Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Nadelen: "United did not allocate to code share flight on correct date. I was rufused to be on the board at the ticket counter and ANA code share company ask to call to united 1-800 #. I missed the flight and ended up buying one way ticket from other air line with my own expense."

Nadelen: "Queued up with other Star Gold etc. customers (they have 2 queues, one for Diamond and one for other statuses). There's a sign on a pole. People queue up, then they swivel the pole round so I'm in the wrong queue now. Try to move, lose place in queue, they swivel it back the way it was... Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

Voordelen: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."

US airline flight attendants don’t even come close to this team that truly serviced the cabin for 8 hours continuously without the typical hiding in the back of the plane and chatting. Very encouraging that genuine care in the air is very much alive and well on Singapore Air! I will fly them every chance I get!"
Nadelen: "That my flight had to end and I know my next US airline flight won’t come close to this kind of experience! Air travel doesn’t have to be a cattle herding process with peanut treats on cross country flights - shame on the US carriers - I strongly suggest they fly Singapore Air to see what true customer service feels like!"

Voordelen: "Amazing, amazing service! Great food (including Hagen Daaz ice cream) and good choice of beverages. Lots of different entertainment choices. VERY clean and well maintained aircraft. Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Nadelen: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system is rather tired for today’s standard for first tier airlines, in particular the headphone jacks which may not work from wear & tear. It’s a hit & miss whether the sound works or not. Obviously mine didn’t on one side this time. Very frustrating if you are on a long flight and there’s nothing you can do if the flight is full."

Voordelen: "Everyone was cold asking for blankets it was freezing on that plane only major complaint, I love the airlines, the flight attendants are lovely and gracious, they really do try. Such a nice treat after flying United airlines all year!"

I am usually very quite and light on demands as i hardly hit call button on the seat to get any assistance, but during meal, I was asked about drink and I opted for Ginger ale. Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

Nadelen: "I asked for one of the crew to help me bring up my carry-on luggage, as i'm just recovering from a flu at that time. Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

Voordelen: "Nice airline with lots of room for a very long flight. Seats next to me were empty so I could lay down but unfortunately a bad respiratory illness prevented me from doing that. But still comfortable. Nice variety of food."

Nadelen: "Business class seating is not of international standard. Time to put upgraded accommodation in business class on this sector. I will not be flying this sector again with Qantas."

Voordelen: "Getting through airport at Sydney was nice and easy, and good overall at JFK."
Nadelen: "LAX was not an easy navigation from terminal to terminal, as there was little info provided in flight and a serious lack of good signage or information booths at the airport."

Nadelen: "Don't choose seats 9 A/B/C as there is a bulkhead and not window in this aisle (Boeing 737-800)"

Nadelen: "L'enregistrement n'était pas possible en ligne puis très long à l'aéroport. Nous avons eu 25 minutes de retard au décollage car cause d'un mauvais compte de bagages qu'il a donc fallu décharger puis recharger. Comme d'habitude, le système de divertissement était lent."

Voordelen: "Was able to quickly check in and get through security. The front counter staff were friendly and efficient. Minimal waiting to board."
Nadelen: "The plane was filthy. My seat was sticky and covered in what appeared to be food of some sort. Flight attendant wiped it off, but it wasn't clean by any means. The seat belts were twisted and had food and crud stuck to them. When I changed my clothes the next day, there was food and stains on my black pants from where I sat on the dirty seats."

Voordelen: "The Staff were friendly during the whole flight. Seats were really comfortable and good movie and song choices. Boarding was fast."
Nadelen: "The headphones looked quite dirty so I used my own. The breakfast meal was bad, especially putting in a hash brown that just gets soggy."

Voordelen: "Nothing. The very best parts were still mediocre"
Nadelen: "This flight was so uncomfortable. The seats were small, hard and crammed together. Qantas should be ashamed of making people deal with that on a 13+ hour flight. They kept waking us all up and in general staff could provide little"

Voordelen: "Nice crew. Nice food. Nice movies. Smooth ride"

Voordelen: "The Wide Body 747, the friendliness of the Crew. The Food and Entertainment was Excellent Embarking and Disembarking was Fast and Orderly"

Voordelen: "Overall everything was great, flights were on time, boarded efficiently, staff very friendly."
Nadelen: "I think the service of offering passengers to order their food online prior to the flight is nice, but in practice is inefficient and frustrating at service time. We chose not to order in advance as we didn't know what we wanted. I was annoyed and frustrated to have to wait for the crew to go to and fro with meals and drinks to the pre-ordered customers before being offered our meal. I imagine that if the entire flight preordered their meal, it was also not work so well..."

Nadelen: "Delayed Boarding and they didn't say anything."

Voordelen: "Le lounge au départ de SAMUI, accessible aux classes eco, la place raisonnable pour les jambes? Et le repas chaud, comprenant jus d'orange, eau, café ou thé, crevettes au curry avec riz, dessert et fruitS sur un vol de 1h05.erci Bàgkok Airways,"

Voordelen: "Dinner on a 1 hr flight! Unheard of in US in coach."
Nadelen: "Small seats (but same as our 13hr United flight from SYdney to Sam Francisco). Tolerable on 1hr flight."

Nadelen: "Was seated in the center section and after getting settled and buckled in I kept smelling vomit and realized the seatbelt had dried vomit all over it. I couldn't get the flight attendant to help and finally got their attention and was told they couldn't do anything until after we were in the air. I was moved away from my family to another center seat. The flight had many open seats and we should have been kept together."
