The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

Nadelen: "You need more time to make the connection in Zurich from domestic to international.....very rushed to do in less than one hour...."

Nadelen: "I booked two tickets but could not pick seats for my partner. We ended up in bad seats next to the bathroom."

Voordelen: "Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers."
Nadelen: "Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask."

Nadelen: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

But after Hurricane Irma, when I call them and ask for refund money for not having flight! ..They just simply lie !... like passengers don't show up. .just don't pay money! !! In this devastating time, that hepince in Florida! ...It's so shallow, not fair and not professional action, ether NOT RIGHT! !!....."

When I asked to help us get seats together flight attendants told us that I should ask passengers if they could switch seats. Apparently Lufthansa staff doesn’t ask passengers to do it."

Nadelen: "Our first flight out of Mykonos was delayed by a little so we had to run to our connection in Athens and my bag didn’t make it onto the plane. So now I’m in London, missing a dinner because I don’t have dress acceptable clothes, can’t go out and buy any because it’s too late on a Sunday. I am also going to miss my plans which were the only reason we came to London. as I do not have acceptable clothing to go out in tonight. So it was a waste of paying the flight to London, and our Airbnb in London."

Nadelen: "Very upset with airline. We arrived 1 hour and 15 mins before flight and was told they oversold our flight and gave away out tickets. That is illegal to do. I want a full refund for our 3 tickets. Our names are Bernard , Judith and Max Levin. We were suppose to leave at 5:30 am and arrive at 7:30 am. Instead, we lost the entire day and did not arrive until late afternoon . This is not right what the airline did to us. I want a refund from our credit card."

Voordelen: "The flight was fair, with no problems other than pushing and shoving getting aboard."
Nadelen: "The outrageous and unannounced baggage charge of $80! for two carry-on size suitcases which we were not permitted to carry on because of current weight limits."

Voordelen: "Boarding wasn't the most efficient, but when is it ever? I had never flown with Aegean but had to take two flights with them between Munich and Rome. Economy seating was very comfortable, the aircraft were attractive and immaculate, the crews were lovely and quick, and the food on both flights was shockingly good."
Nadelen: "My flights were short, but it would have been nice to have a movie on thr screens distributed throughout the plane."

Voordelen: "We were well looked after on both flights...My husband needed wheelchair assistance and the staff at Athens airport could not have been more helpful.."
Nadelen: "The actual booking for the flight was most confusing.I book flights on various other airlines and they seem more straight forward than Aegean .So much so I only found out the day before our flight that we had,nt booked our suitcases in and it needed a phone call to Athens to sort it out"

Voordelen: "The flight was completely full so they offered to check in the larger pieces of carry-on luggage for free. On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

Voordelen: "Snack served although it was a short flight , smiling and corteous flight crew ."
Nadelen: "Boarding process out of control after business and special need people went in . They need to have rules or enforce them if they do. Space between seat rows is tight , okay for short flights less than 2 hrs."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nadelen: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."
