(I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."

Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "The entertainment program is a bit slim, to my taste - but I'm not a big consumer of inflight movies, as I prefer to get more sleep when I fly. When compared to the entertainment program on Singapore Airlines, for example, Austrian's own can't really compete."

Nadelen: "The website is a horror, particularly from an iPad. Trying to web checkin was an arduous battle. Obviously the consumer is the least important factor in the lack of managing the product. I avoid Austrian for that simple reason. Crew polite. Pilot informative."
Nadelen: "My flight to JFK on August 31 was cancelled. And they didn't provide me ticket same day. They gave ticket for next day. I had problems at work and other issues because of that."

Nadelen: "There was no space. Even though I wore compression socks and got up to walk frequently, my legs were bruised as I could not stretch out for any extended time. The seats are cramped and you are in one position. The flight was almost 9 hours and it was too much for me."
Voordelen: "This is one of the most comfortable flights that I undertook this year - I have done more than 20 flights this year."

Nadelen: "I was very disappointed with Austrian airlines. I was not able to pick my own seat even after I checked in and the actual seats on the plane were extremely small and uncomfortable. This made it impossible for me to enjoy mi flight. A 5'6' person should not have any issues but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Nadelen: "Seats not to comfortable. Boarding was a mess because they let families with children together with business class passenger and this creates confusing at the gate. There's no entertainment really...but I guess that's not important for such a short time."

Nadelen: "My flight had been rescheduled without my knowledge. Therefore, I had to rush to the gate to make the flight."

Voordelen: "The ground staff at Zagreb were trying to be helpful but couldn't or wouldn't really do much."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by at least 2 hours causing me to miss my connection in Vienna and the ground staff at the airport was trying to rebook to me on a later flight but for some reason, that didn't happen and I was told to get it fixed there."
Voordelen: "It was the first flight with Austrian. A great service, food, on-time departures. Next trip i'll look for Austrian flight"
Nadelen: "no leg room............."
Nadelen: "A321 boarding/unboarding through a single door is always a disaster. No real food. Lots of very loud pointless announcements. No report of actual flight time (which is available to the pilots). All in all a very poor flight."
Nadelen: "I can’t rate it is it left without us"
Nadelen: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"
Nadelen: "A cup of water given anywhere else for free was not provided. There was no entertainment. The plane was old and seats very uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "The attendants were not very attentive and I eventually had to ask for a customs form since I never received one. I feel like long international flights should offer food without having to pay for it, whether or not it is a "discount" airline."

Nadelen: "Being told that we could not bring cabin luggage on board with us when there were empty seats and luggage space around us."

Nadelen: "The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all."

Voordelen: "Hospitality, patience, and efficiency. Everything was clean, the food was warm and tasty. the employees were kind and polite all the time. The technology functioned flawlessly. The standard seats were a bit tight but manageable."
Nadelen: "One of the shows I started watching on had one episode. Handmade tail?"
Voordelen: "They took invalid information from my travel records which resulted in my passport from 2006 being on my ticket for 2017. Aside from not helping me getting on the plane, and or another connection, they proceeded to tell me after the fiasco that they are in no way elligble to refund anyone and are a 3rd party, therefore not liable. $700 and its not there fault. They just pushed all the paperwork"
Nadelen: "The fact that no one in this company is liable or helpful in tge slightest after they have your money"
Nadelen: "The service was aweful. Right from getting my ticket, to getting served on the flight. Staff needs major improvement."

Nadelen: "Boarding was very unorganized. It was difficult to understand the groups that were supposed to board. Overal check in process took too long. I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."

