Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

The economy seats were extremely uncomfortable and tight, unlike other Int’l flights we have been on, ie, Virgin and British Airlines 2.Food was the worst we have ever had on an Int’l Flt. 3. Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Always an issue getting in/out of planes at Frankfurt. It takes a long, crowded bus ride to the terminal."

Voordelen: "The flight staff was very attentive, professional, and polite. It seemed like they were always bringing the passengers things like snacks and drinks. We never felt like we needed anything. This was my first time flying to Europe and flying with Swiss. I will definitely choose them again!"

We were late from Vienna but Lufthansa held the plane and extra 30 minutes in Frankfurt so that the baggage could make it from the feeder flights and it still didn't. We were promissed out luggage on Sunday evening. No one called and as of Monday morning no news."

Nadelen: "KAYAK or Austrian cancelled my ticket. KAYAK officials didn’t show any readiness to do anything about a ticket that was purchased and paid for. KAYAK system is still sending me questions how was my trip! Ironically? Additionally, I had to book another ticket to get close to my destination, book a midnight Taxi to another country."

Voordelen: "We had a very tight connection but there was no problem. With only 30 minutes between arrival and departure our checked bags still made the flight."

Nadelen: "Food was pretty atrocious. Before having this flight I tried many times to book a special meal but their website is nearly impossible to use. So on the flight I was given two options of fish or mexican beef. Mexican beef meant slow cooked beef in a salty brown sauce with 2 kidney beans. Yes 2 kidney beans. With potatoes carrots and broccoli. Entertainment was pretty lacking. Not a lot of options. Also it was freezing the entire flight."

Nadelen: "It’s the first time i try these low cost airlines, which sometimes they are not that cheap compared to others, no entertainment whatsoever, i wasn’t allowed for any check in luggage and the prices for ever peace was literally expensive ticket price was not that competitive"

Voordelen: "Nice staff, comfortable seats with good room, complimentary beverages with refills offered."
Nadelen: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Voordelen: "Business class lounge excellent. People who helped with the wheelchair were excellent."
Nadelen: "In a wheelchair. Check in was terrible and rude. The fact that SAS did not allow us to bring my electric chair directly to the gate was absurd (only airline in the world that did that). The fact that it was not at the gate when we arrived in Newark surprised even the SAS Gate agents. Had to go to baggage and collect it in oversize baggage. Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."

Voordelen: "The food was great and the staff were excellent."
Nadelen: "The entertainment selection was limited and there were no live channels - just prerecorded content"

Nadelen: "We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Nadelen: "Delay and poor information. Staff confused at check in..."

Voordelen: "Everything was done quite well - not too fussy. Limited free drinks options on a transatlantic flight perhaps being the only possible complaint."

Nadelen: "SAS charged me 70 Euros for a small 14 KG carryon luggage. It should have been free. Even Ryan air only charged 35$ for a checked bag. This was ridiculous and service was poor."

Nadelen: "Unable to select seat/baggage until 22 hours before flight because not booked through SAS. Thought bagged was checked in online and had to pay More than the cost of the flight. Flight was delayed due to mechanical problem. Cabin very warm throughout flight."

Nadelen: "my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Voordelen: "Great friendly staff. The delay we had going up in the air was caught up before we landed."
Nadelen: "The slight delay due to something not being able to lock."

Nadelen: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Nadelen: "It was a fine flight. Nothing to worry about. I liked it."

Nadelen: "Bags did not make the flight. Served no water or drinks."

Voordelen: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Nadelen: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Nadelen: "Ticket had no info on baggage allowance. Got charged $55 for one piece. Website has glitches that would not save passport info. Flight attendant did nothing. Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "Boarding process was smooth."
Nadelen: "-Uncomfortable seats. -Old plane-- broken baggage door produced delay of over an hour. Zero accommodations were made for us to make our connecting flight at London Heathrow, scheduled for 2 hours from the anticipated arrival time. We barely made it to the gate in time after going through security, etc."

