Nadelen: "During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Nadelen: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."

Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Nadelen: "Had to take a flight to New York 2 days later, then drive back home"

Nadelen: "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Nadelen: "The fact one attendant didn’t empathize that I was unable to order my food and didn’t try to help me eat something and basically said too bad, I’m sorry.a pleasant surprise being"

Nadelen: "I called the airline a week before our departure regarding the baggage fee. I was assured the fee was included in the price. However, at the time of check in, I was charged a $55 checked bag fee."

Nadelen: "The plane was an Airbus 330. I'm 6'2" and was uncomfortable in the seat for 7 1/2 hours. My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

Nadelen: "It was not made clear that I would have to pay for my baggage extra - it was $120 to check one bag! Boarding was slow and pretty awful and that you have to pay for any seating in advance is just awful! Also JustFlly wasn't able to actually assign the seats I had chosen was a real turn off. Bad term"

Voordelen: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Nadelen: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Nadelen: "Entertainment pretty bad. Boarding very disorganized, takes way to long, getting on and off. had to show Passport and boarding pass way too many times, inefficient. Seat was more spacious than going, but not much padding for long flight. No air control No safety demos"

Nadelen: "Gate checked 90% of the carry on luggage, but not with an official tag, just some guy scribbling on tags before the bus. Boarding was a fiasco: disorderly lines just to pile into a bus and shuttle to plane. Comfort!? Ha. I'm 5'8" short and my knees were digging into the seats in front of me. The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

Voordelen: "The web page said that I did not have to pay for my baggage, but I had to pay an expensive price."
Nadelen: "You have to add the price that we really going to pay, not a price to make the people think that it is a cheap price."

Nadelen: "TV didn't work. A female attendant made me store my hat but didn't make a male passenger."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed"

Voordelen: "I liked that the airline provided blankets pillows and headsets at no extra cost for our 8 hour flight. The crew were very nice and accommodating. The food was good."
Nadelen: "I did not like having to pay 75 Euro for one checked bag. That should Have been more clearly set out when booking a flight. The entertainment could have been better. Poor reception for some shows."

Nadelen: "Flight was over an hour late, and they would not let us take our carry-on luggage on the flight even though there was plenty of room in the overhead compartments, which caused us to miss our return flight home overseas. No customer service desk at the airport. Ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to book another flight home."

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Voordelen: "The hotel and accommodation were prepared, as we delay the connection flight to Miami because of the bad weather. BUT NOBODY GAVE US A CALMING INFORMATION ABOUT THAT 3 HOURS LONG TIME. WE WERE FORCED REMAIN IN THE CABIN 70 MINUTES AFTER LANDING!!!"
Nadelen: "The charged an extra cost for normal luggages, however it was free while booking. Istvan Sas U3MNSD and Iren SasneHarazin U4812T PLEASE GIVE OUR MONEY BACK! OTHERWISE WE CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION BY LAW."

Voordelen: "Anything I liked feels inconsequential."
Nadelen: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "Paid $130 for 2 extra spac s acts. Didn't have any extra space. Had a woman in front of me who reclined her seat all the way for he whole flight. Had to have on of he crew to ask her to put her sat forward for the food service part of th flight."

Nadelen: "The plane was making the strangest noises!! Something with the landing gear perhaps? Very high pitched noise. Also, the boarding was horrendous. No warning of the fact that we would have such a long trek to the airplane and in the rain, no less. However, I was grateful that we ended up taking a larger plane to accommodate all of the luggage. But then the stewardess had to spray something in the air around the bins, I found that to be very strange."

Voordelen: "On m'a fait raté mon vol et pour impossible de trouver un interlocuteur. TRES DECU!!!"

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Nadelen: "L’embarquement était très long a partir de Bruxelles. Le personnel naviguant etait peu souriant. La sélection des médias proposés étaient moins attractifs"

Voordelen: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

Nadelen: "L'embarquement est chaotique, pas de divertissement"

Voordelen: "Efficace dans l’embarquement. Vol à l’heure. Arrivé en avance. Sièges confortable pour un court voyage."

Nadelen: "Pour un vol de 6h, international il est selon moi inacceptable qu’il n’y pas eu ni collation de servit ni de breuvage. Tout était payant."

Voordelen: "L'attention de l'équipe à bord était au delà de l'habituel dans les avions de compagnies de bas coût. Ils ont montré un vrais souci pour le confort des passagers."
Nadelen: "Ma siège était dans le dernier rang de l'avion, sans fenêtre et pas trop commode. Pourtant, c'était à cause de ça que l'équipe, sachant les inconvénients, m'ont montré cette attention spéciale comme compensation."

