 1 hour."
Nadelen: "We were randomly seated in the emergency row #1. Awful uncomfortable place to sit without leg room, especially for someone with long legs, like myself! When I asked if we could be moved, answer was a quick "no"."
Nadelen: "The aircraft was old. The flight attendants were disinterested. The seats were terribly uncomfortable."
Voordelen: "The boarding was very efficient and overall the staff was very nice."
Nadelen: "Seat reclining are horrible. No space to eat, read or enjoy the entertainment. Seat cushioning not existent, and food quality is poor."
Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, the crew was friendly and the food was okay."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "The snack at end of 8 hour flight was a fajita (good), but no soft drink offered with it, just tea or coffee."
Voordelen: "The stewards and stewardesses kept a cheery attitude and tried their best to deal with the customer complaints and the constant need of attention of people whose entertainment units didn't work."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, I was the unlucky one and had the broken tv and remote set for the entirety of the plane. About 1 in every 3 people however were experiencing issues with their video or audio and had to have their sets rebooted multiple times. This was mainly due to it just being a very old plane and the systems not working anymore. As one of the stewardesses said, she can reboot it, but shes not an engineer. It is majorly time for them to update their interiors."

Nadelen: "The checking in process was very difficult on The day prior to the flight. In fact, was rather impossible. My daughterwad on the phone for hours with this. The flight was with Art Lingua, couldn't use BAW, kayak, or ARE LINGUS. Very frustrating."

Voordelen: "The people who worked at the front desk and boarding desk were very friendly and met my needs. As I asked to sit up front and they got me seats by aisle in the front. The beef stew were good"
Voordelen: "From Brussels to Dublin, we had a good flight. The air hostess was attentive enough and the cabin comfort was excellent."
Nadelen: "That we can't even have a cup of coffee without having to pay 3 euros. I thought that was outrageous."