Voordelen: "Crew did get us on standby; more legroom than trans-Atlantic flight"
Nadelen: "6 hours too late"

Nadelen: "No legroom, plane too warm, movies were unedited, but most of all we missed our connection and there wasn't even an apology, or any compensation. We missed the main event of our trip and were very disappointed. There was only 45 minutes scheduled between the two flights--in which you had to traverse the huge Madrid airport (train), and go through customs and security again. We were 5 minutes late to the gate--after being told in Miami they would hold the plane for us."

Voordelen: "Landed in foggy night. Crew fantastic. On time. Cabin clean"

Voordelen: "Pilot advised passengers of a flat tire in order to be prepared for ground crew and firefighters to inspect the mishap."
Nadelen: "Baggage size for carry on luggage changed from BA to Iberia aircraft."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding On time Very organized"

Nadelen: "Online check in failed, and legroom was non-existent - the worst of any alliance-based carrier I have ever flown."

Nadelen: "They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid."

Nadelen: "I stopped at the Iberia check-in at Barajas in Madrid. They sent me to BA check-in, where I waited 45 minutes to find out that I should be at Iberia check-in. Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Voordelen: "The plane from Nashville was over an hour late so the flight was changed from Nashville-Philadelphia-London-Rome"

Voordelen: "Arrived 10 min early"
Nadelen: "I paid extra for a seat in the exit row and as soon as we took off someone from another row snuck into the exit row without paying and the flight attendants totally ignored him and he sat there the entire flight for free. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Nadelen: "On time, food is ok."

Nadelen: "Missed my flight while waiting on a wheelchair. The lady was rude and yelling at customers because she didn't have what she needed to do her job."

Nadelen: "In LAX the boarding was unorganized and confusing to board a bus to be transported to the plane."

Nadelen: "The plane was an Airbus 330. I'm 6'2" and was uncomfortable in the seat for 7 1/2 hours. My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

Voordelen: "Excellent"

Nadelen: "Did not offer water and seats were very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Cabin crew did reseat a passenger when there were two tallish men in same row."
Nadelen: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Feel free to contact me."

Voordelen: "Check in personnel were able to place me in the 3rd row where the seat pitch was poor but not as bad as the rows farther back. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Nadelen: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled at the last minute due to a hurricane. Both British airlines and Iberian airlines posted conflicting information as to the flight cancellation, hence affecting hotel reservations and proceeding flights. The whole process has been a nightmare. I will have serious reservations booking future flights with either airline. Very disappointed !"

Nadelen: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

Voordelen: "Spacious and quick."
Nadelen: "Food was not included."

Voordelen: "Smoothest flight ever"
Nadelen: "No beverage of any sort offered"

Nadelen: "The airline put me on standby for my connecting flight without telling me at anypoint until I was at the gate. I lost a day of vacation and instead had to wait in Madrid for 4hrs, fly to a neighboring city, and then take 2hr bus to my final destination."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Terrible Uncomfortable Overbooked"

Voordelen: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."

Voordelen: "not budget airline"

Nadelen: "They let me sleep through the free snacks and woke me when they came through with the pay-for snacks"

Voordelen: "They solve the flight connection issue and move us to a direct flight."

Voordelen: "The flight delayed for 2hours. I required the blanket but it was used with lots of hairs not really hygienic. The crew was not friendly and kind of rude."

I really had a very good experience with American and though they tend to be more expensive they seem to be worth it in terms of comfort and amenities. I am willing to spend the extra money on Anerican if they continue to provide better than average service."
Nadelen: "I was wondering why I paid Iberia for an American Airline ticket. I wondered if this was some way to avoid paying taxes by funneling an US registered corporation fees through a Spanish registered corporation. It didn't make sense to me. I'm not a huge fan of legal games to avoid responsibilities. Still, very good flights."
