Nadelen: "Boarding they kept me and couple othee guys like seeiously 5 staff people at the gate doing nothing and you ask anyone please help i want to tag my stroller so i can board ans go on boarding line, no response only one peeson will work. the rest of the four are completely useless, i eventually told my wife to board with our daughter so they have the time to sit and prepare food etc and pull things they will need durimg flight Andi waited on this last staff person at the gate until she gave me the tag to the stroller and boarded later First meal they said either fish or beaf meat balls, i like both and no problem, but the crew said no fish anymore so you you will take beaf, OK Luckily neither my wife or daughter ate it Because after I ate it, 3-4 hrs later, I had the worst stomach pain ever and was in pain the rest of the flight and the remaining of the day after we landed FYI I ate just crackers and like all bread sandwiches all morning and was completely fine- just the beaf meat balls either not cocked or remains of non good beaf and other things- horrible food"

You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out."

Voordelen: "Another excellent business class service from the team at Turkish Airlines. The food offering was high quality, and the little cultural influences made it an enjoyable experience."
Nadelen: "The cabin design is perhaps looking a little dated and tired compared to some of its business class competitors. This was also true of comparing the 3 flights I had on a Boing 777 model versus one of the short haul legs on a more modern Airbus."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

I didn't like their (Turkish Business lounge)policy for not letting me have the room to sleep as the layover was more than 7hrs. I was told to ask for a hotel at reception. When i did, they said that they dont have any hotel inside and cant take me to ourside hotel too. The staff at reception of lounge was not courteous either. I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

Nadelen: "The Turkish Airlines staff can be very rude, non-communicative in passing along information. They do not like you to ask questions nor do they want to answer your questions. They yell at you or just simply ignore you. No legroom. The crew did not mention that are flight was delayed prior or that we missed our connecting flight and what to do from there. I was given a hotel room during my layover but its in a scary neighborhood and it smells like sewage is nearby. The Grand Yavaz. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle. I can spend my good money elsewhere...i will be sure to warn others."

This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Young children in the seats around mine received shrink wrapped comic books and stuffed animals. Headphones were provided to those who needed them. I definitely did not expect such good treatment on such short flights. I really got the impression that they are trying hard to keep the quality of their services as high as possible. I really recommend these guys."

Voordelen: "I'll start with the food. Authentic Turkish cuisine with multiple options. The entertainment trumps the food with dozens of movies. Let's face it, this isn't Emirates, but you can't go wrong with 15+ recent movies for a 10 hour flight. I watched three and even got some sleep."
Nadelen: "Service was subpar, but this was a full flight. Boarding was pretty terrible with 3 security lines. The lines themselves were not a problem, but they did not provide nearly enough room at the gate for this, and the boarding started 2 hours before scheduled take off. Personally, I'd rather not sit on a plane for an hour before having to sit through a 10 hour flight, but we were not given a choice."

Nadelen: "When disembarking the plane there should have been more organization for social distancing. There shouldn’t be people standing over your trying to hurry and get off the plane. Everyone should stay seated until it’s time for your row to get off. None of the flight staff made people do this"

Nadelen: "An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there."

Voordelen: "Again, crew was very friendly. It's nice to be welcomed aboard. The male flight attendant found me a blanket after I requested it. Also I appreciate the free entertainment options on the WiFi."

I’ve worked in jobs where you have to deal with the general public but you have a job to do and must smile and do your best to be helpful. I felt intimidated to even ask for anything like I was wasting their time. I love flying Delta and this was my worst experience yet."

They gave out immigration and customs papers out, but refused to give pen. I literally didn't had one and answer from the crew was like that. " Excuse me do you have a pen by any chance?" . "NO! I dont! asked them" pointing out to other crew members, -this is the best part- the female stewardess had clearly visibly a pen in her front shirt pocket! Sitting around and trying to kill time and no pen still. While busy with food and other stuff, i fell asleep. Then after a while when going to the restroom i asked the male steward if he would have a pen please, he pointed out they dont have any pens. ( please note he marked on his check board, who is getting which meal on the first class)"

Nadelen: "Crew was pretty short with everyone and not Delta’s best - not sure what the story was. Gate staff were allowing people to cut queue lines left and right - why even have the zones lined up if not going to enforce?"

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Too many changes of staff from one location to another when it came with wheelchair assistance. One staff was on her personal phone!!! Had 3 different changes of hands then still did not get us to the right terminal, had to run to make the flight! Is that how you treat a 86 years old traveler?"

What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "my ticket was suspended for no reason, asked me get another ticket book , can't board, later a lady ( Sonam ) there in check in counter resolved. The check in Staff Mr. Gaurav at India airport was rude and over smart while talking to me, he pretended he was busy , but who is FREE in this world. Poor experience at the time of check in. and yes Thanks to Sonam who walked extra mile to talk to customer care of british airways and resolved for my ticket. Finally I could board. Even if ticket was suspended why it was not informed me to take any pro active action, why I had to wait in long queue to know that my ticket was suspende, IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF BA ???"

Voordelen: "BA flight to JFK was delayed by 3 hours and it was not made up for either. We got to JFk at 3:40 as opposed to landing at 12:40pm. It was very inconvenient. Service was slow and patchy."

Nadelen: "-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund"

Voordelen: "The crew had to deal with a medical emergency and they were excellent!! Despite extra pressure they kept us all informed and were polite and friendly under pressure!"
Nadelen: "lack of seat space and could not put seat back because of medical emergency so hard to sleep. Exhausted on arrival at Heathrow! Headset did not work properly on films Did not like the boarding process !!"

Nadelen: "According yo the kayak app on the moment of booking the flight was going to Heathrow, but it went to Gatwick. In addition, the tariff did not include one checked luggage as shown on the app as well. Really disappointed with my first use of kayak."

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "We were never offfered a snack! The people in the rows ahead of us got a snack and the people behind us did as well. Last leg of a 3 flight series of about 13 hours (and overnight), so some coffee and a small snack would have been enjoyed."

Voordelen: "I loved the hot towel svc, the food and beverage svc. Flight attendants very attentive."

Voordelen: "The flight overall was fine. Equipment was good, although one passenger was stuck in a toilet for a little while - they had to take the door off to let him out - that was an interesting distraction. In-flight entertainment was good. Boarding and disembarkation was quick and easy."
Nadelen: "The crew. Maybe it's because I'm neither young nor pretty. When they were giving out drinks I was missed - invisible I guess. And at a later point in the flight they managed to see me and I got a brusk "do you want something?""