Nadelen: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Voordelen: "For a long haul, Iberia's standard class was fine and the seat actually had more room than I expected (having flown them in Europe). One flight attendant was AWESOME and helped me out when my gluten-free meal didn't arrive. I would say she went from ok to friendly so maybe not AWESOME but compared to the other flight attendants who weren't friendly at all, she was good."
Nadelen: "1. My gluten-free meal didn't arrive. AA pulled the same nonsense when I went from LAX to LHR. It is pretty infuriating. 2. My entertainment screen failed about 1/2 way through the flight. I came prepared but it was still annoying. 3. I pre-paid for a seat which was a hassle because the transaction failed with a cryptic message online and I had to call. When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."
Nadelen: "The plane was absolutely freezing. It was so uncomfortable. And no leg room whatsoever. I couldn't even cross my legs."
Voordelen: "Quick flight - the staff was great and prompt for boarding. They were really accommodating and friendly. The seats were comfy although small. I feel asleep numerous times with no problem, lol."
Nadelen: "There were no negatives with this flight. I felt it matched the pricing and what I expected."
Voordelen: "The very friendly and competent attendant. He deserves 5 stars, working alone in cramped conditions."
Nadelen: "Narrowness of aisle and seats. Minimal legroom and an average person had to bend to get in and out of seats."

Voordelen: "Very good food overall. Picking up utensils a little slow. Good coffee. Lavatories were accessible at all times. I was able to get aisle seat without a hassle. Good movie selection l. Movie quality itself was disappointing l."

Nadelen: "Check in gave my wife 2 seats on Madrid to Dusseldorf flight plus 1 for myself. On connecting flight from Dusseldorf to San Francisco she only gave a boarding pass to my wife so we had to scramble when we got to Dusseldorf to have AirBerlin resolve the issue."

While the plane and crew were great, between Madrid andBoston we were severely bitten by bugs - probably a kind of gnat. I was bitten on the face and arms and my wife was bitten on the face and neck. We are still covered. This has caused us much discomfort (including welts) well as cost to ensure these bugs did not come home with us."

It was one of the smoothest journeys we have ever had from leaving our hotel to getting home and TAP featured highly in this. Nadelen: "If I have to be picky I would ask that the crew on board speak more slowly when providing inflight information, particularly when English is not their first language as us oldies have difficulty understanding what is being said."

Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note."

I did not receive an option to pay for my luggage when I purchased my ticket and could not find information on TAP's page about luggage fees."

Next flight available was not for over 8 hrs later that day. Rude and not helpful employees. No gate announcement when flight was then delayed. Most American size carry one do not fit in overbooked head and was forced to gate check."

I understand fully the imperatives for security, However it would be nice if there were some way to signal passengers that they might want to get to the gate early...... Fortunately I'd experienced it before (same flight out of Lisbon) and knew there was a good chance of a repeat...."

Nadelen: "Turbulence was pretty bad, but I can't fault the airline for that. Food was typical plane food, but they did cancel the second meal due to turbulence. At the end of a 9 hour flight I was starving by the time we landed. Constant updates over the loud speaker by the pilot and stewardess got annoying; felt like every 20-30 minutes and saying the same thing, and saying it in 3 different laugages."
Voordelen: "It was nice to get a snack and the crew was nice."
Nadelen: "I don't like how they do boarding. There is no organization, There was a big group and then when they were calling my rows you had to get past many people ahead of you. The other problem is when we disembarked the plane, we took a bus and then were dropped off in an area that was very far from the baggage area. We walked and walked and there were no bathrooms, walked through all these high end shops and no bathroom available til you got to the baggage area."
Voordelen: "The airplane (A-330): the flight was very smooth, the entertainment system is top notch."
Nadelen: "Lisbon airport is a disaster. I almost missed my connection. Had to beg to be given priority, which was granted at the very last possible minute. Had to literally run to the gate."

Nadelen: "I didn't receive a headset for my first flight, though I did on the return. Also, I couldn't turn the monitor off, which made it impossible to sleep."

Voordelen: "Not sure if it was the US customs control, but boarding the plane took 2 hours, with a second security check and pat down and then a bus out to the plane by terminal 1 from terminal 2. Whole process of waiting and dealing with extra security dragged the boarding way longer than necessary. Rest of the flight was fine."
Voordelen: "Everything except the lack of space was quite agreeable though the food was exceptionally unremarkable."
Nadelen: "I am 6'1 which is not even thaaaaat tall and there was NO way to stretch out in the seat even with the center seat empty. I have literally never been on an airline with such tiny seats. I will always look forward to a TAP flight with trepidation, and I'm not even going to think about flying TAP on an intercontinental flight. It's a pity, because otherwise it's not a half bad airline."
