Nadelen: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nadelen: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

They will be hearing from me."

Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."

Nadelen: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

Nadelen: "The flight was oversold and we got bumped off with 20 other passengers even though we had all booked months in advance. I’m still not in Marrakech, now a flight to New Jersey. I’m so sad and it’s my wedding anniversary."

Nadelen: "Seats are small, if you need to check a bag it will take forever. The underseat area is much.smaller than other airlines. The flight was very delayed because of some discrepancy regarding the number of passengers. Nothing seemed to be wrong but it took forever!"

Voordelen: "First class accommodation was great! We had about a 3-hour flight and would have appreciated a blanket, pillow and a headset."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that first class was checked in first at the counter. But everyone rode on the same bus and disembarked at the same time so first class didn't really board the plane first. Some of the TAP counter employees were very unhelpful & actually dismissive. We had gate 19 and there was no sign of activity when it was time to board. When asked some counter employees, they couldn't care less. You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."

I don't get how they can just screw a whole day for a group of people and not even say "sorry.""
Nadelen: "They over sold the flight. Eight of us had tickets - I bought mine over a month ago - and they just sold too many seats or had too small of a plane or something. I've NEVER had this happen in 6 years of traveling continually. It's on my short list now of airlines that really just don't care."

Voordelen: "I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided."

Nadelen: "The staff was rude, the boarding was a mess, the cabin was at least a little cooler than previous flight but still very uncomfortable, the amount of announcements was absolutely absurd!!! It was almost an announcement every 15 minutes. And the plane played music (terrible music) for 45 min extremely loud after taking off AND and hour before landing. It was so awful and so loud you couldn't even hear your own entertainment playing from your own headsets. I understand music while boarding and de-planing but there is absolutely no reason to have that playing that long after take off and hat soon before landing."

Voordelen: "Check-in and Boarding took forever. Cabin was very warm and passengers around me were extremely loud, practicallly yelling. Considering the flight was 3 AM, this was not appreciated."

Nadelen: "They lost my luggage and I had to call them every day to locate it. It took a whole week for me to have my luggage back while it was sitting in the Philadelphia Airport for 4 days waiting to be delivered to my house. On top of that no one seems to know the whereabouts of my luggage. Bad customer service. Be aware when flying with Lufthansa."

Voordelen: "When I originally booked this trip it was with one connection and a 16 hour commute time. They added legs to my trip which significantly increased travel time. I tried to cancel my flight because I booked the flight with the necessity of arriving by specific days and times and they insisted on charging me for it so I just forfeited my seat and trip all together. There's nothing good to say about Ethiopian airlines."
Nadelen: "They are very unprofessional and unhelpful and I'll never book them again."

Nadelen: "Terrible communication about delays and cancelations. You have to be very proactive in telling them what to do. They almost put me on a flight where I would miss my connection by 9 hours and then would have to wait 18 hours for my next flight. I was late for a family emergency. You can't rely on any website you have to call for updates and are lucky if someone picks up. I feel bad for the staff."

Nadelen: "It was my worst flight , I had arrived at the airport at 5h 30 am and the boarding was at 11am ,"

Voordelen: "The crew was really nice. The person sitting next to me smelled terrible and made me feel sick to my stomach, so I approached a steward, who was very understanding and let me move seats. I ended up getting a whole row to myself since the flight wasn’t completely booked!"
Nadelen: "There was some disorganization at the beginning. I was not really sure what was going on, but we had to move gates and everything. It ended up being fine, though. The guy sitting next to me had horrible body odor, but a steward let me change seats. And a guy behind me was snoring VERY loudly throughout the whole flight, but that couldn’t really be helped by the airline."

Nadelen: "Meme l'enregistrement pour le vol de 23h etait médiocre. !!! Aucun personnel de la compagnie est sur place pour réaliser cette tâche! L'affichage du comptoir d'enregistrement était faux. On nous a fait balader !"

Ça été très long avant de pouvoir avoir accès à l'application de divertissement, rien ne fonctionnait. Lorsque cela a été fonctionnel mes écouteurs jouaient très faible et grichait énormément."

Voordelen: "Our flight was at 17;00 and when we check in our luggage’s it’s shows a delay on the screen till 18:55 which we understood but they change it again to 17:30 without any announcement or information and we used to miss our flight, fortunately my kid shows on the screen the changing and we could board"

Nadelen: "Initial delay from 7:30am to noon. Then, to arrive at airport and see the plane was delayed even longer, until 2pm. Older aircraft, stained seats, and on the return we bounced round quite a bit."
