"Staff was great. Could have had a menu so I could know what I could order in between meals."

Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Nadelen: "Could not login to Delta app at MCO to show boarding pass. Had to return to a kiosk to print paper passes. Very aggravating but lesson learned to always have a paper backup. Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control."

Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."

Voordelen: "Friendly and helpful cabin crew, even on this short flight. I liked the fact that the Captain stood outside the flight deck to say goodbye to the passengers. A nice touch."

Nadelen: "Boarding at venice was a disaster. they changed gate without annoncing it in english. I am sure they did it in Italian but not every travel speaks italian. getting on bus to airplane was not organized at all. staff let people ahead of me taking their carry on bags larger than my normal size bag but asked me to check in mine. i thought perhaps i am amoung the last and there is no room left. how ever while i was waiting they let many others take their carry on with them. i explained them that i have expensive Murrano glass in my carry on and prefer not to check in or at least provide a tag to mark it fragile. response was that we are out of tag! and i have no choioce. i was very upset theway they trreated me and told them i will file a complain and took their picture. almost by the time i was getting on bus one of crew approached me with at Fragile tag to add to my bag. after all when i received my carry on bag in LAX many of my gifts were smashed and broken."

Nadelen: "We sat on the tarmac 3 hours, then deplaned to a holding area for another hour and then were told the flight would be delayed until 1 pm the next day. I booked this flight in order to arrive home 7 hours earlier than originally planned on Alaska Air. I finally arrived 20 hours LATER THAN I WOULD HAVE ARRIVED!"

Voordelen: "Nothing. It’s a terrible airline. Seriously, don’t book with them unless you’re desperate or you want to have an anxiety attack."
Nadelen: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Nadelen: "Unexplained 3 hour delay. They couldn't be bothered to automatically rebook me to an earlier flight (other airlines do this). They also couldn't put me on standby over the phone?! I had to wait for someone to arrive at the gate and then get on standby."

Nadelen: "Need more comfortable seat, freezing air conditioning"

Voordelen: "Crew on board are great."
Nadelen: "American keeps canceling and changing schedules. They cancelled flight section and took it out of my itinerary. Then took over 3 calls and 2 hours on hold to fix."

Voordelen: "No entertainment system only for those who are vested with AA and using their app"
Nadelen: "A modern plane not old A320 without entertainment system"

Nadelen: "The service, and the smile on employee’s faces. Rolling their eyes at people because we want to know why we’re being delayed is disrespectful"

Voordelen: "nothing since i was not able to make it on time"
Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Nadelen: "Le vol a accusé un retard de une heure et en plus on n'a changé du lieu d'embarquement qui est passé du 77 au 75.il fallait que chaque voyageur se renseigne."

Nadelen: "Le déclassement en classe économique sans prévenir et une indemnisation impossible vol British opéré par American et donc les deux compagnie se renvoie la balle pour l’indemnisation (trois cents dollars par siège....) Plus jamais de voyage sur cette compagnie"

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Voordelen: "Mon avion est parti de SF à Miami pendant une heure puis à fait Demi-tour. Nous avons attendu 2h à l’aéroport. Nous n’avons pas été pris en charge. Terrible expérience. Je n’ai pas été remboursée."

Nadelen: "I’m still on the plane and there’s this poor sick dude across from me who is sneezing and snorting and spewing phlegm everywhere!!! I feel so sorry for him bc he’s got muscular dystrophy or something and it’s uncontrollable. But I also feel sorry for the poor little girl next to him! I am about to puke it’s so gross and he’s 4 peeps away from me! Ugh, I HATE germy planes!!!!! Not sure people should be allowed to travel without masks in this condition."

Nadelen: "Aucune des télé ne fonctionne pendant la totalité du vol Biscuits food ridicules Le prix des bagages et la queue pour obtenir son ticket puis refaire la queue pour déposer bagages Double paiement bagages mémé en transit / inacceptable"

Nadelen: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "Flight left on-time and had open space"
Nadelen: "We paid to have extra leg room and our seats were not extra leg room. American made money on us paying for an upgrade we did not get. We should be given a refund, bad way to run a business and keep customers"

Voordelen: "Everything except TSA, my daughter 14, had a precheck. TSA sent her through, and made me go in separate much slower lne. She was upset and scared, which upset me."

Voordelen: "Liked the flight. Very nice crew."

Voordelen: "I was upgraded and dinner was delicious."

Voordelen: "Boarding was smooth and quick."
Nadelen: "Lost our baggage while on our honeymoon. We were told it would show up to our destination the following morning and we would receive a call upon its arrival. Baggage didn’t show up until three days later and we had to retrieve it at the airport. Was given incorrect information numerous times, also several of the customer service agents were very impolite and not helpful whatsoever. Not a great experience, will do my best to avoid flying AA in the future."

Voordelen: "I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to text via free WiFi in the sky. Oddly, this same service is unable to be acquired, once you’re in the United States. Leave it to Mexico, a beautiful country that’s struggling with so much poverty, to offer up free internet service instead of some silly $20 per flight deal which occurs once you cross into (at least on the surface) the wealthy, not so poverty stricken, USA! AMERICA! America, the same America that the side of the plane you’re flying in, is so proudly representing. Rich, powerful, fair America needs the extra $20!"
Nadelen: "I loved all of it. I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great experience!! Except, if there’s any way that I can extend a complaint about the Cozumel airport... I was SO disappointed that they no longer carry those delicious Doritos, that can only be found in Mexico. Their stores stopped carrying them and I nearly died of sadness! Just kidding guys. I had a great experience and I love Cozumel airport. It’s one of my favorites, honestly."

Voordelen: "We had our passes available on our iPhone to assist the boarding process. Very enjoyable trip with the crew and we plan to fly AA again in the future."

Voordelen: "Great selection on movies to pass the time and charging port for mobile devices ."

Nadelen: "The seats are very small the man next to me took up a quarter of my seat. I am not a bigger woman if a passenger is that large they should make them pay for two seats."
