They spoke great English and ensured me and my husband sat together during our 15 hr flight to Vietnam.! They had so many options on new movies and music that helped pass the time. The food was very tasty as well as there snacks and drinks! The entire staff were helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will always fly with ANA when returning to ASIA."

There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Voordelen: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Nadelen: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Nadelen: "In cochin to Dubai flight , There was no space to put my carry on baggage, I ask the crew to find the place and put it, but one of the crew said there is a place in the front but she cant take it there, I told her if it is above my seat and close to my seat I don't mind to put , some body taken my space its your responsibility to find the place and put it. then she called her supervisor and the supervisor told me the bag is heavy for her, (the bag was only 7 kg). I have to take the bag all the way to front. The crew is very lazy and too much attitude, wont fly this flight any more."

Voordelen: "I thought the service on this flight was much better this time around; at least from where I was sitting. The attendants seemed to come around more often and there was a much better food selection for everyone involved. Overall, I found the flight to be safe, mostly comfortable, and the food was excellent."
Nadelen: "I had a family sitting next to me (I was in the aisle) and I felt that while the attendants were courteous and prompt in accommodating me, they all but ignored the people in the middle seats. I had to keep asking them on the attendant's behalf if they needed anything before they rushed on by. At one point the father told me that he was getting better service from me than the attendants. Also, one of the TV screens didn't work in one of the middle seats so the family had to do a switcharoo with their little one after they got settled so their son could have the working screen. I personally found that it was very difficult to recline my seat - I really had to quite literally put my back into it to get it to click into the reclining position."

Voordelen: "Customer service is excellent as usual. The plane is very well outfitted and modern. You can generally trust the Cathay standard. The pilots are good, and even though departure may have been delayed, we arrived ahead of schedule."
Nadelen: "I didn't prefer the premium economy section. Uncomfortable. I'd rather pay the fare for a cheaper economy seat, that is equally uncomfortable. It's terrible to start charging people for small, petty things like choosing one's seat."

Nadelen: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."

Nadelen: "Flight is an hour delayed ☹️. I don’t like the fact that u can’t choose ur own seat online"

Voordelen: "The service from start to finish was superb. The flight to Hong Kong had the on board attendants at full service the whole journey. Blankets and pillows were supplied as standard and plenty of complimentary food. There was a genuine sense that the on board attendants wanted you to be as comfortable as possible."
Nadelen: "I can't think of anything really. Perhaps the seats could have slightly more leg room but hey. What can you expect from economy."

Nadelen: "Delayed flight and promised me in Chicago and in Flight that the plane in Hong Kong would wait. Now I am sitting inside the Airport waiting until morning to fly out. I will never fly with them again. LIARS!"

Nadelen: "When the crew in the terminal begins moving the economy class passengers in the aircraft its all a mess. Passengers with seats in the front and the middle are blocking the hallway of the aircraft which force the passengers with seats at the end waiting with a long line.The Cathay flight from NY to HKG handle in a much better manner. They let the passengers with seats at the end go in the aircraft first so that these passengers will never blocking the hallway or making any long line.Hope the flight to New York can improve in this aspect."

Nadelen: "Cabin crew was poor in English communication skill. I remain skeptical how the cabin crew could effectively communicate to passengers in the case of an in-flight or ground emergency. Pillow covers were filthy. There were body fluid stains and long hairs stuck to the covers. I went through and rejected four of them. Inflight service was good but there was an unwritten Cathay Pacific rule that I was not aware of.........each passenger is restricted to two alcohol beverage drinks in any one hour period."

Voordelen: "Hospitality was good. PRO was excellent."
Nadelen: "Jain Vegetarian Food was not satisfactory. It requires improvement."

Voordelen: "Usual Cathay high standards - which is what one expects."
Nadelen: "Older A330 for short haul so not lie flat seats. Older IFE. Food, oddly, not great today (unusual for Cathay)."

Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Nadelen: "Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight."

Voordelen: "Good, in-flight entertainment"
Nadelen: "There must be a way for crew to intervene and help parents with screaming infants or disruptive children. The flight noise/comfort was miserable"

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Nadelen: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Voordelen: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."
Nadelen: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

Voordelen: "I am a frequent flyer with swiss airline. Amazing crew, boarding, taking off and landing is on time if not a little earlier. However, I was quite disappointed with the enertainment package and food."

Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Voordelen: "Best food and attention that I've had on an airline in 20 years. Really. I was telling a friend today, Swiss Air started with drinks, gave us a Parisian baguette sandwich, gave us a healthy breakfast of yoghurt warm croissant butter jam orange juice, drinks again, and several passengers surrounding me got special attention, one woman with a baby, a disabled person, and a teenager that was 6'5" was relaocated by the flight attendant without him even asking to a bulkhead seat for more comfort. You don't see this kind a attention to detail on any US flights or US airlines, so I noticed it. It was as if I was traveling back in the 70's or 80's when Airlines would compete for our dollars with their service. I mentioned to my friend that if I had a choice and Swiss Air was one of the choices, I'd choose Swiss Air over any other airline."

Nadelen: "Crew was slow to pick up dishes and trash after meals. Passenger in front of me reclined seat leaving little room for me to watch the video screen or read."

Nadelen: "Was sent through two redeem security screenings. In Zürich. I doubt this was the airline's fault but it had been a very early morning and it was challenging to remain patient."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Voordelen: "It was a good short flight, with good service"

Nadelen: "not enough leg room with black metal boxes where our feet should go! food was discraceful, especially coming from italy, the calzome was an insult. i dont expect gourmet, but this was inedible. the rest of the meal was also not good. seats were visibly discolored because old and icky. old plane, really loud engine background noise. . . staff seemed unhappy. I think as a rule that if the staff notices some uncourteous person reclining completely in coach and there is someone behind them, especially if it is a person with longer legs, that they might nicely suggest to that reclining person that they are rude and should recline less. the staff on this plane did nothing of the sort for several violators of this type"
