Not enough staff at check-in gate. Very slow moving line. Flight crew was great. Everyone of the staff were very nice and helpful.

There was so much leg room and the seats were comfortable. Additionally, the food was very good.

No bag drop in Malaga Aerport big disappointment

The flight was great. Check in was pure torture. Three hours in a barely moving line with one person working the check in line. Then more of the same at security. The flight was delayed for an hour, waiting for passengers in the barely moving lines. Totally unacceptable.

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

No food nor entertainment, so the survey needs an n/a choice. One hour flight, but water or coffee/tea would have been nice. Tall people were cramped.

You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time"

The kiosk attendant was rude, the security people were rude...the list goes on. I don’t know know who to blame, but wow. No one was able to help me at all. No one lifted a finger. What a nightmare."

Nadelen: "It's a little discouraging to see the flight attendants asleep in the back of the plane. The flight was 7 hours in the daylight. I know that crews can't be flown for more than 8 hours in a day, so it shouldn't be too much to ask the attendants to stay awake during a 7 hour flight."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Nadelen: "The reclining function on several seats were broken. There were no ports to charge electronics while onboard. Very skimpy on giving out water. Had to ask several time for water as they would only give one itty bitty glass of water at a time. For an international flight this is unacceptable."

Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Overall there are too many duplicate security checks at every airport. If BWA would load first class, then bulkhead since there’s no place to store bags, then start at the back of ate airplane, it would go smoother and there would be bins for everyone. The GF meals were not very good.

L’organisation de manière générale est rassurante, le personnel agréable. Le confort des sièges sur les longs courriers pourraient largement être amélioré…
