Nous ont menti tout le long en disant juste du retard. Lorsque j'ai reçu un email d'aeromexico indiquant le vol annulé ils ont alors reconnu que le vol était bien annulé. Ils nous ont tous rebooké sur un vol le lendemain à 8h30 et déposé dans un hôtel à 22h pour venir nous chercher à 6h. Au réveil nouveau mail f'aeromzxico indiquant que le nouveau vol est décalé à 9h45. À l'aéroport au check-in on nous assure que ce nouveau vol à bien lieu. Pourtant en salle d'embarquement encore une fois aucune porte n'est affichée. Après de longues discussion on apprend qu'il y a un pb pour notre vol, il n'y a pas de pilote ni d'avion. Au final nous avons réussi à embarquer sur un autre vol. La compagnie Aeromexico est à éviter, leur contrat indiqué qu'ils peuvent annuler un vol et ne pas respecter les horaires sans aucune compensation financière."

Voordelen: "From the boarding process all the way to arrival it was a great experience overall. Brand new planes with free up to date movies. The economy seats truly recline (to what i was very surprised) and the food was pretty good."

Nadelen: "Unfortunately, I was not able to go on this trip because I recently found out I am pregnant and the risk due to the current Zika virus makes traveling out of the question. Aeromexico was NOT understanding at all. Their only offer was a 1 year voucher from the time I purchased my ticket. I purchased my ticket in October 2015 (before the Zika outbreak and before being pregnant) and I will still be pregnant in October 2016 so that voucher is completely useless to me. I basically lost $900. Even though I repeatedly tried to explain my situation to customer service and had a letter from my doctor it didn't matter they just repeated their voucher line over and over. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase airline tickets from Aeromexico again and that is a real shame for them because I have a timeshare in Mexico which I plan on enjoying with my growing family for years to come."

Nadelen: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Nadelen: "After we had to turn around to BOS because of a technical issue with the plane, the customer server was really unhelpful! I ended up figuring out a completely other flight, through another airline and booked myself on that flight. I worked with this Airline almost an hour to get myself on it and then it seems that it took TAP Portugal that hour PLUS SOME to suggest alternate flights to other stranded passengers."

Nadelen: "The plane was making the strangest noises!! Something with the landing gear perhaps? Very high pitched noise. Also, the boarding was horrendous. No warning of the fact that we would have such a long trek to the airplane and in the rain, no less. However, I was grateful that we ended up taking a larger plane to accommodate all of the luggage. But then the stewardess had to spray something in the air around the bins, I found that to be very strange."

Nadelen: "The men who were working the boarding were absolute brutes. Rude, hostile, completely unprofessional. Treated many people horribly and then acted smugly upon boarding."
Nadelen: "Oph, I wish I had better things to say about this airline! The person who signed us in for our first flight did so as a "no show" (we didn't know this at the time). That flight was delayed (they didn't have enough room in the plane for luggage and were scrambling to put things below). Once we arrived in at our second location, we sprinted through the airport but arrived at our gate with 10 minutes to spare only to be told that the entire flight was full and that we were not able to board. We asked- how this was possible? We are here on time, we have booked our tickets months ahead of time, and there is no one else here at the gate... it made absolutely no sense. All the staff people did was shrug their shoulders and said that they couldn't help us and that we had to go to the transfer station. My friend and I were upset- by missing our flight we were losing our last night in Barcelona, seeing our friends, etc. before heading back to the United States. Once we got to the transfer station, we were even more confused and upset however, because the staff person there told us that in fact our seats were available and that there was no reason why were not allowed on the flight. However, she shrugged her shoulders and told her that there was nothing that she could do. She offered us a $10 meal card, booked us for the next flight 3 hours later (which put us in Barcelona late at night, way too late to see the city or our friends), and offered us absolutely no help in getting a refund. We asked to see the supervisor and after waiting another half an hour he came out and told us the story about how the staff person in Marrakesh put us as "no shows." This was a complete system failure, however he offered us no refund, no support, beyond telling us to go on the website and filling out a form. Once we got internet, we tried to get to the form- link broken. We called the help line, and after waiting another 20 minutes, we got connected to a woman who said that she couldn't help us- we had to go to the transfer service desk and fill out a paper form there or the electronic contact form. It seemed that every person had been well trained in how to pass clients from one system to another, to see if we would get too tired to file our complaints. No one has taken responsibility for this abysmal failure of the system, no one has apologized, and no one has offered any reimbursement beyond a meal ticket. I highly recommended that people pay an extra $20 for an airline where people are properly trained in how to use their computer systems, where they won't lie to your face, and where they may have a system where complaints and be properly filed and responded to. I have no idea how TAP Portugal is still in business."

Nadelen: "Tasted bad, unsanitary. I found a hair and the food just looks like something I would give my dog."
Voordelen: "Left late but made up time and landed ahead of schedule. Seat was large and comfortable. All personnel were efficient, helpful and courteous."
Nadelen: "Did not like the food. One small, not so good tuna sandwich. Ugh!!!"
Voordelen: "The attention was great, cordial and polite, was right on time, the movies current and good, I enjoyed the food too.i will fly TAP again for sure."

Nadelen: "I didn't receive a headset for my first flight, though I did on the return. Also, I couldn't turn the monitor off, which made it impossible to sleep."

