Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."
Voordelen: "The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Nadelen: "The layover in Madrid was too short. Because the first leg was slightly delayed, I missed the flight to my final destination. They ended up giving me a ticket which departed more than 12 hours after my arrival in Madrid (!). I had to go to the horrible inconvenience of wandering through the huge airport looking for their customer support desk, waiting in line, returning an hour or two later, and eventually getting myself a standby ticket on an earlier flight. I still ended up in the airport for about 4-6 hours. They provided a coupon for a free lunch, and there was a lounge to stay in, but for a transatlantic flight, adding an extra 4-6 hours was really bad."

Voordelen: "The crew in Madrid was extremely helpful. We almost missed our flight because of traffic getting to the airport but they were able to help us check-in quickly and get our bags on board. We were honestly impressed by their efforts as we were very late. In addition the plane was comfortable and the entertainment offerinand were great. For such a long flight it barely felt that way."

Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Nadelen: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Nadelen: "Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"
Voordelen: "I was upgraded to business class which was very spacious and comfortable. The chair fully reclined and I was given a pillow and duvet. Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets."
Nadelen: "The food was just okay (only one option) and I had to ring the attendant to ask for water. There was no beverage service on a 7 hour flight and that seemed odd to me."
Voordelen: "Fell asleep for almost the whole 2.5 hour flight so I'm with it."

Nadelen: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Nadelen: "Plane left much later than it should have. Cramped, uncomfortable seats that barely had much padding. The worst part were the other passengers—about 30 or more kids (late teens or early twenties) who talked loudly throughout the entire redeye flight. Sleeping was impossible. They were never asked by the staff to quiet down."

Nadelen: "It was -4 degrees Celsius and we had to board the flight out on the tarmac (a bus had sent us from our gate). It kind of sucked because there was an inevitable mass of people on the stairway."

Nadelen: "If you are a tall person like me the the room between seats is poor so is not confortable"
Voordelen: "I managed to sleep almost the entire overnight flight. Passengers were silent and the crew were discrete so they didn't bother my sleep."
Nadelen: "The seats are getting smaller so me, with my 163cm of height, reach with my knees the seat in front of mine, and this is terribly uncomfortable in a 6h30min long flight. The basket in the back of that seat had spills of liquid (like Coke) and the documents (magazine and security) were in very bad state. The boarding and the take off were delayed, but this was compensated and we ended up arriving ahead of time."

Voordelen: "Not much to be honest, managed to change seats but had to wait like an hour to do so even though there was nobody seating there."
Nadelen: "Not happy, i had to pay 3 dollars for earplugs after spending nearly 500 dollars on the flight. I gave a guy 10 dollars and he told me that he was going to give me the change back... he gave me 5 dollars 1 hour later and never came back... 30 minutes later I had to ask him where was my change, he told me they didn't had any change. .. so i HAD to buy a chocolate bar even though i didn't want it.. how come they didn't had any kind of change in any tipe of currency, incredible. Everytime i asked for something it felt as if i was asking them the world, they made me feel like bad asking for stuff even though i needed them. I was travelling all day so i didn't manage to eat much so i was really hungry, i had one meal and i felt bad asking but i was too hungry not too so i asked another chicken meal, they told me they didn't had any or pasta or nothing. .. i had to say yes, instead of bringing an extra meal with salad bread dessert etc they just gave me the pasta... I'm like and where is the rest? Once again i had to stop them and aks for stuff they should give out in first place. . The movies selection really bad... 5/6 old movies to choose from, the earplugs i had to pay extra for and even spend more money for them, you had to move them million times because they would not work properly and when they did, the audio was horrible. The touchscreen would hardly work properly and the games, impossible. Not happy after all. :/"

Nadelen: "I made one big mistake. Forty minutes before boarding time in Madrid everyone starts lining up. I did too. It was a horrendously long line and we stood for a very long time. Of course when they began announcing the usual boarding order the whole line broke down completely."
