Too many hours of delay ( 4)

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Nadelen: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."
Voordelen: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Nadelen: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Voordelen: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Nadelen: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Voordelen: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Nadelen: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Nadelen: "le site Kiwi qui vend le billet pour la compagnie Wizz a été la cause du rachat d'une carte d'embarquement au prix du billet ! un scandale. Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."
Voordelen: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Voordelen: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."
Voordelen: "The price"
Nadelen: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."
Nadelen: "2 hrs late and we missed all our following connections as a result."
Voordelen: "Good legroom and comfortable seats"
Nadelen: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day."
Nadelen: "Horrible web/check in experience, 2hour delay. Inexistence of entertainment or comfort. What else can be said ?"
Voordelen: "Nice crew"
Nadelen: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."
Nadelen: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."
Voordelen: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Nadelen: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"
Voordelen: "Space. Priority Boarding"
Nadelen: "Strong bad smell. One hour late for departure."
Voordelen: "So many crying children"
Voordelen: "Maybe the food selection and the price of it."
Nadelen: "I paid priority still wasnt able to board early and had to put my only bag under the seat."
Nadelen: "Very long queues at boating in Charleroi airport"
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats. I chose premium price so no issues at check-in. Staff was fantastic! This was my first WIZZ Air flight. It will not be my last!"
Nadelen: "Boarding did not provide order as everyone crowded to the front. Needs better lines."

Faites attention , il va falloir que vous faites l’enregistrement en ligne , l’application edreams n’est pas la solution ni Kayak , ca ecrit erreur a chaque fois que vous essayez , l’enregistrement a l’aéroport est payant 60€/personne sans avis lors de la réservation. Lors de l’embarquement c’est très désorganisé il n y a pas de la place pour faire la file , apres que tu passes tu attends a l’extérieur pendant 20 a 30 minutes pour que le bus arrive pour t’amener a l’avion. Dans l’avion si tu essayes de dormir ca ne serait pas facile parce que les hôtesses de l’air parlent et rient trop fort , avant d’atterrir elles/ils sont supposés de vérifier si tout le monde sont attachés et que les sièges sont droits mais ca n’a pas été fait , elles étaient trop occupées a parler en groupe , Bref c’était ma pire expérience surtout pour l’histoire d’enregistrement.

Vol venu en retard . Correspondance raté à Toulouse . Une nuit passée dans l'aéroport . Aucune communication . La galère d'une maman avec deux enfants bloqués sans issue sur Toulouse.

Le retard… inadmissible

Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.

Service et efficacité

On nous a fait payer un supplément valise qui ne t’ait pas préciser a l achat des billets

Nadelen: "Lots of things should be better on Ryanair flights"
Nadelen: "Cela s'est très bien passé"
Voordelen: "Franchement avec tout le retard accumulé c’est juste complique ´s’ apprécier le professionnalisme de l’ équipage..."
Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Nadelen: "Stop à la pub pendant le vol. 1h de vol= 1 h de dérangement à essayer de nous fourguer les produits vendus à Bord. Et comme toujours avec RyanAir retard du vol."
Nadelen: "Politique des bagages en cabine flou . On a du payer pour 20€ pour un « cabine bagage «  qui devait aller en soute... checkin ouvert la veille le soir pour le lendemain midi ( vol re)..Tarif affiché pour un petit sac et un embarquement non prioritaire. À savoir pour la prochaine fois avec ryanair"
Voordelen: "Le personnel correct. Le fauteuil pas confortable et avance une demi heure de retard. Beaucoup trop d'attente pour les bagages."
Nadelen: "Les notifications. On a eu plus de 3 heures du retard et le retard était pas notifié. En plus après on a attendu à l'intérieur encore une demie heure pour décoller"
Nadelen: "Hélas pour ce type de vol on ne peut espérer mieux. Avion petit et plein à capacité."
Voordelen: "L'équipage était comme d'habitude, au top"
Nadelen: "Ils pourraient être à l'heure, au moins de temps en temps"
Voordelen: "Was on time"
Voordelen: "Helpful staff especially with disabled access."
Nadelen: "Not seated together with my wife despite booking months ago. Very cramped conditions on a very full flight meant it was uncomfortable Bought our own food onboard as realised everything was charged for. Even water."

Nadelen: "Retard sans aucune annonce. Pas de bonjour des hotesses. Incomprehensible annonce dans le micro, anglais et français dailleurs"

Nadelen: "Poor check in Service ... bullying. Paid 40 Euro each for 3 extra bags .... website extremely unclear. Plane had to return after taxiing to let ‘unwell passenger ‘ off. No other ongoing explanation... took an hour to get him off ! Felt quite unsafe ! Had to ask if they retrieved his bag ."

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Nadelen: "Pour rajouter n importe qu elle prestation il faut payer cher . Y compris de l'eau"
Nadelen: "So disorganized. Lots of staff but only one worker. The only staff member that was helpful was the lady at the check-in desk."
Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Voordelen: "The inflight crew was friendly. And we got there."
Nadelen: "Flight was late. But yet we started boarding right away. The crew made everyone stand in the gate entry for over 40 minutes. We then were put on hot buses with no a/c and left to sit there as well."
Nadelen: "Chaos in boarding, no complemtery water,tight seating,delayed departure"
Voordelen: "Aller chercher les PMR (Personnes à Mobilité Réduite) au parking"
Nadelen: "Les enfants bruyants et énervants"

Nadelen: "Went well took a long time to get luggage at claim"
Voordelen: "Rien car le vol n'a pas eu lieu nous concernant."
Nadelen: "Le vol a été manque en raison de l'arrivée tardive du vol RyanAir précédent, sans aucune prise en charge de la part de RyanAir, aucune information fiable ni mesure compensatoire. Mensonges de la part du personnel à l'aéroport de Bordeaux ainsi que de l'equipage."
Voordelen: "The cabin crew"
Nadelen: "Budapest airport"
Nadelen: "Il est inadmissible qu'on ne donne même pas un verre d'eau durant ce voyage qui a duré 3 heures de temps et en plus pour un voyageur avec un bébé. De plus j'ai payé l'option priorité car on m'a dit que le bébé avait droit à un bagage de 10Kg qu'on pouvait envoyer en soute et ce n'était pas le cas. Ma fille a du avoir en main le bagage du bébé, son bagage cabine, la poussette et le bébé lui-même. Cà a été infernal pour elle. Je demande donc le remboursement de l'option priorité que j'ai payé pour rien (90€). Merci."
Nadelen: "They charge extra for everything. First off you will get charged 50 euros if you don't print out a boarding pass before arriving at the airport. Then you will be charged if you want to pick a seat or carry on a bag. You will be put on a bus to get to the plane then climb stairs to board. It takes forever to claim your bag."
Voordelen: "Ryanair is fair for customers , prices are cheap enough , I've seen some people saying that we have to pay for everything but what did you expect for that price?"
Nadelen: "The food is terrible but we know that..."
Nadelen: "1. I brought a trolley according to the specifications in the web page and the message sent to me. They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."
Voordelen: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."
Nadelen: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."
Voordelen: "The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say."
Nadelen: "-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."

Nadelen: "Tarifs en fonction des vacances scolaires. Ils se rattrapent sur les tarifs bas le long de l'année."