Voordelen: "A stewardess named Rita warmly engaged me; when I told her I'm interested in becoming a flight attendant after college, she took the time (that she could have napped) to explain all the perks and downsides of the job, and patiently answered all my questions. I told her I'll be a day camp counselor in Istanbul for young children, she gave me extra kids toy packets from the plane for them. She wrote me a personalized itinerary to check out in Lisbon covering my nerdy and Jewish interests, and extra snacks. She made my flight a fabulous one! Also, great entertainment choices and I love the red blanket!"
Nadelen: "The crew was an hour late, so we left later and landed later than planned. Additionally, we weren't informed that our suitcases go to final destination. We had to wait over an hour for them to be brought to us in Lisbon. We had plans in Lisbon for Friday morning and they were all ruined. It would be helpful if Kayak or TAP Portugal informed customers where their luggage will be when we make plans to stay in Lisbon for a weekend. The USB outlet didn't work. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but I was in Economy so my expectations weren't high. I was disappointed there were no kosher or vegetarian/vegan options. Apparently I have to order 48 hours ahead... but this time I booked my flight less than two days before."
Voordelen: "Some of the crew members were kind and helpful."
Nadelen: "My TAP Portugal flight on June 13th from Boston to Lisbon and then to Madrid was cancelled after having the passengers deplane twice. I was sent to a hotel (due to mechanical problems on the pane). The hotel was 25 minutes away (this is driving at 4:30 in the morning). It took an hour to return to the airport 5 hours later (at 11 am.). My flights returning to Boston were delayed the first for an hour, the second for an hour and a half. TAP Portugal clearly has significant organizational issues to resolve. I will never fly TAP Portugal again, and I will suggest to all my family and friends to do the same. My flight was not cheap ( a fact that I willingly accepted) but to have such an awful experience is unacceptable."

Nadelen: "I can't believe they don't keep a spare vegetarian meals on board. Even bread and cheese is fine but they say you have to let them know 48hrs before and when you check-in we can't make that arrangement. So if you are a vegetarian you are screwed."

Nadelen: "The only complaint is that there was no screen to watch something, had I wanted to. Not a big deal, as I was asleep most of the trip."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and it is the only direct option to get from Europe to Bolivia. I had to rebook my dates and the attention of Air Europe for this was Excellent!"

Voordelen: "going to Madrid flight was delayed, no body said anything, not one was at the from desk to answer the question about the delayed."
Nadelen: "Flight was over 1,2 hours late leaving MAD, causing me to miss my Cancun connection and costing me over $300.00 in hotel bills and re-booking fees. This alone trumps any positive aspects of the flight."
Nadelen: "Do not offer connections with less than two hours, Madrid Airport is busy and complicated....there is no room for mistakes or little delays when layover is less than two hours."

Nadelen: "Hardly any water given and no food pretty lame. Seats were also to close together"
Voordelen: "Plane was comfortable and brand new . Crew was very helpful"

Nadelen: "Delayed. No transparency. Not a single detail with the passengers despite waiting for 2 hours at the airport."

Voordelen: "Very little to like about the trip. As a very experienced traveller the trip to MAD was not pleasing. It appeared that crew attitudes reflect unacceptable monitoring and control by Air Auropa management of crew performance and equipment maintenance..The unworkable entertainment system failed ti entertain. No major delay. Able to meet connections."
Nadelen: "MVD to MAD leg. At meal times crew did not request passenger to sit their seats upright. Crew sleeping in the 2 seats in front of us had seats back total time of trip. It was very difficult to eat meats with the seat back in front of us. Hit in the face by crew member forcing seat back rapidly on change of crew rest period. Curtains of crew rest area encroached into my seat area. It was annoying, colostrophobic and unacceptable . One male member of the crew, when serving drinks at meal time mumbled Ïdiotö¨. I assumed he was referring to me. At breakfast time we were ignored when drinks were served. The entertainment system was unusable. It was apparent that the system was mal functioning and needs replacing. . I spoke to the head attendant and relayed our concerns. I was refused a visit from the captain in order to express pour concerns."

Nadelen: "Seats too close together. No power jacks. No entertainment."

Voordelen: "Our seats were comfortable. The crew was kind. The flight was very smooth."
Nadelen: "The water and juice were hot. The coffee was not good, it didn't had coffee flavor. The ice was very poor. The lights were on the whole flight, we couldn't rest at any time."
Nadelen: "The web page didnt work The app for ios didn't work. The line at barajas airport was huge, a lot of annoyed people and just 4 counters.. Really?! Plane was delayed beacause of this. Never again"

Voordelen: "The flight I took before for 8hrs with air Europa was better. This one smelled I think because of a baby on board. It was hot and very crammed to be stuck there 9hrs straight"
Nadelen: "The service was not that good either nor the food"
Voordelen: "Everything except some flight attendants needs to brush up on their customer service skills with English speaking customers"
Nadelen: "One flight attendant pissed me off when I asked for more drinks n she ignored my request n walked away"
Voordelen: "Food was better than I remembered from my last trip with AirEuropa in 2010."
Nadelen: "Not related to the airline, but customs arriving in Miami was a horribly lengthy process. I guest that's the norm now a days."

Voordelen: "First of all the flight was delayed 3 hours due to plane arriving late from London. Once in the plane we had to wait another hour and a half. The plane is as old as any transatlantic plane can be, small seats, no personal entertainment, food was poor. Never flying with them again."
Voordelen: "Safe flight"
Nadelen: "Both flights were delayed (CUN/MAD and MAD/CUN), the space between seats are ridiculously small, entertainment almost absent (and they have the courage to charge 3 EUR per headphones), and the food was mediocre. In my opinion, the price difference is not enough to cover the bad services / products. (some times they are even more expensive than other airlines with much more service quality). If possible, I'm not willing to flight with them again..."
Voordelen: "Left late again. Baby cried in ur row (that we paid extra for), for 9 of the 9 1/2 hrs. Had to go ask for drinks . Seats too narrow. Too many people squeezed into plane."
