My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport."

We had a 10 Hour connection at Addis Ababba, and we were provided with a city tour at the first time, and hotel at the second. I liked the Injira :)"
Nadelen: "Overall, it's kinda depressing to fly with Ethiopian, the whole experience, from the colors of the uniforms, to the big African people, there was not enough room to seat next to other person, we and some people we met on the flight experienced the same thing. Addis Ababba was very not welcoming, we had a small tour at the city, the people are aggressive, we heard a lot of "farengie" all the time - "foreigners", everything was very expensive, because tourist have a lot of money... they are not afraid to touch you, even at the face. if somebody offers you guiding, they will ask for money later on and will take you to expensive places."

Nadelen: "There were tons of announcements in 3 or 4 languages which really was so annoying. Staff didn't seem friendly, lots of confusion there. Plane seemed every old and run down. Short stop in Paris took forever."

Nadelen: "Other travelers kept walking through our aisle, which was not an aisle. Therefore I was constantly getting bumped in the middle of the night waking me up. This area needs to be roped off to make other passengers walk around as to not disturb people sitting in that row. I arrived at my destination completely exhausted due to lack of sleep. Ethiopian Air provides horrible service."

Voordelen: "I was concerned about Royal Air Maroc’s mixed reviews, however, our direct flight from Miami to Casablanca was on time, no damage or loss of luggage, coach seats were okay, food was average, flight and crew were polite and helpful. All-in-all it was satisfactory for the price."

Nadelen: "To start, the flight never happened. The flight was cancel one WHOLE hour after it was supposed to take-off. Then we get told that they were going to bus us to a larger airport that was THREE hours away. We where told that when we arrive at this airport that there would be hotel accommodations for us and that the agents there will make arrangements for thise with a connecting flight. It was all lies. We arrive at the airport after riding a 2-star bus for three hours inly to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about and that no one told them we where coming. Then we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in the whole city (lie) and that all of the available cars to take us to an available hotel where in another city (another lie). On top of that, if you missed a connecting flight on a different airline, you where screwed. I had to buy a whole new ticket just to get home. It was insane!!! So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."

Nadelen: "Both of the aircraft I took today were substandard. Parts were missing and broken. The staff on the first was surly. The check-in process was a mess. Why print zones on a boarding card when RAM never uses zones? No announcements in the boarding area. And on and on. Worst airline I've ever flown on. And I've flown on more than a hundred. You can't expect people to visit if you can't provide the professional service they deserve. Also..., what's with Moroccan security? Why should I have to clear customs for national flights?"

Nadelen: "There was utter confusion as where to board and the absence of a gate agent"

Nadelen: "Security rude and process long. Cabin crew not friendly even stated I cold not use the bathroom after everyone spent over an hour being searched. The staff rude asking us to sit down even when the seatbelt sign was off. It was like we were children."

Nadelen: "Breakfast was poor Service was poor"

Voordelen: "Once in flight, the staff were courteous and the flight was uneventful"
Nadelen: "securuity at CSM was the pits. Way too many check points and very rude security personel. in flight food was pretty bad"

Nadelen: "The fleet was outdated and uncomfortable. The food was tasteless and undercooked, the boarding process was tedious and unorganized.......it was bad."

Voordelen: "Overall, the trip was okay - But it was a delayed boarding experience in NY and poor information provided in Morocco about the connecting flight, despite requests for direction from multiple passengers. Many flights left from the same gate and it wasn't clear where to go in the Casablanca airport."
Nadelen: "The gate situation for the connecting flight from morocco to marseille was very disorganized. There was no gate listed on the ticket, and very poor direction from the crew in the airport."

Voordelen: "Happy with the service overall ,staff were very helpful and pleasant."
Nadelen: "but toilets need more attention, like soap and paper towels weren’t there at all,"

Nadelen: "Many TV's didn't work, the carpet had been left soaking wet in front of me as they had just cleaned the carpet, stingy with the water....there is NO comfort flying this airline, but it is direct."

Nadelen: "Connecting time in Casablanca too short even airport is not big but control is Also very ong..."

Nadelen: "luggage did not come through from my connecting flight. very disappointed."

Voordelen: "They have horrible people skills and just pass off problems from one person to another.. I will give them till tomorrow then I will report thdm to the better business bureau..very unprofessional...I would never give them business again and will put it all over social media. They suck big time"

Nadelen: "They forced me to check my bag on the out bound flight and then misplaced it. The Casablanca airport is terrible. On our return connecting flight between Casablanca and JFK we had to go through three separate security checks despite the fact that we had already gone through security in Barcelona. Not worth the money you save"

Voordelen: "The plane"
Nadelen: "The customer service. They ignore you when you want to escalate issues to a manager, they are agressive in treatment. They cancelled all of my flight legs because I missed an intermediate flight leg and did not notify me. I found out at the airport when I was about to take my last leg. I understand some airlines have policies around no shows but this airline did not have the decency to even notify me of the cancellation so I could plan around it."

Voordelen: "Plane was empty and trip was comfortable."
Nadelen: "They need more movie options and shouldn't edit everything."

Voordelen: "The landing was very smooth, polite crew and on time."
Nadelen: "The crew was too fast."

Voordelen: "The food was just okay."
Nadelen: "Boarding at CMN was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen with people just jumping in wherever they felt like it and the gate attendants chatting, giggling and taking their time. The air on the plane was not up enough so it was incredibly HOT the entire flight. In fact, there was a baby across the aisle screaming the entire flight because she was overheating. The crew did nothing to help the situation and were only around to deliver food/drinks and that was about it. There was no entertainment so that made the flight even more unbearable. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke and someone was CLEARLY smoking on board the plane somewhere but the crew did nothing about that either. The crew was significantly more rude on this leg from CMN to CKY and I am not sure if they feel this is acceptable because of their destination but I can tell you that it is NOT! Everyone on board is a paying customer and deserves the same respect. Also, please do not assume that everyone on board speaks the same 2 languages."

Voordelen: "Our plane departed late with the boarding gate information delayed until 15 minutes before boarding. No boarding process so everyone crams in line. Bathrooms on board were filthy and smelly. Flight attendants were helpful and did what they could. meal served which was edible. I would avoid RAM in the future."

Voordelen: "Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced"

Nadelen: "We came to the airport as usual(not in advance but on time), then they told us the plane has been full. They oversold ticket for like 20 and over 15 passengers can't assess to the plane. The staffs don't speak good English and their attitude are very passive. What is more? They don't even apologize. I had to stay at the hotel they offered for one more day and delayed my work."

Voordelen: "Food was great, minus the sandwiches."
Nadelen: "I was told in Casablanca by the check in staff that my checked bags would go all the way to my final destination of Washington, DC, but they were offloaded to a NYC carousel during my first stop to the US. I wasn't told this was going to happen. The lady at Air Maroc said someone told us as we walked off the plane, but I was told it was said intermittently. So I missed it. I was lucky someone told me that it happened. Also the woman from Air Maroc that I rechecked my bags to was so apathetic to what happened. I said I was lodging a complaint - she was smirking and didn't care. It was pretty off putting. All I said was I suggest the announcement is made before you get off the airplane - like when the captain or flight staff announces the gates to connections. It was pretty disappointing."
