It was an excellent service.

Not very helpful and courteous crew at the gate when they printed the ticket with assigned seat that I did not have yet. After waiting in line for a few minutes, they asked me to go back to them for help in a couple of minutes. Very confused! Extremely uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food was good, and the staff was very helpful and kind, but the TVs on the very last row on the left did not work at all the entire flight. Very disappointed.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Le vol était plaisant l’équipage professionnel rien à redire juste un peu plus de sourire ça et là..

Ce qui m'a deplu : les retards aux contrôles ont empêchés certains d'être à bord. Leurs bagages ont été retirés, et au final nous avons loupé notre correspondance FRA-Lyon de 10 mn, sans aucune solution alternative (2 jours de grève après; 16 et 17/09).

L'embarquement a été un peu désorganisé mais le voyage a été excellent à tous points de vue L'équipage, le confort et les services irréprochables ! Bravo à l'équipage Lufthansa (Munich -Montréal ) vous méritez toutes mes félicitations !!! ❤️

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Food can be better!the connection flight time was horrible, we had 1 hour to catch the next flight and the gates are so far from each other. We probably tour the whole Frankfurt airport! Thanks

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

The flight arrive to Sarajevo late and I was almost loosing the chance to catch my next flight to Dammam.

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Lufthansa can't handle the new challenges the pandemic brought. Next time I would do everything possible not to flight with them.

I think the site for the airline is buggy, as it was also an ordeal by trial-and-error to try to check in online. I also could not elect to check a bag during the on line check in process, which I know is sometimes an option. When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split."

Nadelen: "The boarding began with delay. The boarding call eas absent or hard to hear anyway. The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."

Nadelen: "First, they sent an email notification that our flight had delay for 2 hours. I went to the airport to checking my baggage and I looked on the departures board but I could my flight. I asked a lady who was helping people to find the right kiosk for checking but she said I don’t have your flight on my system. Again I went to the information desk at the airport but I was told your flight checking now is closed!,,, I was like WHAT?are you kidding? I told them it’s 2 hours before my flight take off, how it’s possible? Than she called someone and I was told yiou can checking at # counter. When I found the counter; I didn’t see any sigh by Croatia Airlines. Short story, I ended up to pay 40 euro for my 20 kg baggage’."

Nadelen: "plane personell come to plane 5 minutes after expected boarding time so all passengers should wait. I continue from Zagreb to Wiena and we should go again through security check :( there was long quene and very precisious guards so i came to gate 5 minutes before boarding ends."
Voordelen: "They delayed the departure so people could make the connection. I'd have been happy if it was me!"

Voordelen: "There was nothing impressive about the flight. Croatian airlines where great!!! Condor airlines sucked!!!!!"
Nadelen: "This review is only regaurding Condro airlines, Croatian airlines where great! The seats where awful they were so uncomfortable and small. They also did not have a very good movie selection. Other international flights we have taken had several free movies, free head phones and comfy seats. You had to pay for almost everything on condor and the movies and seats sucked! I was so disappointed. Not to mention getting any answers and contacting them was very difficult."

Voordelen: "Good selection of local croatian snacks. We had cheese with olives and olive crackers. Better than the generic sandwiches offered by major european carriers. Crew was friendly and appeared interested and motivated. Pilot kept us informed of current progress."
Nadelen: "Seats were firm. Limited recline and could be uncomfortable for anything more than 3 hours."
Voordelen: "Once up-in-the-air, everything was good."
Nadelen: "First the delay for boarding, and then after boarding got delayed again due to rush hour on Heathrow. All together, an hour of delay"
Nadelen: "Boarding on plane was inefficient once Off the bus. Not clear which door to go in. People crossing in aisle -- more hectic than it needs to be."

Voordelen: "Very clean plane. Comfortable as it can get in economy."

Nadelen: "The airlines made me check my carry-on bag (even tho it fit the size requirements). Also the check-in process was chaotic. The airport did not open until an hour before the flight. There was no queue or organized check-in process.....it was a total free-for-all."

Voordelen: "The crew worked above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Our seats were comfortable, the food was actually edible and quite delicious! I had one of my favorite flights with Lufthansa!"
Nadelen: "The crew was not able to help us put our luggage up top. Being 5'1, this was almost impossible for me to do on my own."
Voordelen: "The flight was a quick puddle-jumper. No frills. Just fine."
Nadelen: "The lines for check-in at the airport were very long. We had already checked in online, but there was no separate bag drop line."
Voordelen: "The flight crew were very friendly. The snacks were delicious and the drink voice was very satisfactory. Cherry juice, orange, red or white wine...I was very impressed and pleased!"
Nadelen: "The seats were a bit uncomfortable but fine for a short flight."
Voordelen: "Small plane, clean, enough leg room, nice and tasty authentic snacks and drinks. I like to hear pilot speaking - he sounded nice, calm and professional."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight to USA."

My luggage was lost on both flights. The way from Ohare to Tirana it was lost. And on the way from Tirana to Ohare it was lost again. The worst part was that it didn’t show up for 15 days after I returned in the states, which is extremely poor service.

Very, very disappointed!!!!! Delay, not getting gate... Not getting the Luggage

It was more then four hours delay!

LOT booked me this flight without my knowledge allowing them to avoid refunding me a flight which they themselves canceled. Low morality in this company

Nadelen: "The staff in Paris were late rude and overall not helpful. The plane was delayed an hour we have no idea why. The plane was very old and the crew serving from Paris to Warsaw were not helpful."

Voordelen: "The crew on this flight was amazing. Very attentive, courteous and professional!! The crew was in no way responsible for how terrible this airplane was, and they did a wonderful job of making sure everything was taken care of."
Nadelen: "The plane was terribly old and decrepit. None of the television screens worked, the airplane was dingy, brown, worn out looking and just overall gross. This flight was operated by a company called Privilege Style, and while the crew was fantastic everything else was terrible. The food was pathetic and nasty; they served breaded chicken that was so soggy it resembled a used dish cloth. It came with soggy oily vegetables and a cake that had condensation all over it. The only redeeming thing on this flight was the free Polish beer (it was warm). The flight we took going to Poland was on one of their new Dreamliner planes and it was amazing! We were so disappointed with this return flight as it was a stark contrast to the wonderful experience we had coming to Poland. I hope in the future they can discontinue use of these older planes, as it makes flying much more aggravating."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Voordelen: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"
Nadelen: "The food is ok, nicely packed, but even if you don't like it they have extra options to purchase for a small price."