Nadelen: "L'embarquement s'est fait à l'heure mais nous avons attendu plus d'une heure dans l'avion que les bagages soient chargés et sommes partis avec 1h30 de retard en ayant très peu d'informations"

Nadelen: "Dommage de ne pas avoir eu de collation/snack alors que l'avion partait à 7h du matin (donc à l'aéroport depuis minimum 5h)"

Nadelen: "1,5 hour delay flight from Brussels to Venice and no service with hot tea or coffee for appologize :("

Nadelen: "Small aircraft. Not enough space. I was asked to check in my hand luggage. Austrian airlines should change the aircraft they use for this route"

Nadelen: "6 heures de retard à destination dans l'indifférence totale"

Nadelen: "Problème à l'enregistrement en ligne car mon billet Air Canada n'existait pas dans la base de données Brussels Airlines. Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled and the gate information was never updated to reflect the new time. My luggage was also lost."

Voordelen: "The crew was so kind and easy going."

Voordelen: "Crew was great love the extras like headphones, pillows, blankets and socks. I think the socks saved me on our long flight. Loved that you served tea and coffee after meals."
Nadelen: "Food was not very good. Bathrooms were NASTY! The crew needed to server drinks more often and need more of a variety of juice add apple cranberry just a suggestion. The flight delay was horrible. You add 2 hours of delay to a 8 hour trip that stinks."

Nadelen: "Delayed nearly 4 hours with no actual updates during the entire process."

Elle n’est jamais revenue ni pour me dire qu’il n’y en avait pas ni pour m’en donner! Pas très “PRO” je trouve. L’avion n’était pas propre avec des traces. Le petit dej était mauvais"

Nadelen: "too much layover hour and they changed it after we purchased the flight ticket .that is very bad blc we missed our connecting flight and we have to purchase another flight which cost us additional 500 dollars."

Voordelen: "The staff was very emphatetic to our situation as we were traveling with the groom for his wedding. They tried all they could but unfortunately due to the lack of operational control, were unable to get us to our destination on time. Provided us with vouchers and free stay."
Nadelen: "With little to no explanation, our flight was delayed nearly 4 hours which caused to miss our connecting flight to Egypt. Apparently, there was only one plane in floatation. We missed our connecting flight, next flight was the next day at 9 pm as they only have one flight that goes to Egypt daily. Would not suggest this airline if you need to meet certain deadlines. They compensate with food and vouchers but that isn’t sufficient when you need to ensure your on time for a wedding!"

Voordelen: "Seamless travel with professional crews and clean planes."
Nadelen: "Transit in Casa could be better. The staff doling out the transit vouchers didn’t seem happy to do the job and look like they were giving charity to poor passengers. Passengers wee lining up outside the office without a sitting. Day use hotel includes food but the lunch was just a small piece of turkey over some steamed veggies...either the airline do good to its word to cater for transit passengers, or they don’t make any promise."

Voordelen: "L’equie était bien organisée, serviable et patiente. Y avait pas de retard"
Nadelen: "La nourriture"

Nadelen: "My flight was put on standby, so I couldn't check in using the machine. When I went to the Air Morac counter to check in, they refused to listen to what the problem is. First person told me my ticket is not business class, without even hearing out what the problem is. Second person told me to go to another counter. When I went there, the third person told me they only process passengers flying to Russia, again refusing to listen to what I have to say, and then direct me back to the second person. After that, second person confirmed that the 3rd person is responsible. So I went back, the third person finally decided to listen and told me to wait for their supervisor. I stood there for 40 minutes. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional."

Voordelen: "Royal Air Maroc was ok on the way there even if they had cancelled the initial flight without any explanation."
Nadelen: "Royal Air Maroc canceled both their outward and inbound flights on two separate occasions resulting in 2 X 30 minutes calls to my airline for them to fix it. For the returning flight it meant putting me on another airline resulting in a long stopover without any additional compensation."

Nadelen: "Les plateaux repas ne sont pas au niveau."

Nadelen: "Check-in désorganisé. Une fois arrrivee au comptoir d’enregistrement après avoir fait la queue, la compagnie a exigé que j’aille retirer ma carte d’embarquement a la machine et que je refasse ensuite la queue. J’ai été d’autant plus énervée que je savais par avance que la machine ne pourrait pas me délivrer ma carter d’embarquement, car j’ai un visa qui bloque toujours l’enregistrement en ligne et aux machines. L’employé du comptoir n’a rien voulu entendre et m’a fait perdre mon temps."

Voordelen: "Équipage très aimable."
Nadelen: "L'hygiène des toilettes très médiocre. Une vraie porcherie. L'espace entre les sièges très petit. Impossible de bouger et impossible de se baisser prendre quelque chose qui tombe à terre."
