Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "Seat in front was broken (did not hold in place reclining) and my seat was broken too. I was able to change seat but 2 seats broken in consecutive rows is not good as it makes you think what else may be broken and what kind of accidents could occur if seats are not even checked by crew."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Delays in Nice led to a narrow window for connection. More than ten people were left behind - doors practically closed in our faces - and Lufthansa was wholly unhelpful in rescheduling flights. Lines to speak with agents were absurd and then attendants had to take breaks instead of resolve issues. There were no solutions offered, only poor communication and an unwillingness to accommodate a significant number of customers who were inconvenienced. Finally, a "random inspection" led to a handful of passengers being surveyed by the German local police. Interestingly, a number of us were Hispanic Americans. The whole experience was extremely negative."

Nadelen: "It would be helpful for short people to be able to adjust the head rest lower on the seat. More recent released movies would be helpful. More leg room. Not charging more money to choose seats."

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nadelen: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Nadelen: "We did not get two of baggage at the destination."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

Et je n ai pas pu monter dans le vol!!! Je n ai recu aucun message avant le vol. J ai perdu un week end avec mon mari que je ne vois jamais car il vit a l autre bout du monde."

We did not get the reason for the delay until nearly 2 hours after the scheduled departure time. Then, when a new plane was assigned. The boarding agents were rude. The flight attendant was rude."

Voordelen: "Dear American, stop lying to your passengers stating that the flights are full, when in fact, they are not. Customers are willing to pay for upgrades but you give them no way to do so."

Nadelen: "I paid $70 for a seat upgrade, and it showed on my boarding pass as “EXIT” (exit aisle) with 6 inches of extra legroom when I purchased the upgrade in London. By the time I arrived in Dallas, the “EXIT” indicator on my boarding pass disappeared. When I boarded the plane there was no extra legroom and row 16 was not an exit row: rows 14 and 15 were. I endured a less comfortable trip, and now have to go through the pain and effort to get a refund. Good luck to me..."

Voordelen: "I didnt like anything about it"
Nadelen: "American knew it had a problem and never resolved it - delaying our flight by minutes every few minutes - we had 38 text messages indicating a change. In addition the crew "aged out" so we had to get a second crew - waited for that. the first plane had a mechanical, the second plane had a mechanical - more lengthy delays then finally the last plane was fine - but was again delayed by yet another hour for a total of 7 hours delay. Our compensation? Non existent."

Nadelen: "First of all, this flight was not good; that was my rating for the first leg of CLE to DFW. DFW to SJC was a disaster due to weather and multiple equipment changes. Overall the flight was delayed 7 hours, from 4:50pm to 11:40pm. I opted to reschedule for the following morning -- and that flight ended up being delayed for an hour due to equipment changes and mechanical issues. Door-to-door I spent 30 hours getting from CLE to SJC."

Voordelen: "The flight was very short compared with LHR to LAX, so, I don't have much to say about it."

Airline made no concessions for travelers knowing that some were just doing a simple trip and those others whose journey was very long. Narrow seats added to stress and discomfort. Airline policy seemed to be "Give me the money and I will deliver you safely. Period" Humanity seems to be last on airline list. Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

Voordelen: "The flight boarded really quickly with absolutely excellent service from the flight crew. The pilots and crew were so considerate, and helpful. They totally took care of all of us. From the time I got on to the flight to the time I got off the crew were there to make sure I was taken care of."

Nadelen: ""Parked" on tarmac for 25 minutes waiting to leave LAX. Arrived half an hour late"

Nadelen: "This flight transfer was totally ridiculous, and required me to exit security, take a bus, get through security again, take another bus, and then wait in a crappy gate with one single terrible food option. Whoever thinks this is a reasonable transfer ought to be subjected to it themselves before booking it for others."

Voordelen: "I had a family member enter the hospital 5 hours before take off. I got a full refund, even though I didn't have trip insurance."

Voordelen: "The plane was brand new and the crew were very nice. Entertainment system was well-done with good selection of movies. Even unedited movies!! Great."
Nadelen: "The plane was delayed for a half hour before it was marked as "delayed" and then it was delayed another half hour. If I had known it was going to be an hour late I would've been able to eat a proper dinner. They seemed to be out of every normal drink on the drink cart."

Voordelen: "The plane was a newer Boeing 738 plane and has AC power outlet at every seat. However I was not able to use their in-flight movie channel on my tablet since there were too many users."
Nadelen: "I am an Executive Platinum member and normally should get a meal even in economy. It was not offered on this flight. The crew didn't have a friendly attitude."

Voordelen: "I missed my previous flight, and even before that my day was going pretty bad. I was quickly routed to the desk to get a replacement ticket, and even though the flight was oversold, they had me wait around until the plane was ready to take off. A couple minutes after they shut the door of the boarding bridge, I was called and told to follow one of them. It turns out a couple of people were headed to the right city in the wrong country."

Nadelen: "The flight was continuously delayed and ultimately cancelled. There weren't a lot of connecting flights until much later the next day, and the customer service was fair at best."

Nadelen: "Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers."

Nadelen: "Transfer time in Lisbon"

Nadelen: "Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together."

Voordelen: "We upgraded to first class and everything was perfect!!"

Nadelen: "We had to take a bus from the gate to the plane, which is fine. But we stood on the bus at the gate for 10 minutes after it was completely full before it finally drove to the plane. Then when we were just outside the plane we had to wait again for several minutes before they would let us off."

Voordelen: "The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines."
Nadelen: "The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline."

Nadelen: "Mon repas et celui de certains passagers venait d’une enseigne du lounge de l’aeroport Exki: un but de baguette dur comme pas possible donc je l’ai touché avec de la confiture, du beurre et un muffin pas du tout frais..."

Nadelen: "J ai du paye 120 euros au guichet d enregistrement pour 1 bagage en soute alors que sur lors de l'achat il m a semble avoir droit a 1 bagage. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Impossible to use a laptop for a 1m80 big guyin the middle seat: seats are soooo narrow"

Nadelen: "at check-in agent said we did not have coverage on our ticket for our 2 -50lb bags dispite informing her that we were covered and had no problem on our arriving flight to Portugal - we had to pay 196 Euros or leave our bags in Portugal Additionally we had ordered a wheelchair to assist my wife to the gate - which we also had our arriving flight - agent said she had no record of it. She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Voordelen: "the food was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Nice to have blanket and pillow provided."
Nadelen: "leg room was about average, but still tight. Very few airlines provide enough leg room these days."

Nadelen: "Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone."

Nadelen: "I did all my research when I booked my flight. Nowhere did it tell me I was booking a discount flight. I had to pay extra for my bag on a long international flight, which I make frequently. Absolutely misleading an unjust. I feel cheated, I will never fly Air Portugal again and I will warn all my colleagues in the travel and tourism industry that I work about the disgrace I felt as a passenger with Air Portugal. It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing. Very professional, kind, and accommodating."
Nadelen: "The boarding check-in person was confusing. Anyone that didn't speak Spanish got in the wrong line. They didn't announce that there were two lines, one for A and one for B. So we were mistakenly directed to stand in the line for a Madrid flight, when we were going to Lisbon. They made the last minute call only in Spanish, so we all almost missed the flight. The landing was a bit rough with crosswinds."

Nadelen: "On m’a forcé à mettre mon bagage en soute en m’assurant que le’ vol était complet. En me baladant pendant le vol. J’ai vu près d’une dizaine de place de libre..."
